Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a ship control device, and more particularly, to dealing with abnormal situations such as inundation, fire, and liquid leakage in a ship when they occur. The present invention relates to a control device for operating various security facilities. [Prior art] Conventionally, ships have various security facilities against abnormal situations such as flooding and fire, or abnormal situations such as liquid leakage and gas leakage in oil tankers and LPG tankers, and controls for controlling their operation. A control device such as a stowage calculator having a posture control mechanism for calculating the trim, heel, stability, or hull strength of the ship at the time of loading the cargo and controlling the posture of the ship is provided. ing. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, since the respective control devices provided in the above-mentioned conventional marine vessel are provided independently for each system, the following problems occur. . For example, if inundation occurs in a section of the hull,
Information such as the flooded compartment and the amount of flooded water is left to the central control room by an alarm or a display, and the security officer operates the corresponding control system to operate the watertight door corresponding to the flooded compartment based on the information. To prevent the inundation area from expanding. On the other hand, since the balance of the hull changes due to flooding as described above, it is necessary to perform ballast adjustment and control the attitude of the ship, but for this purpose, separately from the above-described operation for preventing the expansion of flooding, A control device such as a stowage computer must be used to select the line piping and control the opening and closing of valves based on information on the location of the flooded compartment and the amount of flooded water. When it becomes necessary to operate a plurality of control systems in response to one abnormal situation as described above, these must be performed individually, and as a result, fine adjustment between the control systems cannot be performed, and rapid and There is a problem that control corresponding to a change in an abnormal situation may not be performed. [Means for Solving the Problems] An object of the present invention is to provide a ship control means capable of effectively solving the conventional problems described above, and in order to achieve this object, a ship according to the present invention is provided. In the control device for the vehicle, sensors are respectively arranged in a hold divided into a plurality of parts in the longitudinal direction of the hull by a bulkhead, and each sensor is provided with a temperature detection function, a smoke detection function, a pressure detection function, and a liquid level detection function. Security equipment is provided in each of the plurality of holds, and each of the security equipment is provided with an attitude control device having a ballast adjustment function, a fire door, a fire extinguisher, an insulated door, and a watertight door. And a central control means are electrically connected to these sensors and the security equipment, respectively, and the central control means determines abnormality contents based on an output signal from the sensor. Then, an operation signal is output to the corresponding security equipment based on the determined abnormality content to activate them. [Operation] The marine vessel control device according to the present invention, by adopting the above-described configuration, concentrates output signals from the respective sensors on the central control means, and based on these signals, the central control means determines the content of the abnormality and the degree thereof. Judgment and output an operation signal to the security equipment directly responding to this abnormal situation and take action, and output an operation signal to all other equipment to be controlled in connection with this abnormal situation and simultaneously output these To control. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an oil tanker (hereinafter simply referred to as a tanker) as a ship to which the present embodiment is applied. The tanker 1 has a hull section divided into a number of hold spaces (compartment rooms) 3 (3a to 3h) and an engine room 4 by a number of bulkheads 2 and a rear area provided behind the upper deck of the hull section. It is composed of a bridge part that constitutes it. Next, a description will be given of a boat control device of the present embodiment applied to the tanker 1 having such a configuration. The ship control device is disposed in each of the holds 3 (3a to 3h), the engine room 4, the bow H, and the like, and detects sensors 5 (5a to 5h) in the hold 3 and the engine room 4 for abnormalities. 5i and 5j, security equipment 6 provided in response to the abnormality, and electrically connected to these sensors 5a to 5j and security equipment 6, and to output signals from the sensors 5a to 5j. The central control means 7 discriminates the content of the abnormality based on the content of the abnormality and outputs an operation signal to the corresponding security equipment 6 based on the content of the determined abnormality. In the present embodiment, each of the sensors 5a to 5j has a function in which a temperature detection function, a smoke detection function, a pressure detection function, and a liquid level detection function are combined. Output. The security equipment 6 includes a posture control device having a ballast adjustment function, a fire door, a fire extinguisher, a heat insulating door, a watertight door, a device operation switching device, and the like. The central control means 7 is installed on the bridge, and includes a CPU 8, a display 9, a keyboard 10, a printer 11
