Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour amener en position de chargement, par une action de commutation, le tambour entraîné par un moteur réversible d'une machine de traitement du linge à chargement par le dessus commandée par programme, comprenant un dispositif de commutation qui comporte un support de repère tournant avec le tambour et un détecteur de repère associé et qui, en fonction de la position d'arrêt atteinte par le tambour (14) à la fin du programme, amène ledit tambour en position de chargement par l'action de commutation, par rotation chaque fois dans le sens de rotation garantissant le chemin le plus court jusqu'à la position de chargement, caractérisé en ce que le support de repère (16) comporte un arrangement (18) de trois pistes de contact (46, 48, 50), solidaires du tambour (14), d'une ou de plusieurs bagues collectrices, parmi lesquelles une piste de contact (46) est fermée et les deux autres pistes de contact (48 et 50) ont une forme de segment et sont décalées de 180° l'une par rapport à l'autre et en ce que, en fonction de sa position angulaire, la piste de contact (46) fermée est connectée par l'intermédiaire de contacts à frotteurs (45), soit avec l'une, soit avec l'autre piste de contact (48 ou 50) en forme de segment dans un circuit en série d'enroulements d'inversion (33 ou 34) du moteur d'entraînement du tambour.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (14) ou son moteur d'entraînement est freiné dans la position de chargement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2 avec un moteur monophasé à induction à deux ou trois pôles, caractérisé en ce que pendant le freinage, les pôles (33, 34) déterminant le sens de rotation du moteur sont excités en phase.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 comprenant une poulie à courroie solidaire du tambour, caractérisé en ce que le support de repère est monté entre le tambour et la poulie à courroie.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'action de commutation est déclenchée par l'actionnement dune touche (44).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la touche (44) est le contacteur de couvercle d'un dispositif de verrouillage du couvercle de la cuve.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2, 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'action de commutation ne peut être déclenchée que par un commutateur dans le dispositif de commande à programme.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que dans un programme sans essorage, l'action de commutation ne peut être déclenchée qu'à la fin du rinçage et, dans un programme avec essorage, qu'après le ralentissement final de l'essorage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la touche (44), lors de son actionnement, inhibe d'autres fonctions du programme.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone du support de repère (46, 48, 50) opposée à la position de chargement, il est disposé un repère supplémentaire (52) dont l'action de commutation entraîne le démarrage du moteur toujours dans un seul sens de rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le repère supplémentaire est une courte piste de contact en forme de segment (bague collectrice 52) qui, dans une position du tambour dans laquelle l'ouverture de chargement (12) est opposée à la position de chargement, est connectée avec une piste de contact fermée (bague collectrice 46) dans un circuit série avec un enroulement d'inversion (33) déterminé du moteur d'entraînement du tambour.
