It is common practice to assemble the application segment by bolting or the like, and then fill the space between the segment and the ground by injection of backfill material. However, in the case of using such a segment, it takes a lot of time to assemble a plurality of segments by joining them by bolts or the like, and the construction cost is high.

A liquid lining material is injected into the formed void, and before the lining material is cured, the propulsion jack is operated to advance the shield body, and then the propulsion jack is operated to push the push ring. To move forward, at the same time as or before or after the push ring to move the mold to be adjacent to the push ring, thereby installing a plurality of ring-shaped supports to reinforce the demolded lining material. Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-2200 proposes a lining method for constructing a primary lining by casting the liquid lining material.

A push ring 5 is provided at the rear end. This propulsion jack 3 is in a state where the shield body 1 has completed the stepwise advancement in FIG. In this state, the ring-shaped bag body 6 having an appropriate shape, for example, a circular shape, is arranged inside the tail skin 2 of the shield body 1. The bag body 6 is formed of a water-proof cloth or resin, and a frame bone 7 for retaining its shape is provided inside, and the applicant has proposed it in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 176725/1985. As described above, the opposite surfaces of the bag body 6 are connected by the thread-shaped fibers 8 arranged in a substantially uniform crossing state. In this case, the frame bones 7 are formed in a semicircular shape so that the bag body 6 can be folded into two, for example, and are connected to each other via a shaft support portion 7A. Further, the bag body 6 is provided with an injection part 9.
Further, a front surface portion 6B having a convex surface 6A is provided on the front side of the bag body 6, and an opening portion 6C is provided on the rear surface side.
Further, the receiving frame 10 is detachably connected so as to be positioned inside the bag body 6.

Accordingly, the propulsion jack 3 is operated to advance the shield body 1 and contract the rod 4. In this case, the concave surface 11A is formed on the hardened fast-hardening grout 11. This process is repeated to carry out the lining, and when carrying out the next lining, the bag body 6 of the lining portion 12 and the bag bodies 6 to be arranged next are packed 13 etc. as shown in FIG. Connect through. Then, the lining portion 12 in which the bag body 6, the frame bone 7, and the thread-shaped fiber 8 are hardened is integrated by the hardened grout 11 is continuously formed.

It becomes easy to assemble a complicated formwork for cast-in-place, and the lining portion 12 can be formed easily and quickly without the need for movement or the like. In this case, the frame 6 and the thread-shaped fiber 8 are provided in the bag body 6.
Since the shape of the bag body 6 can be maintained because it is provided, and the filament fiber 8 is solidified in a state where prestress is introduced by the injection of the rapid hardening grout 11 by the pump, the earth pressure applied after the lining is applied. It is possible to sufficiently withstand external forces such as water pressure and water pressure, and the connected bag body 6 provides a water blocking effect. Furthermore, since the bag body 6 can be moved in the hole in the folded state and placed at a predetermined position, it is possible to perform lining in the hole having a smaller diameter than before. In addition, lining in the bending direction is possible by appropriately selecting the shape of the folded bag.

Various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention, and the material and shape of the bag body and the frame bone may be appropriately selected, and the liquid lining material may be appropriately selected. For example, the frame bones 7 may be folded into two or more pieces, or the lining portion 12 may be formed continuously with the front surface portion 6B removed as shown in FIGS. 8 (A) and 8 (B). Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 9, a closed bag body 6 having a closed rear surface may be used. The front surface portion 6B may be a flat surface without providing the convex surface 6A.
Further, the shape of the push ring 5 may be made to fit into the concave surface 11A.
