In order to provide, the belt material on both sides is connected by a belt material of the same material with a width of about 20 mm every 300 to 500 mm, but there is a problem that it has to be expensive due to many manufacturing steps. Also, due to the limitation of the net strength at the time of lamination, a net with a fine density of 70 mesh or more cannot be used. Therefore, when collecting dust such as cotton dust, it is possible to prevent a certain amount of dust from passing through. There was also a problem that there was no. Further, when the amount of the attached cotton dust increases, there is a possibility that the cotton dust may peel off and drop during the circulating movement.

By piercing by punching, etc., the fibers are planted on the sheet surface to form a circulating filter, which simplifies the structure compared to conventional filters with a structure in which a mesh and a belt material are laminated, and withstands tension. It is an object of the present invention to provide a circulating transfer type filter which is comparable in quality, buckling resistance and self-lubrication to conventional filters in terms of quality. As described above, the filter of the present invention has perforated holes on the sheet surface according to predetermined requirements, and fibers are planted on the surface, so that it is possible to suppress the passage of cotton dust through the holes without increasing filtration resistance and to capture the dust. Efficiency can be improved.
Further, in the curved portion passing when the filter is circulated, the interval between the planted and upstanding fiber piles is enlarged to easily remove cotton dust adhered and held on the planted fiber by suction, spraying, vibration or the like. Therefore, clogging does not occur. The filter formed of a conventional nonwoven fabric or a felt material has a good catching rate of cotton dust, but has a drawback that the passage resistance (blowing resistance) is large and the filter is clogged in a short period of time.

I can do it. In this way, most of the dust is trapped on the filter and almost no dust passes. Incidentally, by appropriately adjusting the fineness, the pile length, and the density, it is possible to adjust the passage resistance and the trapping rate of cotton dust.

By forming the sheet with the attached sheet, it is possible to prevent the filter from buckling due to its own weight or suction pressure.

In the figure, 7 is a cross-flow fan, 8 is a rotating shaft thereof, 9 is a case of the fan 7, and 10 is an endless belt. The filter is a support roll that supports the filter B and guides the filter in the direction of the thick arrow. The filter circulates in the longitudinal direction of the rotation shaft 8 of the fan 7. B
When the air is driven to circulate, air is sucked from the opening side of the case 9 and the cotton dust floating and existing outside the filter B is sucked through the filter B and adheres and accumulates on the filter B, thereby forming a curved portion, The portion of the support roll 10 is removed by suction or spraying. The movement of the filter B may be either continuous movement or intermittent movement.
