While visually observing the indicated value, it was visually confirmed whether or not the pointer rotated at an appropriate deflection angle in accordance with the output signal from the drive circuit.

Based on the read value, the meter is driven, and the above operation is repeated until the indicated value falls within a predetermined range including the standard value. It consists of the process of writing to the E 2 PROM.

システムのプログラムを除いたものは全て有している。Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes an instrument main body, 2 denotes an image processing camera which is a measuring camera for reading a display surface of the instrument main body 1, and 3 denotes an image processing system. The CPU 4 having a program for the function of the control system and the adjustment system will be described later so that, when an input signal of a specific magnitude is supplied from the drive circuit 5 to the instrument main body 1, the pointer of the instrument main body 1 indicates a predetermined scale. The E 2 PROM 5 in which data for determining the input signal amplification gain of the CPU 7 is written is a drive circuit for driving the meter 1. Next, the operation will be described with reference to FIG. First,
After the pointer is driven into the pointer shaft of the instrument body 1 and fixed, the instrument body 1 is set in front of the image processing camera 2. Then, in step ST1, the test start switch is turned on, and when the signal is input to the CPU 3, the RAM and the like in the CPU 3 are initialized. In step ST2, the instrument body 1 is set to a specific value, for example, 0
Signal to instruct km / h, 100km / h, etc. in RAM in CPU3
Set to. In this case, 0 km / h when proceeding from step ST1 to step ST2, 100 km / h when proceeding from step ST8
Set. In step ST3, an instruction signal of a specific magnitude is amplified with a predetermined gain by an amplification function in the CPU 3 so that the pointer of the instrument main body 1 indicates a specific scale, and then the instrument main body 1 is driven via the drive circuit 5. To the instrument body 1
Drive. In step ST4, the indicator value of the pointer of the instrument body 1 is read by the image processing camera 2, and
The measured value (indicated value) read in step 5 is compared with a standard value, and the difference is obtained. Then, it is determined whether or not the measured value is out of a predetermined range including the standard value. If the measured value is out of the predetermined range, the process proceeds to step ST6, and if it is within the predetermined range, the process proceeds to step 7. In step ST6, the magnitude of the gain of the amplification function in the CPU 3 is amplified so that the instrument main unit 1 gives a predetermined instruction based on the magnitude of the difference and the sign of the difference obtained in step ST5. Is written into the RAM in the CPU 3, and the process proceeds to step ST 3 based on the calculation result to drive the instrument main body 1 again via the drive circuit 5. Further, when the pointer of the meter main body 1 indicates a scale within a predetermined range including the standard value in step ST5, the gain of the indicating signal supplied to the meter main body 1 for indicating the scale is obtained from the RAM in the CPU 3. Write to E 2 PROM4. In step ST8, it is determined whether or not adjustment has been performed at a predetermined instruction value (in this case, 2 points of 0 km / h and 100 km / h). Return to ST2 and make adjustments for the 100 km / h instruction. Then, after all adjustments have been made for the predetermined instruction value, a series of processing ends in step ST9. An example in which the E 2 PROM 4 in which the indicated value data is set as described above is applied to an actual instrument unit is shown in FIG. 3 and will be described. When the power is turned on, the CPU 7 reads the gain described in FIG. 1 from the E 2 PROM 4, thereafter, inputs a detection signal from the sensor 6, performs signal processing of the detection signal, and increases the magnitude of the detection signal. After increasing or decreasing the gain of the output signal from the CPU 7 so as to indicate a scale corresponding to the above, the meter main body 1 is driven via the drive circuit 5. The CPU 7 has all the functions of the CPU 3 in FIG. 1 except for the program of the image processing system.

The indicated value is read by a measurement camera arranged opposite to the surface, the gain of the amplifier is corrected so that the read value becomes the specific value, and then the gain is written to RAM, and the written value is written to the RAM. Based on the above, the instrument is driven, and the operation is repeated until the indicated value falls within a predetermined range including the specific value, and the final value written to the RAM is read when the value falls within the predetermined range. Because the method of setting the indicated value data of the instrument to be written to E 2 PROM4 was used,
The effect is obtained that the indication value can be adjusted in a short time and the indication accuracy can be improved.
