In the case of cast-in-place concrete, since the construction period is long and the quality of the members is not constant, the cross-section becomes thick, and even unnecessary parts are used, which is uneconomical.

Just assembling the top plate (4) and other parts to the required parts and joining them together, the skeleton of the septic tank is completed. In particular, when the sedimentation tank (5) is formed by the funnel-shaped member (3), a space is formed between the back surface and the bottom of the septic tank body, so that the amount of concrete used can be greatly reduced as compared with the conventional amount of concrete used. When the flange joint (8) is buried in the butt joint (7) of the members to be joined, if members are joined by bolt nuts or the like using the flange joint (8), uneven settlement and Extrusion can be prevented.

It is a sectional perspective view. In this embodiment, four wall surfaces of the septic tank body are formed of an inverted T-shaped wall member (1) made of precast concrete. Details of the wall member are shown in FIGS. The side surface of the frame is composed of a large number of inverted T-shaped wall members (1) and hook-shaped corner members (24), and a lid hanging step (19) is provided at the upper part. The bottom (23) of the septic tank is formed of cast-in-place concrete in this example. When the septic tank has a small volume, the bottom surface can be constituted only by the precast concrete member. The inside of the septic tank is usually composed of a plurality of processing tanks, but in the present invention, the processing tanks are partitioned by the flat partition member (2). When the partition is narrow, a plurality of partition members (2a) as shown in FIG. 5 is sufficient, but when the partition is wide, an L-shaped partition member (FIG. 2b). Among such tanks, the settling tank has its bottom formed by using a funnel-shaped member (3) which is also a precast product (FIG. 11). The four sides, the bottom surface and the inner partition are thus formed by the respective precast concrete members, and the lid plate (4) is placed on the upper surface thereof. The cover plate (4) is inserted into a rectangular concrete plate by manhole holes (10a) or rectangular observation holes (10) as shown in FIG.
b) is provided. The inside of the frame is divided into a raw water tank, a flow control tank (20), a sedimentation separation tank (11), and an aeration tank (1) by a partition member (2) in a space formed by abutting a plurality of the wall members (1).
2) A treatment tank such as a precipitation tank (5) is formed. An example is shown in FIGS. In this example, both wall members (1)
Are L-shaped as shown in FIG.
As shown in Fig. 8, the inside of the tank is the first settling tank (11a), the second settling tank (11b), and the contact aeration tank (12a).
(12b), sedimentation tank (5), defoaming pump tank (14), disinfection tank (15), and discharge pump tank (16). The settling tank (5) is formed by providing a funnel-shaped member (3) as shown in FIG. 11 at the bottom thereof. Therefore, the space between the bottom of the septic tank and the funnel-shaped member (3) can function as a hollow. In the present invention, since each member is made of precast concrete, a water-stop seal (6) is provided at the butt joint (7) of each member.
Is applied. An example is shown in FIG. A swelling rubber (22a) having a property of swelling upon contact with water is stuck to a joint groove (22) provided in advance on a wall member (1) of a joining partner and between the wall members (1) and (1). A rubber joint (22b) is pasted on, and then a flange joint (8) embedded in advance in the members to be joined as shown in FIG.
Insert the fastening bolt (9) into (8) and fasten. Then, after the construction and assembly of the septic tank body are completed, as shown in FIG. 12, joints are provided with caulking joints (22c) on the outside and non-shrink mortar (22d) on the inside. The precast concrete septic tank shown in the above embodiment is a comparatively small one having a tank capacity of 65 to 130 persons (13 to 26 m 3 / day). However, according to the structure of the present invention, internal specifications and scale are required. Can be matched. 14th ~
Fig. 16 shows other example specifications. The 14 Figure examples has been designed 150-250 person bath (30 to 50 m 3 / day), inside the close septic tank skeleton square, first sedimentation separation tank from the inlet side (11
a), second sedimentation separation tank (11b), contact aeration tank (12a) (12
b), sedimentation tank (5), defoaming pump tank (14), disinfection tank (1
5) The discharge pump tank (16) is arranged efficiently. FIGS. 15 and 16 show an even larger, double slab merged processing type. This example is 320-1200
It is designed for a human tank (80-300m 3 / day). Inside the septic tank body, a management space (17) is secured in addition to the normal processing space. In this way, the soil can be covered on the upper surface to make a lawn. The treatment space includes a storage tank (18), a sludge concentration tank (19), a flow control tank (20), a first contact aeration tank (12a), and a second contact aeration tank (12
b), first sedimentation tank (5a), third contact aeration tank (12c), second sedimentation tank (5b), mechanical tank (21), disinfection tank (15), and discharge pump tank (16) Are located.

固に一体化されたものとなり、耐久性良好である。As described above, the effect of pre-casting the septic tank body as a plurality of members is that the construction period can be significantly shortened compared to cast-in-place concrete, and the cross-sectional area can be reduced (thickness) because of good quality. Can and is economical. The design according to the place can be performed by combining the members. Compared to FRP, it is rigid and heavy, so it is strong against loads and resistant to buoyancy. Even in the case of an assembly connection structure, a watertight seal such as swelling rubber or waterstop caulking is applied to the joint, so that complete waterstop can be achieved. Furthermore, a flange joint is buried in the butt joint, and is tightly integrated by tightening with a hunt tension bolt or the like, and the durability is good.
