Description

La présente invention est relative à un dispositif d'échantillonnage pour parfum, par exemple du type que l'on fixe à l'intérieur de dépliants, brochures, encarts de magazine, imprimés de vente directe, cartelettes échantillon, préalablement imprimés. EP-A-0 378 411 décrit un tel dispositif.
Il existe actuellement plusieurs moyens d'échantillonner des parfums. Ceux-ci sont constitués par des flacons miniatures et des tubes d'échantillonnage, dont le principal inconvénient est qu'ils sont coûteux, par des tampons imprégnés en sachets et des pochettes, également onéreuses, ces pochettes et sachets entraínant notamment des problèmes de pose lors de la réalisation de dépliants, brochures, etc. Il existe également des cartes parfumées et des dépliants avec un rabat à détacher sous lequel le parfum, préparé à partir de l'huile essentielle sous la forme d'une pâte ("slurry"), est réalisé par micro-encapsulation et déposé en bandes, le rabat protecteur dégageant l'odeur du parfum lorsqu'il est arraché. Ces deux moyens n'offrent cependant pas la possibilité d'essayer le parfum sur la peau et, par conséquent, de transférer une quantité suffisante de produit sur la peau. Le parfum peut en outre se mélanger aux odeurs d'encre et de papier.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier aux inconvénients précités et de prévoir un dispositif d'échantillonnage pour parfum, extrêmement économique, permettant en outre de faire, dans des conditions d'hygiène absolues, l'essai individuel et jetable d'un parfum, dont l'odeur ne sera jamais altérée par les matières utilisées et le support de présentation. Le dispositif de l'invention permet également l'incorporation de plusieurs parfums.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, le dispositif comprend les caractéristiques de la revendication 1.
Suivant un mode de réalisation de l'invention, le gel comprend, outre le parfum, un agent augmentant la viscosité, un émulsifiant, un émollient, un liant biodégradable et de l'eau.
Suivant un mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux de l'invention, le gel comprend entre 1,5 et 3 % de parfum, entre 0,2 et 0,6 % d'agent augmentant la viscosité, entre 2 et 5 % d'émulsifiant, entre 0,1 et 0,5 % d'émollient, entre 15 et 30 % de liant biodégradable et le reste en eau, ces pourcentages étant pris par rapport au poids total du gel.
Suivant un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention, la pellicule de support est oléophobe et est en aluminium ou polyéthylène traité et la pellicule protectrice détachable est oléophile et est en aluminium ou polyéthylène traité.
Suivant un autre mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux de l'invention, la pellicule protectrice recouvre entièrement la pellicule de support d'échantillon et est d'une superficie plus grande que celle-ci.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description des dessins annexés au présent mémoire, qui représentent, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme particulière de l'objet de l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue de dessus d'un dispositif d'échantillonnage pour parfum de l'invention.
La figure 2 est une vue en coupe prise suivant les lignes Il-Il de la figure 1.
Dans les deux figures précitées, les mêmes notations de référence désignent des éléments identiques ou analogues.
Le dispositif d'échantillonnage pour parfum, représenté à la figure 1, comprend une pellicule de support 1 d'échantillon de parfum, adhérant grâce à un filet ou cordon de colle 2 à une feuille de présentation 3, telle que de papier, de carton ou analogue, comportant des inscriptions 4, comme, par exemple, un texte publicitaire se rapportant au parfum présenté, un échantillon de parfum 5 appliqué sur la pellicule de support 1 et une pellicule protectrice 6 détachable appliquée sur l'échantillon de parfum 5. L'échantillon de parfum 5 est sous la forme d'un gel caractéristique comprenant, outre le parfum, un agent augmentant la viscosité, un émulsifiant, un émollient, un liant biodégradable et de l'eau, le gel comprenant avantageusement suivant l'invention entre 1,5 et 3 % de parfum, entre 0,2 et 0,6 % d'agent augmentant la viscosité, entre 2 et 5 % d'émulsifiant, entre 0,1 et 0,5 % d'émollient, entre 15 et 30 % de liant biodégradable et le reste en eau, ces pourcentages étant pris par rapport au poids total du gel. C'est ainsi que grâce à la composition particulière de l'échantillon de parfum sous la forme de gel, lorsque l'on procède au retrait de la pellicule protectrice détachable 6 de la pellicule de support 1, la pellicule protectrice entraíne l'enlèvement du parfum de la pellicule de support 1, l'échantillon de parfum 5 adhérant à la pellicule protectrice et permettant ainsi l'essai du parfum par application et/ou léger frottement sur la peau.
