As an apparatus capable of roughening a vertically provided concrete wall surface, there is a wall roughing machine which is suspended from above and provided with a roughening means 1 at a desired position of the wall surface P as shown in FIG. .

That is, the conventional wall roughening machine comprises a gondola-like frame 5 suspended from above and below a vertical wall P to be roughened by a lifting means 2 or the like, and a roughing means 1 on a gondola-like frame.
Is attached so as to be able to hit the wall P, and the weight of the wall rougher is W, and the rope angle between the rope 4 suspending the wall rougher and a vertical line is θ, the rope The tension of 4 is Wcosθ (provided that the weight, friction, etc. of the rope are ignored and the center of gravity is suspended by the rope),
The force of Wsinθ acts on the lower end of the rope 4 so as to rotate at a right angle. The rotational moment acting on the lower end of the rope 4 balances the force of the wall surface P to be pushed back through the roughening means 1 and does not actually rotate. The horizontal component of this force is Wsinθcosθ.
Is pressed against the wall P with a static load of Wsinθcosθ.
Therefore, the horizontal static load against which the roughening means 1 is pressed against the wall surface P is such that the smaller the rope angle θ (when θ ≦ 45 °), in other words, the more the rope 4 suspending the wall roughening machine becomes. As the length becomes longer, it becomes closer to zero and becomes smaller. Therefore, even if the roughening means 1 is operated with the same strength to strike the wall P, the impact is effectively applied to the wall P only by pushing the wall rougher backward. It will not be transmitted. Therefore, the roughening means 1
However, there is a problem that the amount of suspension decreases toward the lower side even when the actuator is operated with the same strength. When the rope 4 becomes longer and approaches the wall P in parallel, the rope 4 actually used is not rigid, so that when the roughening means 1 hits the wall P, the impact is instantly received without loosening and the wall P side. There is also a side that can not be transmitted to, coupled with the reduction of the horizontal static load,
The amount of hanging tended to be insufficient below the wall. Therefore, development of a wall roughening machine that does not change the degree of roughening even when the distance between operations in the vertical direction becomes long has been awaited.

That is, if the position of the horizontal center of gravity of the wall roughening machine does not change, the static load by which the roughing means is pressed horizontally against the wall is Wsinθcosθ as described above, so that the wall roughening machine descends and the rope is lowered. As the length becomes longer and the rope angle θ becomes smaller, the weight member becomes weaker, so when the weight member is moved in the direction away from the wall surface with the descent of the wall rougher to separate the center of gravity from the wall surface, the horizontal direction accompanying the decrease in the rope angle θ is reduced. Is prevented from being reduced. Therefore,
By setting the moving distance of the weight member in the horizontal direction in advance in relation to the descending distance of the wall roughening machine, the roughening means can be pressed against the wall with a constant strength.
Therefore, if the roughening means is operated with a constant striking force, the wall surface is always applied with a constant force, so that a uniform roughening operation in the vertical direction is performed. In actual machines, the weight, friction, etc. of the rope cannot be ignored, and it is actually difficult to suspend the center of gravity with the rope. It is difficult to calculate the moving distance of the center of gravity for pressing with. For this purpose, a load cell or the like is provided at an appropriate position of the roughening means and the load is moved up and down, and a static pressing load in the horizontal direction is measured to obtain a relationship between a descending distance of the wall roughening machine and a required moving distance of the weight member.