The temperature and smoke in each of the holds 3a to 3h, the engine room 4 and the bow H are detected based on the signals from the sensors 5a to 5j to detect the presence or absence of a fire. And the like, and by detecting a change in the liquid level to detect inundation or leakage, to determine the nature of the abnormality, its occurrence position, and its scale. The central control means 7 is preliminarily provided with a program for the type and procedure of the anticipated abnormal situation, and sends an operation signal to the corresponding security equipment 6 based on the type, location and scale of the abnormal situation. Output. Next, the operation of the thus configured marine vessel control device of the present embodiment will be described as follows, taking as an example a specific example of the abnormal state when water is immersed in an empty ship. For any reason, for example, when a crack occurs in the hold 3b and water is generated in the hold 3b, a rise in the liquid level in the hold 3b due to the flood is detected by the sensor 5b,
The information is output to the central control means 7. When the information regarding flooding is sent to the central control means 7, an operation signal is output from the central control means 7 to the security equipment 6 provided in the hold 3b, and the watertight door is closed, whereby the hold 3b The other hold 3 is isolated in a watertight state. On the other hand, along with the separation operation of the hold 3b, an operation signal is output to the attitude control device, and the ballast adjustment mechanism is operated, thereby correcting a change in attitude caused by flooding. Such attitude control is gradually performed according to a change in the amount of water sent from the sensor 5b, and appropriate attitude control is obtained. A series of control operations as described above are displayed on the display 9 of the central control means 7 together with the contents of the abnormality and the scale and change thereof, and are also recorded and output by the printer 11. By such a control operation, an isolation operation of the hold 3b, which is a direct measure against inundation, and an indirectly generated attitude control operation are simultaneously performed, and both operations are performed in association with each other. As a result, quick and highly accurate control becomes possible. If the abnormal situation is a fire, an operation signal is output to a fire door, a fire extinguisher, and the like in the security equipment 6, and these operations are performed.
When the flooding occurs, the control for the flooding described above is continuously performed. In addition, in one embodiment, the plurality of holds 3a to 3h, the engine room 4 and the bow H partitioned by the bulkhead 2 include:
In case of flooding or liquid leakage, each sensor 5a to 5j
To detect the fluctuations in the liquid level in the holds 3a to 3h, the engine room 4 and the bow H, the corresponding holds 3a to 3h and the engine room 4
And processing such as shutting down the bow H,
Activate the ballast adjustment function of the security equipment 6 to hold each hold 3a.
The hull attitude is controlled based on the ballast adjustment of ~ 3h. Similarly, even if a fire, explosion or other abnormal situation occurs, each sensor with temperature detection function, smoke detection function and pressure detection function When 5a to 5j detect these abnormalities, each security facility 6 constituted by a fire door, a fire extinguisher, an insulated door, a watertight door or an equipment operation switching device is activated, and each of the holds 3a to 3h and the engine room 4 And the safety of the bow H can be ensured. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the marine vessel control device according to the present invention is configured such that sensors are respectively disposed in a plurality of holds held in the longitudinal direction of a hull by a bulkhead, and each of the sensors is It has a function combining temperature detection function, smoke detection function, pressure detection function, and liquid level detection function, and security equipment is arranged in each of the plurality of holds, and each of the security equipment is
It is composed of a combination of attitude control device with ballast adjustment function, fire door, fire extinguisher, heat insulation door, watertight door, and equipment operation switching device. Central control means are electrically connected to these sensors and security equipment, respectively. The central control means determines the content of the abnormality based on the output signal from the sensor, and outputs an operation signal to the corresponding security equipment based on the determined content of the abnormality to activate them. The output signals from each sensor are concentrated in the central control means, and based on these signals, the central control means outputs an operation signal to security equipment directly responding to the abnormal situation, and copes with the abnormality.
