(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, the wood grain groove for treating the terminal of the skin material is preferably deep and narrow, and therefore the second wood grain groove of the first skin material is provided. Of course, the same applies to the first wood-groove groove of the substrate. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of moldability of the substrate, it is preferable that the first wood grain groove is shallow and wide. Therefore, in the case of the board, the first wood grain groove is formed deep and narrow. In order to cope with the decline, use a material that is obtained by defibrating softwood chips with a long fiber length, a material that mixes various fibers such as hemp wool and chemical fiber, a material that mixes a large amount of binding resin, etc. There are many. For this reason, there is a problem that the material cost of the substrate is increased, the number of steps is increased, and the cost of the molded product is increased. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve such a problem.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention relates to a molded article having a multilayer structure and a method for producing the same, and a first invention relates to a wooden molded substrate and a first skin material adhered to one side surface of the substrate. A molded article having a multilayer structure comprising a second skin material locally adhered to one side surface of the skin material, wherein the first skin material is made of an elastic material and a part of the first skin material is formed on the substrate. An opening formed by sticking along the first grained groove provided is provided with a second grained groove having a reduced width, and the terminal of the second skin material is provided in the groove. It is characterized by being inserted and adhered. In the second invention of the present invention, when manufacturing the above-mentioned molded article, the first skin material is formed into a predetermined shape to form the second wood-groove groove, and the skin material is formed on the first skin material. The substrate formed in a predetermined shape in advance to form the first wood-groove groove is bonded.

(Operation / Effect of the Invention) In the molded article according to the first invention, since the second wood-groove groove for wood-cutting the terminal of the second skin material has a shape in which the opening is reduced, The end of the second skin material inserted into the second grained groove utilizing the elasticity of the first skin material is held by the opening of the groove and wider than the opening. Strongly adhered in the groove. Therefore, it is possible to achieve an extremely attractive graining process. Thus, the first wood grain groove for forming the second wood grain groove having such a shape and maintaining the shape may be shallow and wide. For this reason, the moldability of the substrate having the first wood grain groove is improved,
As the woody material of the substrate, it is possible to use extremely short fiber lengths such as pulverized wood chips of various types, and it is not necessary to use a large amount of binding resin. become. The molded article can be easily manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the second invention.

The substrate 11 is formed by pressing a hard board mainly made of a wood material having a short fiber length obtained by defibrating hardwood wood chips into a predetermined shape, and includes a groove 11a surrounding the predetermined shape. The groove 11a corresponds to the first wood grain groove of the present invention, and is referred to as a first groove 11a. A skin material 12 is adhered to the entire surface of one side of the substrate 11, and a portion of the skin material 12 corresponding to the first groove 11a of the substrate 11 is inserted into the groove 11a and adhered to the inner surface thereof to form the groove 12a.
Is formed. The groove 12a corresponds to the second grained groove of the present invention, and is referred to as a second groove 12a. Opening 12a 1 of the second groove 12a is formed by bulging the pad layer as shown in FIGS. 3 and FIG. 6, the grooves
12a of the cross-sectional shape and is reduced in its opening 12a 1 is inside 12a 2 and has a flared shape. Such skin material 12
Has elasticity by the action of the pad layer. The ornament fabric 13 is adhered to a portion of the skin material 12 that is surrounded by the second groove 12a, and all terminals on the outer periphery are inserted into the second groove 12a and adhered to the inner surface thereof.

Since in the door trim 10 having such a configuration of the shape which the opening 12a 1 of the second groove 12a is reduced, ornament fabric inserted into the second groove 12a by expanding the opening portion 12a 1 by utilizing the elasticity of the skin material 12 13 together with the terminal is clamped in the openings 12a 1 of, it is firmly bonded together with a wide inner 12a 2 than the openings 12a 1. Therefore, this makes a very nice looking terminal process. Thus, the groove 11a of the substrate 11 for forming the second groove 12a and maintaining its shape.
May be shallow and wide. For this reason, the moldability of the substrate 11 having such a groove 11a is improved, and a very short fiber length can be used as the woody material of the substrate 11, and it is not necessary to use a large amount of the binding resin.
Consequently, the productivity of the door trim 10 is improved and the cost is reduced.

In manufacturing the door trim 10, the surface material 12 is formed into a predetermined shape to form a second groove portion 12 a, and the surface material 12 is formed into a predetermined shape in advance to form a first groove portion 11 a to form a substrate 11. Glue and then ornament fabric
13 is bonded and terminal-treated. The skin material 12 is formed by using a vacuum forming die 20 shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 and performing vacuum forming under heating. The molding die 20 is provided with a projection 22 having a head having an elliptical cross section on the entire outer periphery of the bulging portion 21.
Is held in this state by vacuum forming, and the base material 11 formed by pressing in a predetermined shape in advance on the surface of the skin material 12 is bonded using an adhesive. As a result, a portion of the skin material 12 corresponding to the protrusion 22 of the molding die 20 is formed in the first groove portion of the substrate 11.
A second groove portion 12a having the same shape as the protruding portion 22 whose pad layer swells is formed on the skin material 12, and the groove portion 12a is formed in the first groove portion 11a. Is held. After that, the substrate 11 and a skin material integrated therewith
The mold 12 is released from the molding die 20, but the protrusion 22 of the molding die 20
Is pulled out of the second groove 12a by the elasticity of the skin material 12.
