2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a screen and a filter have been used to separate a solid-liquid mixture of a solid and a liquid. In this case, the solid-liquid mixture is caused to flow in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the screen or the like, and the liquid that has passed through the pores is used as a separation liquid.Particles captured by the screen or the like are removed by mechanical force such as a scraping device and the screen. Etc. are prevented. Also, clogging of the filter and the like is dealt with by washing and replacing the filter and the like.

In the conventional solid-liquid separation operation using a screen or a filter, clogging of the screen or the filter is liable to occur with the continuation of the operation, and maintenance work for preventing performance degradation due to blockage. Also, the handling of the device is complicated. In addition, when a filter is installed in a pipeline for solid-liquid separation and the liquid is sent by a pump, the pressure rise due to blockage of the filter etc. may cause troubles such as breakage of the pipeline and filter section. There was a problem. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to reduce clogging of a screen or a filter in a solid-liquid separation device to facilitate maintenance and management, and to prevent breakage due to clogging or the like.

According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, an outlet and an inlet of a raw water tank for storing solid and liquid are communicated through an outer circulation line, and a liquid is provided in the middle of the circulation line. A cross-flow type solid-liquid separator was constructed by interposing a processing liquid receiver outside the screen, and providing a net member at the outlet of the processing liquid receiver. In addition, it is desirable that the cylindrical screen is disposed in a vertical portion of the circulation pipe because the separated liquid easily passes from the entire circumference of the screen.

In the above-mentioned cross-flow type solid-liquid separation apparatus, the solid-liquid is circulated from the raw water tank back through the cylindrical screen by a pump provided in the middle of the circulation pipe, and the circulation causes the solid-liquid separation at the screen. The liquid flows out and enters the processing liquid receiver, and then flows out from the outlet. In the solid-liquid circulated in this manner, only the liquid flows out one after another through the screen, so that the solid-liquid concentration in the raw water tank becomes high. When the concentration reaches a certain level or more, the pump is stopped, and the concentrated liquid is discarded from the raw water tank to a predetermined place. The solid-liquid separation is performed by a screen. However, since the cylindrical screen surface is parallel to the flow direction of the solid-liquid, the screen is hardly clogged, and the screen is washed by the flow of water, so that the clogging can be further prevented. When the screen is clogged, the clogged portion can be washed by spraying water from outside of the screen, or the screen portion can be easily replaced.

The raw water tank 1 for storing the solid-liquid is configured to receive an appropriate amount of raw water from a raw water tank inflow pipe 2. An outlet 3 provided at the lower part of the raw water tank 1 is communicated with an inlet at the upper part of the raw water tank via an on-off valve 4, a pump 5, and a circulation line 6 provided outside the raw water tank 1. The solid-liquid is circulated through the circulation line 6, and an on-off valve 7 is provided in the circulation line 6 near the inlet of the raw water tank 1. At the lower part of the raw water tank 1, there is provided a waste port 8 for the concentrated liquid, and the waste port 8 is communicated with a waste pipe 10 having an on-off valve 9 on the way, and the on-off valve 9 has a concentration in the raw water tank as described later. When the concentration becomes equal to or more than a certain concentration, the opening operation is performed for a certain time via the timer 9a. Further, a concentration meter 11 and a liquid level meter 12 are provided in the raw water tank 1, and an overflow path 19 is provided at an upper portion.

A cylindrical screen 13 is interposed in the vertical portion of the circulation line 6 so that only the liquid flows out when the solid-liquid is circulated and passes through the screen 13. A processing liquid receiver 14 is provided outside the screen 13 so as to receive a liquid that has passed through the screen 13 and exited. An outflow pipe 15 is provided below the processing liquid receiver 14.
a is provided to communicate with the
A net member 16 is provided so that even if the screen 13 is broken and solids having a large particle diameter enter the processing liquid receiver 14, they are prevented from flowing out. In addition, the structure in which the screen 13 is interposed in the middle of the circulation line 6 is such that both ends of the screen are detachably attached to the circulation line 6 by, for example, screwing, and the screen 13 is clogged when the screen 13 is clogged. It can be easily removed and replaced. A liquid pressure sensor 17 is provided in a lower portion of the processing liquid receiver 14, and emits a detection signal when the screen 13 is damaged and the water level in the processing liquid receiver 14 becomes higher than a predetermined level.

In this embodiment, the operation of the pump 5 and the raw water tank 1
Control panel 1 controls the circulation and outflow of solid and liquid and the disposal of concentrated liquid
8 can be used. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, detection signals from the enrichment meter 11 and the level gauge 12 in the raw water tank 1 and a detection signal from the liquid pressure sensor 17 in the treatment liquid receiver 14 are transmitted to the control panel 18, The control panel 18 can control the operation of the two on-off valves 4 and 9 and the operation of the pump 5. That is, as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 4, when the enrichment meter 11 sends a signal indicating that the enrichment becomes constant to the control panel 18 while the pump 5 is operating, the timer 9a operates to open and close the on-off valve. 9 is opened for a certain time, and the raw water tank 1
The concentrated liquid in the inside is discarded from the disposal port 8. Then, when the disposal is completed, the level gauge 12 is operated, and the raw water is injected into the raw water tank 1 to a predetermined water level.

In the event that the screen 13 is broken, the water level in the processing liquid receiver 14 rises, and the control panel 18 stops the pump 5 and sends the signal from the hydraulic pressure sensor 17 to the circulation line 6. The on-off valve 4 is closed. After this,
The screen 13 is replaced, the on-off valve 4 is opened again, and the pump 5 is driven to separate the solid and liquid.

According to the cross-flow type solid-liquid separation device of the present invention, since the screen through which only the liquid flows is provided in parallel with the flow direction of the solid-liquid, the surface of the screen capturing the particles is caused by the flow of water. Because it is washed, clogging hardly occurs and maintenance is easy. Also, the screen can be easily attached to and removed from the circulation line, and the replacement is easy.
Washing of the clogged portion is easy since water may be sprayed from outside. Furthermore, when the screen is damaged due to the pressure of the solid-liquid pumped by the screen being clogged, the solid having a large particle diameter does not stay and flow out in the processing liquid receiver, The operation of the device is safe because the pump and the on-off valve can be stopped and repaired according to the sensor signal that detects this.
