Description

The invention relates to a method for operating an elevator, wherein a user of the elevator communicates an order by means of a human / machine interface to the elevator, which executes the order.

To operate an elevator, a control panel is usually arranged per floor or in the elevator car, which serves as a human / machine interface. On the tableau, a call button is provided for each destination floor. In a panel with a numeric keypad, multi-digit floor calls are generated by keyboard shortcuts. The destination floor selected by the user is for the elevator control a parameter of a fixed program sequence of the elevator control for carrying out the driving order. The elevator controller executes the travel order according to an internal program, for example, by detecting the car load, considering coincidental trips, closing the doors after a certain time, determining the acceleration, vehicle speed, and deceleration and the door at the destination floor for a certain time is kept open. The start floor and the destination floor serve the program for the execution of the driving order only as a parameter.

A disadvantage of the known device is that the program is set at the time of elevator development and thereafter at least for the user is no longer changeable.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention, as characterized in claim 1 solves the problem of avoiding the disadvantages of the known device and to provide a method by means of which the operation of a lift in use can be determined.

The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that an individual interface is feasible for the user of the elevator, wherein the orders to be executed by the elevator on an external operator terminal with keyboard and screen are programmable. The user can use the elevator according to his needs. For example, contrary to the standard, he can specify extended or shortened door opening times. Different instruction sets can be made available to specific users or user groups such as cleaning or maintenance personnel. It is also advantageous that the user has great freedom in determining the operation of the elevator, without any intervention in the basic functions of the elevator such as door functions or drive functions is necessary. It is also advantageous that certain functions such as cleaning or evacuation can be standardized independently of the elevator installation.

In the following the invention will be explained in more detail by means of exemplary embodiments representing programs and drawings.

Fig. 1 1 shows a block diagram of a program control 1 for executing and controlling a user program 2. An elevator user generates on a user terminal 3 his individual user program 2 adapted to his needs for operating the elevator. The program 2 can be created independently of time of the execution of the order and locally independent of the elevator system. For writing and processing the program 2, the user terminal 3 has a keyboard, a screen, memory means, computer means, at least one interface and a transmitter / receiver, as it has, for example, a cell phone. In the user terminal 3, for example, the entire instruction set may be stored. Depending on the access authorization of the user defined, for example, in the user terminal 3, the user can access the entire instruction set or only certain commands. The user terminal 3 can also contain, for example, an exchangeable chip card on which at least one user program 2 is stored. The user program 2 is encrypted, for example, by means of wireless communication or sent unencrypted to a terminal 4, which is arranged, for example, on each one floor of the elevator installation. User programs 2 can also be stored in the terminal 4 and only need to be activated by the respective user. From the terminal 4, the user program 2 arrives at the program control 1 with a program manager 5, who completes the user programs 2 of all terminals 4 with data necessary for execution and stores them in a memory 6. The program manager 5 initiates the execution of the executable user programs by an interpreter 7, which interprets the executable programs 2 step by step.

In elevator-specific instructions such as driving commands or door opening commands the interpreter 7 calls an interface 8, which causes the further execution by an elevator control 9. After the complete execution of a user program 2, the executable user program is deleted and, if necessary, the user is informed about the completion of the user program 2.

The user program 2 can essentially contain data about the user, the location and time of the order, travel commands, reservations of space in the elevator car and door opening and closing commands. The user program 2 It can also contain route-specific parameters such as driving speed, acceleration and deceleration values, load, special trip or information about information and display elements, etc. The currently available instruction set represents the user interface for the user.

Below, embodiments of user programs for operating a lift are shown.