La pellicule de support 1 ne doit pas nécessairement être collée à la feuille de présentation 3 à l'aide d'un cordon ou filet de colle, sa face destinée à adhérer à ladite feuille pouvant être, par exemple, autocollante. Avantageusement, cette pellicule de support est en une matière oléophobe ou comprend une telle matière, c'est-à-dire en une matière refusant les corps gras et, par conséquent, les huiles essentielles ou parfums. Une matière convenant à cet égard est l'aluminium ou le polyéthylène traité pour ce type d'application. On notera également que cette pellicule de support peut être opaque, par exemple blanche, argentée, ou transparente, suivant l'application envisagée. La pellicule protectrice 6 est un film, opaque ou non, de préférence de plus grande dimension que la pellicule de support 1, de manière à pouvoir être détachée facilement de cette dernière. Cette pellicule protectrice comprendra de préférence une matière oléophile ou sera faite d'une matière, par exemple de l'aluminium ou du polyéthylène traité, permettant de maintenir le gel de parfum sur sa face en contact avec celui-ci. Elle n'adhère à la pellicule de support ou inférieure 1 que par la consistance spécifique de l'huile essentielle sous la forme de gel ou d'émulsion. Comme on vient de le préciser, lors du retrait de la pellicule protectrice ou supérieure 6, la totalité de l'huile essentielle traitée 5 se sépare de la pellicule de support ou inférieure 1 pour n'adhérer qu'à la pellicule protectrice. Cette pellicule protectrice permet ainsi l'essai du parfum par application sur la peau. Lorsque, comme dans le cas du dispositif d'échantillonnage représenté, la pellicule protectrice recouvre entièrement la pellicule de support d'échantillon et est d'une superficie plus grande que celle-ci, des points de colle 7 sont prévus sur la feuille de présentation 3 pour faire adhérer directement la pellicule protectrice 6 à cette dernière, dans le cas où l'on souhaiterait renforcer l'adhérence, obtenue essentiellement par capillarité, entre les deux pellicules. Comme on peut le voir à la figure 1, ces points de collage 7 sont situés sur la feuille de présentation pour permettre de faire adhérer directement le bord 8 de la pellicule protectrice dépassant de la pellicule de support, à la feuille de présentation. Les pellicules 1 et 6 ainsi que les traits de colle 2 et 7 seront inodores pour ne pas altérer le parfum à essayer.
La pellicule de support 1 n'est pas imprimée mais la pellicule protectrice 6 peut être imprimée sur sa face extérieure, c'est-à-dire sur sa face qui n'est pas directement en contact avec l'échantillon de parfum 5. De ce fait, l'impression n'est pas en contact avec le parfum et la peau. La feuille protectrice 6 peut être découpée à la forme voulue, par exemple rectangulaire, comme dans le cas envisagé. C'est ainsi qu'elle pourrait être incorporée à un concept graphique et à la mise en page de la feuille de présentation imprimée.
La figure 2 permet de voir, en coupe transversale, et à plus grande échelle, l'application sur la feuille de présentation 3, du dispositif d'échantillonnage de l'invention constitué de la pellicule de support 1, de l'échantillon de parfum 5 et de la pellicule protectrice 6.
Outre les nombreux avantages conférés par le dispositif d'échantillonnage de l'invention, cités précédemment, on notera également que l'échantillon de parfum est déposé sans ajout de colle ou d'autres fixateurs et que le dispositif reste inodore tant que la pellicule protectrice n'a pas été détachée, c'est-à-dire qu'en fait le parfum conserve toute sa flagrance et qu'il ne se dénature pas, les pellicules utilisées évitant l'évaporation et le durcissement du gel. De plus, la préparation du gel entraíne une très faible consommation d'huile essentielle (entre 1,5 et 3 % du poids du gel) comparativement aux dispositifs classiques. On pourrait bien entendu également concevoir plusieurs échantillons distincts de parfum appliqués sur la feuille de support, de manière à permettre ainsi une comparaison des différents parfums.
