具7にて保持しているので、熱遮断のために別部材を設
けることなく、安定器6および発光管5の熱が、半導体
素子、抵抗、コンデンサ等の電子部品に伝わるのが遮断
され、かつ電子式スタータ8を所定の位置に確実に保持
することができる。このため、電子部品の使用限界温度
を越えるのが避けられ、かつ電子部品と安定器6の端子
との絶縁距離も一定となることから、品質の安定を確保
することができる。また、保持具7の構造が簡単で安価
であり、組立の作業性もよい。万一、安定器6の異常
や、電子式スタータ8の連続予熱動作による異常によ
り、外囲器内が加熱状態に至った場合には、溶断温度を
電子部品の使用限界相温度に合致させた温度フューズ12
が溶断することにより、電球口金形蛍光灯の安全性を確
保することもできる。
