For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the mudguard 9 for an automobile comprises a main body 91 and a lower piece 92. The lower piece portion 92 has a tightening seat 93 for attaching the mudguard 9 to the vehicle body with bolts. The tightening seat 93 has a bolt hole 931. Further, an opening hole 94 is provided at the lower end of the vertically extending main body portion 91 at the contact portion with the substantially horizontal lower piece portion 92. The opening hole 94 is a drain hole for draining rainwater and the like that has dropped onto the lower piece portion 92.

However, the tightening seat 93 of the conventional mudguard 9 is used.
As shown in FIG. 6, since it is composed of the soft skin layer 2, the rigidity is low. Therefore, the mudguard 9
May be insufficiently attached. Therefore, like the main body 91, it is desirable that the portion of the fastening seat 93 also has a structure including the core layer 3 and the skin layer 2.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the molding die 8 for molding the mudguard 9 comprises a lower die 80 and an upper die 86 (FIG. 8). The lower mold 80 has a floor surface 82 for molding the lower piece portion 92, and a vertical mold surface 81 erected from the floor surface 82.
The vertical mold surface 81 is a mold surface for molding the main body 91 of the mudguard 9. An insert 84 for forming the opening hole 94 is arranged at a part of the lower end of the vertical surface 81. Further, on the floor surface 82, a convex mold surface 83 that is a nest for forming a tightening seat is formed.
Have. Further, an upper die 86 is capped on the lower die 80. The inner surface of the upper die 86 is in surface contact with the surface of the insert 84,

Next, the resin flow of the core layer material 30 injected into the skin layer material 20 hangs down along the vertical surface 81. However, at the lower end of the vertical surface 81, there is the nest 84. Therefore, from FIG.
As shown in FIG. 9, the core layer material 30 is divided in the left-right direction centering around the nest 84, and flows into the skin layer material 20 as split flows 301 and 302.

The present invention comprises a vertically extending main body portion and a lower piece portion provided so as to project from the lower end of the main body portion in a substantially horizontal shape, and a plurality of abutting portions between the main body portion and the lower piece portion are provided. Has an opening hole,
The lower piece has a tightening seat with a bolt hole, and is formed by sequentially injecting the skin layer material and the core layer material from the main body portion toward the lower piece side. A resin sandwich molding, wherein the fastening seat is provided between the adjacent opening holes and at a position far from the main body, and the fastening seat includes a hard core layer and The sandwich molded article is characterized in that it is constituted by a soft skin layer that wraps the surface, and the wall surface of the bolt hole in the tightening seat is covered by the soft skin layer.

The resin flow refers to the flow of the skin layer material and the flow direction of the core layer material in the molding die when the sandwich molded article is manufactured. As described above, since the skin layer material and the core layer material are injected from the main body portion toward the lower piece portion, the main body portion is the upstream side of the resin flow and the lower piece portion is the downstream side thereof.

In the present invention, the tightening seat provided on the lower piece is provided at a position far from the main body between the adjacent opening holes, that is, downstream of the resin flow. Therefore, in sandwich molding, when the skin layer material is first injected into the molding die, and then the core layer material is injected into the skin layer material, the core layer material is injected from the main body into the opening hole. It flows between the forming inserts and toward the tightening seat forming inserts (see FIG. 4). Therefore, the resin flow of the core layer material sufficiently enters around the tightening seat.

Therefore, the tightening seat in the sandwich molded product is
It is composed of a hard core layer material and a soft skin layer material covering the outer surface thereof. Therefore, the tightening seat has excellent rigidity. Further, the wall surface of the bolt hole in the tightening seat is in a state of being covered with a soft skin layer (see FIG. 2). Further, a plurality of opening holes are formed in the abutting portion located on the resin flow upper side of the position where the tightening seat is provided.

In manufacturing the mudguard, the skin layer material 20 is first injected from the direction of the main body portion 11 of the mudguard, and then the core layer material 30 is injected into the skin layer material 20, as in the prior art. The core layer material 30 that has been injected together with the surface layer material 20 inside the surface layer material 20 is a vertical surface of the molding die 8.
81 (Figs. 7 and 8) is suspended. Then, a part of the core layer material 30 is divided into right and left by the nests 84, 84.

However, as shown in FIG. 4, the core layer material 30 is not shunted between the nests 84, 84, and the convex mold surface 83 remains as it is.
Flowing toward. Therefore, the core layer material 30 is completely spread around the convex mold surface 83. Therefore, the tightening seat 13 formed around the convex mold surface 83 is composed of the core layer 3 and the skin layer 2 as described above, and has high rigidity.

In addition, in the resin flow shown in FIG.
The core layer material 30 divided by the flow does not join immediately downstream of the nest 84, as shown in FIG. Therefore, only the skin layer material 20 is present until the merge. However, since there is no tightening seat 13 in this part,
no problem.

Further, as shown in the figure, in this example, since the nests 84 are located at two places, the core layer material 30 flowing downstream between the nests 84, 84 becomes wider toward the downstream side. Therefore, the core layer material 30 completely reaches the periphery of the convex die surface 83 located downstream.

As described above, according to this example, the position of the tightening seat 13 provided on the lower piece portion 12 is located between the two opening holes 14 and downstream of the resin flow, which is a position far from the main body portion 11. Since they are arranged, it is possible to obtain a mudguard which has an opening hole and is superior in rigidity to the tightening seat.