On notera également que lorsque la feuille de présentation 1 comporte des inscriptions ou est imprimée, comme dans le cas prévu, les pellicules de support d'échantillon 1 et protectrice 6 peuvent être transparentes pour permettre la lecture des inscriptions. On utilisera toutefois avantageusement des pellicules opaques.
Le dispositif d'échantillonnage pour parfum de l'invention constitue en fait un moyen d'échantillonnage extrêmement économique et facile à utiliser, et permettant de faire, dans des conditions d'hygiène parfaites, l'essai individuel d'un ou de plusieurs parfums. Ainsi qu'on l'a déjà mentionné précédemment, on pourrait envisager plusieurs applications différentes à l'intérieur de dépliants, brochures, magazines et imprimés de toutes sortes.
Il doit être entendu que la présente invention n'est en aucune façon limitée aux formes de réalisation ci-dessus et que bien des modifications peuvent y être apportées sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.
C'est ainsi que le dispositif de l'invention n'est pas nécessairement limité à l'échantillonnage de parfum mais pourra, bien entendu, être également utilisé pour l'échantillonnage d'eaux de toilette et d'eaux de parfum. Le terme "parfum" tel qu'il est utilisé dans le cadre de la présente invention couvre, par conséquent, non seulement les parfums, quelles que soient leurs origines, mais également les eaux de toilette et les eaux de parfum.

Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif d'échantillonnage pour parfum, comprenant une pellicule de support (1), destinée à adhérer à une feuille de présentation (3), telle que de papier, carton, au moins un échantillon de parfum (5) supporté sur la pellicule de support (1), et une pellicule protectrice détachable (6) qui est appliquée sur l'échantillon et qui, lors de son détachement, entraíne avec elle de l'échantillon de parfum (5),
       caractérisé en ce que chaque échantillon de parfum supporté est sous la forme d'un gel non encapsulé et exempt de microcapsules et en ce que la pellicule protectrice détachable maintient le gel d'échantillon(s) de parfum en adhérence sur sa face en contact avec lui, lors de son retrait de la pellicule de support, en séparant ainsi le ou les échantillons de parfum de cette dernière et en permettant alors l'essai du ou des parfums par application sur la peau.
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pellicule protectrice (6) recouvre entièrement la pellicule de support d'échantillon (1) et est d'une superficie plus grande que celle-ci.
  3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pellicule protectrice (6) adhère directement à la feuille de présentation (3).
  4. Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que des points de collage (7) sont prévus sur la feuille de présentation (3), ces points étant agencés pour permettre d'y faire adhérer le bord (8) de pellicule protectrice dépassant de la pellicule de support.
  5. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pellicule de support (1) est oléophobe ou comprend une matière oléophobe, de façon à refuser des corps gras, huiles essentielles et parfums.
  6. Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite pellicule est en aluminium ou du polyéthylène traité.
  7. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la pellicule protectrice (6) est oléophile ou comprend une matière oléophile.
  8. Dispositif suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite pellicule est en aluminium ou du polyéthylène traité.
  9. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le gel comprend, outre le parfum, un agent augmentant la viscosité, un émulsifiant, un émollient, un liant biodégradable et de l'eau.
  10. Dispositif suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le gel comprend entre 1,5 et 3% de parfum, entre 0,2 et 0,6% d'agent augmentant la viscosité, entre 2 et 5% d'émulsifiant, entre 0,1 et 0,5% d'émollient, entre 15 et 30% de liant biodégradable et le reste en eau, ces pourcentages étant pris par rapport au poids total du gel.
  11. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la pellicule de support (1) d'échantillon de parfum adhère par collage à la feuille de présentation (3).
  12. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend plusieurs échantillons distincts de parfum appliqués sur la feuille de support.
  13. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les pellicules de support d'échantillon et protectrice susdites sont opaques.