The exemplified wall roughening machine of the present invention has a roughening means 1 on a side facing a vertical wall surface P made of concrete, and is a gondola capable of ascending and descending along the wall surface P by a lifting means 2 provided at an upper portion. This is a wall roughing machine in which a weight member 3 is variably attached to a wall P to change the center of gravity of the entire apparatus. The elevating means 2 does not need to have a special configuration, and a generally known mechanism is used. For example, wall P
Running rail at an appropriate distance from the wall P above
P1 is provided via a column, and an electric trolley P3 having a pulley P2 is set on the traveling rail P1 so that the electric trolley P3 can travel, and the rope 4 is hung on the pulley P2 to adjust the length of the electric trolley P2. It can be raised and lowered freely. Rope 4
May be provided on either side of the lifting / lowering means 2 and the pulley P2. The roughening means 1 for hanging the wall P is a rough member such as a roughening hammer provided at a central portion of a side facing the wall P of the frame body 5 assembled with an iron pipe so as to hit the wall P. Specifically, for example, it is a striking device provided so that a large number of iron rods 11 can be vigorously hit on the wall surface P using compressed air as power. The support frame 51 is horizontally moved using a hydraulic unit or the like (not shown).
Can be moved continuously or intermittently in the vertical direction, and a relatively wide range can be automatically roughened in the direction of the arrow in FIG. The weight member 3 is rotatably supported by a pin 32 at a connecting portion between the lifting / lowering means 2 and the frame 5 via an arm 31. The horizontal distance from the wall surface P can be freely adjusted by expanding and contracting the fixed hydraulic cylinder 33, so that the horizontal distance between the center of gravity of the entire apparatus and the wall surface P is adjustable. The weight member 3 is equipped with a moving hydraulic unit, a pneumatic unit, an oil tank, and the like of the roughing means 1 and an appropriate weight balance as required, so that the center of gravity can be moved effectively. When a concrete wall P (strength: 483 kg f / cm 2 ) having a height of 10 m was roughened by automatic operation from the top to the bottom using the wall roughener having the above structure, the results shown in Table 1 were obtained. . The total weight of the wall roughening machine used was 4.5 t,
The weight member 3 was 1 ton. Remarks The value in parentheses is the horizontal static load (kg). The roughening means 1 adjusts the impact force to 5 kg f / cm 2 ,
It was hit at a moving speed of 3 m / min according to the sequence shown in FIG. During this time, the wall roughing machine is not lowered, and when the roughing work from the upper left to the lower left of the drawing is completed, the roughing hammer is returned to the initial position, and the wall rougher is lowered by a predetermined distance to strike again. Restarted. Then, the weight member 3 was separated from the wall surface P at a rate of about 2 cm with respect to the descent of the wall roughening machine 1 m as shown in FIG. The comparative example is data when the weight member 3 is moved toward the wall surface P and roughened without moving at all. As is clear from Table 1, in the embodiment in which the weight member 3 is moved away from the wall surface by moving the center of gravity by lowering the wall roughening machine, the wall surface P having a height of 10 m is uniformly hung. On the other hand, in the comparative example, the balance is already insufficient at the intermediate point. This is because, while the static load for pressing the roughened hammer against the wall surface is constant regardless of the height in the example, in the case of the comparative example, it is already reduced to about 60% of the upper part at the middle point, It can be seen that the striking force of the rough hammer is no longer effectively transmitted to the wall P. The means for moving the weight member in the horizontal direction is not limited to the method described in the embodiment. And so on.
Also, in the wall roughening machine according to the present invention, there is a limit to the distance in which the center of gravity can be moved in consideration of the operability. Therefore, when the weight of the weight member 3 is constant, a stable drop is obtained. There is naturally a limit to the height of the wall P that can be carried out, but for example, by using the electric trolley P3, for example, up and down 10 m
After the belt is laid in the width direction in the horizontal direction, the lower part of the weight member 3 can be similarly tied by making the weight member 3 heavier. do not do. Further, it is also possible to increase the working range in which the roughening means 1 can be uniformly roughened by using a method of increasing the power of the roughening means 1 to enhance the impact force.

The generated rotational moment is received by the roughening means whose end face is abutted against the wall surface, and the horizontal distance between the center of gravity and the upper suspension point is variably provided by the horizontal movement of the weight member. By moving the center of gravity according to the distance to be lowered, the static load for pressing the roughening means against the wall surface can be kept constant. For this reason,
Even on a large-scale concrete wall that is long in the vertical direction, roughing work can be performed uniformly regardless of the height.
