However, in the case where the auxiliary wall body is integrally formed along a pair of opposing sides of the bottom plate as described above, it can be used only as a pallet container and only the bottom plate is used. Can not be used as a pallet whose upper surface is a flat surface, and can also be used as a bottom plate of a pallet container whose upper part is a container using the pallet currently used. There wasn't. Further, in the prior art, in manufacturing, a bottom plate was formed with a mold in which an auxiliary wall body was integrally formed, and a mold different from a mold for a general pallet was required. Moreover, if the size of the bottom plate is different,
It was necessary to form a plurality of types of bottom plates in which the auxiliary wall bodies were integrated.

Moreover, in the above-mentioned conventional example, since the auxiliary wall body is formed only along a pair of opposite sides of the bottom plate, the auxiliary wall is formed on the side of the auxiliary wall body among the four side wall bodies. Although the side wall body is placed directly on the body, the side wall body is erected on the bottom plate on the remaining pair of opposite sides of the bottom plate. However, when the contents are put in such a container, for example, when the pickles are stored in a bag, a larger load or internal pressure is applied to the lower side of the side wall of the container. In the non-existing portion, the same maximum load or maximum internal pressure as that applied to the auxiliary wall body is applied near the bottom plate at the lower end portion of the side wall body. Therefore, unlike the auxiliary wall body, the side wall body is not integrated with the bottom plate and is merely placed, so that the lower portion of the side wall body may greatly squeeze outward.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and its object is to use it as a pallet container which is assembled with a simple structure and whose upper part is a container, or is compact. It is possible to fold it into a pallet, and it is also possible to use only the bottom plate as a normal pallet. Also, it can be used as the bottom plate of a pallet container whose upper part is a container using the currently used pallet. It is also possible to manufacture a bottom plate for a pallet container by using a mold for manufacturing an ordinary bottom plate, and a lateral load applied to the four side wall bodies when the contents are put therein. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pallet container that can be made small and can prevent the side wall body from being pushed out.

On the other hand, when only the pallet container is transported or stored without storing the stored items, the lock member 5 is used.
The lock by 8 is unlocked, and one of the taller side wall bodies 6a located at the front and rear is rotated and tilted to be stacked on the upper surface of the bottom plate 2,
Next, the other tall side wall body 6a is rotated and tilted to be superposed on the side wall body 6a, and then the left and right short side wall bodies 6 are stacked.
By rotating and tilting one of the side walls 6b of b
Overlaid on the side wall body 6a of the step, and finally the remaining side wall body 6b
Is rotated so as to be stacked on the side wall body 6b of the third stage. Here, the height of the short auxiliary wall body 3b is twice as high as the thickness a of the front and rear tall side wall bodies 6a, and the height of the tall auxiliary wall body 3a is a * 2 +. (Height twice the thickness b of the short side wall body 6b). Therefore, as mentioned above, the two tall sidewall bodies 6 are
When a and the two short side wall bodies 6b are overlapped on the upper surface side of the bottom plate 2, the upper surface of the tall auxiliary wall body 3b and the uppermost short side wall body 6b become the upper surfaces when they fall. It is designed to be flush with the surface.

Further, auxiliary wall bodies 3 provided on the front and rear sides and having short heights are provided.
The leg fitting grooves 14 on both sides of b are deeper so that the lower surface portions are located lower than the leg fitting grooves 14 provided at the portions other than both ends, respectively.
This is because when the tall side wall body 6a is tilted with respect to the short auxiliary wall body 3b, the tall side wall body 6a can be overlaid on the upper surface portion of the bottom plate 2 in an interview state. When the front tall side wall body 6a is knocked down as
In any case where the rear tall side wall body 6a is tilted as a step, the upper surface portion of the bottom plate 2 can be contacted and overlapped.

In the pallet container of the present invention, the shaft 7 of the side wall body 6 is removed by pulling it out from the opening 55 of the bearing portion 5, and further the fixing by the bolt 4 is removed, so that the auxiliary wall body 3 is removed.
The bottom plate 2 having the fork insertion portion 1 can be removed and used in the same manner as an ordinary pallet. Further, by providing a bolt insertion hole 13 in the bottom plate 2 having the conventional fork insertion portion 1 as the bottom plate 2, it can be easily used as the bottom plate 2 of the pallet container in the present invention. In this case, it is also possible to utilize the water drainage hole provided in the bottom plate 2 having the fork insertion portion 1 which has been conventionally used and use this as the bolt insertion hole 13.

According to the present invention, as described above, the auxiliary wall bodies are detachably attached by bolts along the four sides of the upper surface of the rectangular bottom plate having the fork lift insertion portion. A shaft provided at the lower part of the side wall body is rotatably and vertically movable fitted into a bearing part provided at the wall body so that the side wall body can be placed on the auxiliary wall body and the fall prevention provided at the lower end portion of the side wall body is prevented. The leg portions can be freely inserted into the locking groove provided in the auxiliary wall body from above, the adjacent side wall bodies are detachably connected to each other when the side wall bodies are upright, and the four side walls are disconnected from each other. Since the side wall is stackable on the bottom plate, it can be used as a pallet container by standing the side wall up to form a container when it is used. To It is possible to assemble and fold these container shapes with a simple structure, and to mount the auxiliary wall bodies along the four sides of the upper surface of the rectangular bottom plate having the fork insertion portion for the forklift. Since it is placed and detachably attached with bolts, the bottom plate can be used as an ordinary pallet by removing the bolts and removing the auxiliary wall body, and the auxiliary wall body can also be used as the bottom plate constituting the pallet container. It is possible to use ordinary pallets that are not integrated. Moreover, in the present invention, since the auxiliary wall bodies are erected on the four sides of the bottom plate and fixed by the bolts, when the side wall bodies are erected and assembled into a container shape, the side walls are affected by the contents. The maximum load or the maximum internal pressure is applied to the auxiliary wall body attached to the bottom plate with the bolts and is supported at this portion, which has the advantage that the side wall body can be prevented from being pushed out.
