Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for perfume, for example of the type that it is fixed inside leaflets, brochures, inserts magazine, direct sales print, sample cartons, previously printed. EP-A-0 378 411 describes a such device.
There are currently several ways to sample perfumes. These are made up of miniature bottles and sampling tubes, of which the main disadvantage is that they are expensive, by pads impregnated in sachets and pouches, also expensive, these pockets and sachets entraining especially installation problems during the realization leaflets, brochures, etc. There are also maps scented and flyers with a flap to detach under which the scent, prepared from essential oil in the form of a paste ("slurry"), is made by micro-encapsulation and deposited in strips, the protective flap giving off the smell of the perfume when it is torn off. These two means do not, however, offer the possibility to try the perfume on the skin and, therefore, to transfer a sufficient quantity of product on the skin. The perfume can also be mixed with smells of ink and paper.
The object of the present invention is to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide a device perfume sampling, extremely economical, also allowing to do, under conditions of absolute hygiene, the individual and disposable test of a perfume, whose smell will never be altered by the materials used and the presentation medium. The device the invention also allows the incorporation of several perfumes.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, le dispositif comprend
les caractéristiques de la revendication 1.To this end, according to the invention, the device comprises
the features of
According to one embodiment of the invention, the gel comprises, in addition to the perfume, an agent increasing the viscosity, an emulsifier, an emollient, a biodegradable binder and water.
According to a particularly embodiment advantageous of the invention, the gel comprises between 1.5 and 3% fragrance, between 0.2 and 0.6% increasing agent viscosity, between 2 and 5% of emulsifier, between 0.1 and 0.5 % emollient, between 15 and 30% biodegradable binder and the rest in water, these percentages being taken in relation the total weight of the gel.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the support film is oleophobic and is made of aluminum or treated polyethylene and the removable protective film is oleophilic and is made of aluminum or polyethylene treaty.
According to another particularly embodiment advantageous of the invention, the protective film completely covers the sample support film and is larger than this.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge of the description of the drawings annexed to this memory, which represent, for example not limiting, a particular form of the subject of the invention.
Figure 1 is a top view of a device for perfume of the invention.
In the two aforementioned figures, the same notations of reference designate identical elements or analogues.
The perfume sampling device, shown
in Figure 1, includes a
On notera également
The
parfum 5 et de la pellicule protectrice 6.Figure 2 shows, in cross section,
and on a larger scale, the application on the
In addition to the numerous advantages conferred by the device of the invention, cited above, note also that the perfume sample is removed without adding glue or other fixatives and the device remains odorless as long as the protective film has not been detached, i.e. in fact the perfume retains all its flagrance and does not distort not, the films used avoiding evaporation and hardening of the gel. In addition, the preparation of the gel results in a very low consumption of essential oil (between 1.5 and 3% of the weight of the gel) compared to conventional devices. We could of course also design multiple separate fragrance samples applied to the backing sheet, so that thus allowing a comparison of the different perfumes.
On utilisera
toutefois avantageusement des pellicules opaques. It should also be noted that when the
The perfume sampling device the invention is in fact a means of sampling extremely economical and easy to use, and allowing to do, under perfect hygienic conditions, the individual test of one or more perfumes. So that we already mentioned previously, we could consider several different applications inside of leaflets, brochures, magazines and printed matter of all kinds.
It should be understood that the present invention is not in no way limited to the above embodiments and that many modifications can be made without going beyond the scope of this patent.
This is how the device of the invention is not necessarily limited to fragrance sampling but could, of course, also be used for the sampling of toilet waters and eau de parfum. The term "perfume" as used in the context of present invention therefore covers not only perfumes, whatever their origins, but also toilet waters and eau de parfum.
