Claims (1)
と、該ガス発生器よりのガスが流入するガス注入口を有
するエアバッグ本体とを備え、該エアバッグ本体のガス
注入口の周縁部に補強布が縫着され、該補強布を被覆す
るように防炎布が取付けられ、該エアバッグ本体のガス
注入口の周縁部が前記ベースプレートにリテーナを介し
て固着されたエアバッグ装置において、前記リテーナの
内周縁に沿うエアバッグ本体側に前記防炎布の内側縫着
部が形成され、前記リテーナの外周縁の外側に沿うエア
バッグ本体側に前記防炎布の外側縫着部が形成され、該
外側縫着部がリテーナの外周縁に近接した位置で、且つ
ガス発生器よりの高温のガスが直接当たらない位置に形
成され、前記リテーナの取付用の複数の取付穴が前記内
側縫着部及び外側縫着部間に上下方向に貫通して形成さ
れていることを特徴とするエアバッグ装置。1.
