By using a resin-made clamp body or the like molded separately in shape, the straight tube portion on each resin tube side is pressed and engaged between each claw wall portion of the clamp body, or is fixed. Are fixed to each other by being inserted into a pair of semicircular concave grooves provided between the opposing surfaces and fixed by mutual engaging means.

題を有することとなった。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in such a conventional fixing method, the resin tube is fixed to each of the holding wall portions or the concave groove portions because of fixing by the clamp body formed in advance separately. Not only does the assembling work become extremely inconvenient, the workability is inevitably reduced, but also the nail walls forming the clamping walls or the mutual hooking means are defective, or the nail walls for a long period of time, Due to fatigue or vibration from engines, machines, devices, etc., the resin tube often becomes partially detached on the resin tube side, and the fixing is generally unstable. Due to the variation, the resin tube is crushed and deformed, causing problems such as obstructing the flow of the internal fluid.

方法を要旨とするものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a method for forming a plurality of resin tubes in a mutually opposed straight pipe portion, which is arranged in a substantially parallel manner with a space therebetween, in an opposed interior. A mold made of a pair of split molds having a hollow part of a shape is inserted into the hollow part and set in a sandwiching state. Thereafter, a molten material made of a thermoplastic resin having a melting point lower than the melting point of the resin tube is formed on the one side. While injecting into the hollow part inside the mold from the spout part provided in the mold, the inside air is removed from the hole provided in the other mold and filled, then cooled and solidified, and then solidified. A gist of the present invention is a method of assembling and fixing a small-diameter resin tube in which a straight pipe portion of the resin tube is cast and buried in a state of being held together and fixed in accordance with the formation of a clamp body having a mounting piece.

なる。(Operation) Since the present invention is based on such a fixing method, the difference in melting point between the resin tube and the clamp body formed by injection molding causes
Since the fixing portion on the resin tube side is cast and buried in a batch holding shape along with the molding of the clamp body having the mounting piece integrally, the troublesome work of assembling the resin tube is eliminated, thereby simplifying and securely fixing the resin tube. Therefore, the workability is remarkably improved, and there is no concern about detachment of the resin tube at the fixing portion. In addition, the clamp body and the mounting piece are integrally formed of a resin material having a melting point lower than the melting point of the resin tube. Crushing and deformation on the resin tube side are eliminated.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a collective array formed by the method for fixing a small-diameter resin tube according to the present invention, and FIG.
It is a cross-sectional view which shows the injection molding state in the metal mold | die which concerns on the structure of the assembly arrangement | sequence of a figure, (1) consists of 6m / m3 pieces and 8m / m1 pieces which were subjected to desired bending beforehand. For example, a plurality of resin tubes made of a nylon-11 material having a melting point of about 185 ° C., comprising a pair of split molds having a rectangular hollow portion (3, 3 ′) inside the resin tube (1) opposed to the resin tube. A mold (2, 2 ') is inserted through the hollow part, and the straight pipe parts arranged in a substantially parallel manner while maintaining a gap in the hollow part (3, 3') are positioned and clamped. Nylon-12 material having a melting point lower than the melting point of the resin tube (1), for example, about 170 ° C. in the hollow portion (3,3 ′) from the spout (5) provided in one of the molds. A molten material of a thermoplastic resin consisting of is injected and filled at an injection pressure of 150 kg / cm 2 . Then, the cooling process is performed by flowing the cooling water to the flow path (6) to solidify the resin tube (4), and thus the resin tubes (1) arranged and assembled together with the integral molding of the clamp body (4) and the mounting piece (4 '). ) Is obtained by casting and embedding the straight pipe portions in a lump and embedding and fixing them. Incidentally, (7) is an air vent hole provided in the other mold, and the injection of the molten resin material from the injection port (5) of one mold is performed.
At the time of filling, the air inside the hollow portion (3, 3 ') is extracted to efficiently inject and fill the molten material.

の集合配列固定方法である。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the method for assembling and fixing the small-diameter resin tube according to the present invention is particularly applicable to the injection molding of the clamp body relating to the mutual melting point of the resin tube (1) and the clamp body (4). As a result, the fixing portion of the resin tube (1) is cast and buried in a holding state at a time, so that there is no trouble in assembling the resin tube (1) and a simple and reliable configuration can be achieved. As a result, the workability is remarkably enhanced, and at the same time, there is no fear of detachment at the fixing portion. Further, the clamp body (4) and the mounting piece (4 ') are made of a resin material having a melting point lower than the melting point of the resin tube (1). In addition to the integral molding, the integral molding makes it possible to eliminate the collapse and deformation of the fixing portion on the resin tube side and smoothly flow the internal fluid. Column fixing method.
