Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuerung zur Abschaltung angetriebener Farbdosierelemente in Rotationsdruckmaschinen von einem zentralen Fernsteuerplatz aus gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches.The invention relates to a control for switching off driven ink metering elements in rotary printing presses from a central remote control station according to the preamble of the claim.
Durch eine offenkundige Vorbenutzung der Fa. MAN-ROLAND ist eine elektrische Steuerung bekannt geworden, welche die Abschaltung von Farbdosierelementen in Rotationsdruckmaschinen von einem zentralen Fernsteuerplatz aus ermöglicht. Der Fernsteuerplatz weist für jedes Farbdosierelement einen Befehlstaster "Mehr-" und "Weniger-Druckfarbe", einen Befehlstaster "Gesamt-Mehr, - weniger Druckfarbe" auf. Nachteilig ist bei der offenkundig vorbenutzten Steuerung, daß die individuelle Abschaltung von einzelnen Farbdosierelementen an verschiedenen Farbkästen verschiedener Druckwerke nicht möglich ist. Es ist vielmehr nur die Abschaltung sämtlicher Farbdosierelemente gleicher Position in allen Farbkästen der oberen bzw. unteren Farbwerke für die gesamte Maschine möglich. Derartig angeschaltete Farbdosierelemente folgen dann dem Kommando "Gesamt-Mehr-Druckfarbe" nicht. Es ist möglich durch Einzelverstellung wahlweise Farbdosierelemente in wahlweisen Farbwerken auf "Null" zu stellen, so daß an diesen Stellen des angewählten Farbkastens kein Druckfarbenfluß erfolgt. Wird jedoch der Taster "Gesamt-Mehr-Druckfarbe" betätigt, so folgen die durch Einzelverstellung auf "Null" gestellten Farbdosierlemente diesem Kommando. Es öffnen also Farbdosierelemente die eigentlich geschlossen bleiben sollten und es kommt so zum unerwünschten Farbfluß. Nach Beendigung des Befehles "Gesamt-Mehr- Druckfarbe" müssen die Farbdosierelemente die unerwünscht geöffnet wurden wieder einzeln in ihre Null-Stellung gebracht werden. Im Zeitraum vom Beginn des unerwünschten Öffnens der Farbdosierelemente bis zu ihrem Erreichen der Null-Stellung fließt unerwünschte Druckfarbe in das Farbwerk. Nun tritt der Fall ein, dass alle Farbdosierelemente eines Farbkastens gemeinsam z.B. 10% mehr Farbe geben müssen. Dies geschieht in der Regel durch entsprechend langes Betätigen eines Tasters am Fernsteuerplatz, der das Kommando für sämtliche Antriebe der Farbdosierelemente gibt, die Farbspalte um einen gleichen Betrag zu öffnen, also auch für die, welche wegen des kleinen Formats nicht gebraucht werden, und deren Öffnen schädlich ist. Ähnlich verhält es sich bei Mehrfarbenrotationsdruckmaschinen. Hier werden wegen der ungleichmässigen Farbverteilung über die gesamte Formatbreite nicht alle Farbdosierelemente aller Farbwerke benötigt und daher so zur Farbkastenwalze eingestellt, dass der Farbspalt praktisch Null ist. Damit ist die Formatwahl in den Microcomputer abgespeichert.