01
share_priority 50
02

For a trip from floor A to floor B, user program 2 can consist of the following sequence [1]:
01
share_priority 50
02
goto A
03
open 2s
04
reserve 1m2
05
goto B

In step 01, the job to be executed is weighted with a priority stating that individual actions of other jobs of priority less than or equal to 50 are interrupted or shared. This regulation primarily serves the coordination of special requirements as shown below. For normal drives as shown above, it should be striven to ensure that consistent orders are created with regard to sequence. In step 02, the elevator car is ordered to floor A. The command 03 is given to open the landing and car doors for 2 seconds. In step 04 space is reserved in the elevator car for one person. At step 05, the drive command to floor B is issued. Step 06 is again commanded to open the landing and car doors for 2 seconds. In step 07, the command sequence is completed by releasing the reserved space in the elevator car.

In step 01, the order to be executed is weighted with a priority stating that other orders will wait until the cleaning service is provided. In step 02, the command is issued to close the landing and car doors. With the step 03, the elevator car is ordered to the floor 1, from which the cleaning work is carried out. In step 04, the command is issued to open the landing and car door for 5 seconds, so that the cleaning personnel can enter the elevator car. With step 05, the user program 2 is stopped until, for example, a button DTO is actuated on the screen of the user terminal 3 or on the car control panel. Then, at step 06, the command is issued to open the landing and car door for 5 seconds to allow the cleaning staff to leave the elevator car. The command in step 07 is optional and is provided if cleaning outside the elevator car is necessary. As a variant, the floor and car door can be kept open until the button DTO is pressed.

In step 01, the order to be executed is weighted with a priority stating that other orders are paused and awaiting execution. In step 02, the command is issued to close the landing and car doors. With step 03 the elevator car is ordered to the evacuation floor and with step 04 the floor and car door are opened.

For maintenance and support, for example, an extended instruction set or instruction set based on another programming language may be provided. With these sets of commands user programs can be created, by means of which the elevator car, for example, to certain shaft positions, for example, for setting shaft switches or to perform maintenance work in the shaft from the canopy can be ordered. To check the drive or the slip, it is for example possible to specify certain speed curves by program.

For a lift group with elevators of different payloads, the load to be transported can be communicated to the controller by program. The controller then selects the elevator corresponding to the desired load.

In an elevator group with elevators of different speeds, for example, in the case of VIP rides, the elevator can be requested by the program at the highest speed.

To avoid misuse, the user may, for example, be required to provide a password or to take into account additional personal characteristics of the user for VIP rides.

Bewohnern der oberen Stockwerke eines Hochhauses könnenThe available command set for creating a user program can be adapted according to the user and the journey or transport. Maintenance personnel have an extended instruction set available. VIP people have more commands available than ordinary users. Residents of the upper floors of a skyscraper can

Commands for influencing the driving speed are provided. Hospital staff is provided with a command set for passenger lifts or bed lifts. The instruction set can also be time-dependent. For example, for residents of the higher floors, commands for direct descents can be provided in the morning and direct orders for direct ascents in the evening. Since all travel and user data of an order are contained in the user program, the user program can also be used to charge for the user costs. The respective user, for example, receives a monthly billing for the services provided.

Fig. 2 shows an example of a user interface of a user terminal 3. On the right half of the terminal screen, the available depending on the user from text elements existing instruction set is shown. Each text element representing a command can be copied to the left half of the screen, for example by means of an arrow mark, and supplemented if necessary with parameters such as the door opening time, the floor, the priority, the seat reservation in the cabin, etc. As a variant, for example, the text elements for the door opening time and / or the text element for the seat reservation can be provided with a preset parameter. The location floor and / or the destination floor can also be preset with parameters. The user can change the preset parameters according to his choice. After the user-friendly program composition for each user, the finished user program 2 is sent to the terminal 4.

If the created user program 2 is to be reused, it can be stored in the user terminal 3 or on a chip card and retrieved automatically or with shortcuts. The mode of action of the individual text elements are explained in more detail in the above-mentioned sequences [1], [2], [3] and [4].

If users are not authorized or able to write individual user programs 2, the desired user program can be created on a rear user terminal and stored on a chip card. The chip card with the finished user program 2 can then be plugged into a serving as an interface between smart card and terminal 4 user terminal 2 of the user without programming permission.
