する接着剤を用いての接合力の弱さを、V形棧とベルト
本体との接着部分にV形棧の根元部より大形に形成した
板状の接着基盤を介在せしめることにより、V形棧のベ
ルト本体との間の接着面の拡大せしめて、又均一な圧着
作業により、一段の接合力の増大を図り、又接着基盤を
V形棧と同一の樹脂材をもって構成し、これにより両部
材を熱融着手段にてバラツキのない、より強固な固着を
実現することができ、またベルト駆動時、ベルトの片寄
り力によるプーリV溝部よりのV形棧の乗り上げ現象の
発生時にも、V形棧のベルト本体よりの剥離、V形棧の
損傷によるベルトの早期破損、さらにこれが原因による
ベルトの蛇行を防止してスムーズな同期搬送駆動を実現
