[0003] Such a system is proposed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. Sho 61-23028. In this system, a nozzle is screwed and mounted on a die-cast bracket (nozzle holder), and a screw mounting portion is provided. A thin metal pipe such as a copper pipe is connected to the connection thread on the opposite side. By positioning the mounting position of the bracket in advance in relation to a mounting bracket (mounting plate) connected to the mixing tube and screwing the bracket under these conditions, coaxiality between the nozzle and the mixing tube is ensured.

B. When connecting the thin metal tube to the nozzle, a metal fitting for connecting the thin metal pipe, specifically, a metal fitting for screw connection is required separately. Work such as welding is required. The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and is described as follows. "A mounting bracket is continuously connected to a mixing pipe of a gas burner, and a nozzle is coaxially fixed to the mixing pipe by a bracket mounted thereon. Nozzle fixed structure ", it is easy to connect with a thin metal tube connected to this nozzle, and this is stable over a long period of time. In addition, the distance between the nozzle and the mouth of the mixing tube is increased. The task is to keep it constant.

[Technical Means] The technical means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is as follows: "The mounting bracket (2) connected to the mixing pipe (B) of the gas burner is a partially open box made of a metal plate. , opening on the wall surface (21) facing the mouth of the mixing tube of the box body (B) (B 1)
(22), and a bracket (3) having a nozzle mounting plate (31) having a U-shaped cross section and parallel to the wall (21) is detachably screwed to the wall (21). A gourd-shaped long hole (32) is formed in the nozzle mounting plate (31).
A small arc portion (33) located coaxially with respect to the mouth portion (B 1 ).
And a shape having a large arc portion (34) deviating from this,
The nozzle (4) has a mounting flange (41) attached to the inner surface of the nozzle mounting plate (31) and screwed concentrically with the small arc portion (33), and a thin metal plate on the inlet side. tube
An insertion opening (42) for inserting the end of (5) is formed, and a pull-out part (51) is provided at a position away from the tip of the thin metal tube (5).
The insertion opening (42) is large enough to insert the cording portion (51), and the large arc portion (3) of the long hole (32) is formed.
4) is set to a size in which the cording portion (51) can be inserted, and the size of the small arc portion (33) is made to substantially match the diameter of the thin metal tube (5), and the thin metal tube (5) The sealing gasket (P) was press-fitted between the distal end tubular portion (52) on the distal end side of the pull-out portion (51) and the insertion opening (42). The above technical means operates as follows. The mounting position of the mounting bracket (2) and bracket (3) is the mixing pipe (B)
Since the dimensions of each part are set in advance so that the small arc portion (33) of the long hole (32) is coaxial with the small arc portion (33), the nozzle (4) is screwed into a predetermined position on the nozzle mounting plate (31). In the stopped state, coaxiality between the mixing pipe (B) and the nozzle (4) is ensured.

Also, a fitting (2) for attaching to the mixing pipe (B)
Since the distance between the wall (21) and the distance between the wall (21) and the nozzle mounting plate (31) of the bracket (3) are set at predetermined intervals in advance, the mixing pipe (B) and the nozzle (4) Is also a predetermined dimension. The bracket (3) to which the thin-walled metal tube (5) is continuously provided is formed in a U-shaped cross section, so that the nozzle mounting plate (3) to which the thin-walled metal tube (5) is continuously provided is provided.
1) is in a state where both ends are supported. Therefore, this nozzle mounting plate
(31) That is, the holding strength of the end of the thin metal tube (5) by the bracket (3) is sufficient.

Further, the nozzle (4) is attached to the nozzle mounting plate (31).
To connect the thin metal tube (5) with the slot (32)
Insert the tip of the thin-walled metal tube (5) from the side of the large arc (34), and fit the sealing gasket (P) onto the tip tube (52) on the tip of the stringing portion (51). This is inserted into the insertion opening (42), and is attached to the inner surface side of the nozzle mounting plate (31) by the mounting flange (41), and the mounting flange (41) and the nozzle mounting plate (31) are screwed. I do. At the time of this screw fixing, the cording part (51) is inside the nozzle mounting plate (31) and
It has been moved to the (33) side. As a result, the nozzle (4) was screwed to the inner surface of the nozzle mounting plate (31).
In this state, since the thin metal tube (5) and the nozzle (4) coincide with the small arc portion (33), the above-described coaxiality is ensured, and the cording portion (51) is connected to the small arc portion (33). The nozzle (4) and the thin-walled metal tube (5) are connected to each other, and the airtightness between them is ensured by the distal end cylinder (52) and the insertion opening (42).
And the seal packing (P) interposed between them.

[Effect] Just by screwing the nozzle (4) into a predetermined position on the nozzle mounting plate (31), coaxiality with the mixing pipe (B) is ensured and the mouth (B) of the mixing pipe (B) is secured. 1 ) and the interval is set appropriately. Also, airtight connection between the thin metal tube (5) and the nozzle (4) can be ensured only by attaching the nozzle (4) to the nozzle mounting plate (31) while being fitted with the thin metal tube (5). The work of mounting the nozzle (4) and connecting the thin metal pipe (5) can be simplified.

(3) and the nozzle (4) are pre-assembled with the thin metal tube (5) connected. The nozzle (4) has a mounting flange (41) attached from the inside of the nozzle mounting plate (31),
The mounting screws penetrating the through holes (38) (38) from the outer surface side of the nozzle mounting plate (31) are screwed into the screw holes (43) (43) and screwed.

In this case, prior to the screwing, the distal end of the thin-walled metal tube (5) having the O-ring fitted to the distal end tubular portion (52) is removed from the large arc portion (34) of the long hole (32). A threading part (51) is inserted through the inner surface of the nozzle mounting plate (31), and the nozzle (4) is fitted over the tip part. In this state, the threading part (5) of the thin metal tube (5) is inserted. It is moved so that the vicinity of 51) coincides with the small arc portion (33).

As a result, the stringing portion (51) is engaged with the elongated hole (32) in a retaining state, and the stringing portion (51) and the O-ring as the seal packing (P) are inserted into the insertion opening (42). ). The depth of the insertion opening (42) is made substantially equal to the sum of the diameter of the O-ring as the seal packing (P) and the width of the cording portion (51) in the axial direction. Then, when the mounting flange (41) is screwed in a state of being attached to the inner surface of the nozzle mounting plate (31), the stringing portion (51) and the sealing packing (P) are inserted into the insertion opening (42). The distal end tubular portion (52) is closely fitted in the inner periphery of the tubular body portion at the back of the insertion opening (42). Therefore, the distal end of the thin metal tube (5) is held in the space between the insertion opening (42) and the nozzle mounting plate (31) in a movement-blocking state, and the thin metal tube (5) and the nozzle (4) are not moved. 3) The connection portion is securely fixed and airtightness is sufficiently ensured.
