Insulation cushioning material having properties and cushioning properties is wrapped with a rubber-based, synthetic resin-based or rubber asphalt-based front-side waterproof sheet and a back-side waterproof sheet so that the waterproof sheet is overlaid to form ears. In addition, two adjacent ears of the mat are formed on the upper surface side with respect to the thickness direction of the mat, and the other two ears are formed with respect to the thickness direction of the mat. It is also characterized by being formed on the lower surface side.

It consists of a waterproof sheet made of synthetic resin or the like. As the thickness of the waterproof sheet 1b, about 1 mm is economically preferable. Since the waterproof sheet 1b is formed by placing protective concrete on the mat 1, the waterproof sheet 1b does not necessarily have to be excellent in ozone resistance, ultraviolet resistance and the like. Tensile strength and tear strength,
Alternatively, it is only necessary to have alkali resistance.

The joining method of the waterproof sheet 1b differs depending on the type of the waterproof sheet 1b. For example, when the waterproof sheet 1b is a vulcanized rubber-based sheet, an adhesive is applied to the joining surface with a non-vulcanized rubber tape interposed, and the roller is rolled. When the waterproof sheet 1b is a self-welding type vinyl chloride sheet or a deteriorated bitumen sheet, the surface is slightly melted by burning with an adhesive or a flame, and then self-welding is performed to join.
