A second step of arranging a plurality of printing roll papers in parallel in a predetermined order and simultaneously winding them, and superimposing the unwound printing papers on an upper paper, a predetermined number of internal papers, and a lower paper in order. A third step in which the free ends of the three sides other than the binding side of the upper and lower papers are made longer than the end of the internal paper to serve as a margin, and cutting the overlapped printing paper into a predetermined length, A fourth step of binding over a predetermined width, bonding the three sides of the free ends of the upper and lower sheets, and enclosing the internal sheet. Appropriate processing means is a cutout sewing machine, a perforation for drawing out, and a paper width slitter for stacking with free ends shifted. Next, the free ends of the printing paper are shifted by a predetermined width and overlapped. Further, the three sides of the upper and lower sheets other than the binding side are configured to be opened by a cutout sewing machine. In addition, blanks for address and name are provided on the outer surface, so that the mail can be used as it is as required.

Up to the page level is preferred. However, one side is glued and bound,
If the other three sides are sealed with a cover and a backing paper, it can be mailed as it is, so if the address, sender, and other necessary printing are done on the cover, the product can be mailed as it is Can be. Therefore, it is possible to mass-produce products that are influential as mail order and other advertising media. In addition, a postcard or the like can be enclosed and cut off with a cutting sewing machine.

A certain number of print rolls are simultaneously pulled out, and a predetermined number of papers are superimposed on a predetermined number of sheets, and then bookbinding is performed. However, compared to the case of superimposing one sheet, it is easier to adjust the feed amount and simplify the process. Is done. In addition, it is also easy to provide a margin for the top and bottom papers by providing a slight difference in each print roll paper, and to sequentially shift and overlap the middle papers to provide headings and other sections. is there.
