れている。 前記熱源設備5は、冷熱源に電動機駆動の蒸気圧縮冷
凍機を用い、暖房と給湯を行う温熱源にガスや灯油や重
油だきボイラを用いて構成されている。 前記クリーンルームBには、出入口設備8、照明設備
9、目的別の任意機材が導入された診断・治療設備10、
医薬品や治療具・消毒器等が保管管理されている机兼用
備品庫11、及び採光を目的とする窓12が設置されてい
る。 前記クリーンルームBは、本実施例では、水平層流形
のクリーンルームとして構成されており、前記空気処理
設備3から送風された洗浄空気がクリーンルームの1つ
の壁面から流出され、これに対向する壁面に流入させて
いる。 又、前記クリーンルームBは、前記出入口設備8にエ
アシャワーを設けている。更に前記クリーンルームBは
該ルーム内の種々の環境情報を検出するためのセンサ14
を内部に配置している。 前記診断・治療設備10としては、心電計、血圧計、X
線診断装置を含み、更に手術台、人工呼吸器、麻酔装置
等を備えている。 前記監視制御装置7は前記センサ14の出力に基づいて
各設備の運転状況を管理及び制御し、クリーンルームB
内を治療室として最適状態に維持できる構成を有してい
る。 前記機械室A及びクリーンルームBに共通する計装設
備としては、前記センサによる制御系の他に、図には示
していないが、信号系やデータ処理系に係わる各種設備
が設置されている。例えば外部との通信手段となる電話
等の通信設備等である。又、発電用原動機の燃料タンク
並びに給水タンク等はユニット本体と一体もしくは別置
き可能に設けられている。前記コンテナ1は、搬送時に
吊り上げ用として利用され、且つ運送時に運送手段との
固定に利用される吊上用金具13が外部天板上に設けられ
ている。 上記の如く構成された移動式治療ユニットは、緊急治
療を要する負傷者や病人が災害とか無医村で発生した場
合、前記吊上用金具13を介してコンテナ1が直ちにクレ
ーンにより吊り上げられ、ヘリコプター、トレーラ、船
舶、列車等の輸送手段に積載されて現地に移送される。
現地到着後、このコンテナ1は所定場所に設置され、直
ちに発電設備4が運転されて電力を全系需要先に供給す
る一方、熱源設備5が蒸気や温水を需要先に供給する。
衛生設備6は需要先へ給水すると共に、排水を処理す
る。又、空気処理設備3は、クリーンルームB内の空気
浄化及び空気調和を行い、クリーンルームB内を清浄化
する。クリーンルーム内が清浄化され次第、照明設備9
が点灯され、治療設備10を用いた治療が開始される。そ
の際、自然採光が窓12から得られる。 なお、医師及び被治療者等は出入口設備8を通って室
内へ入室でき、その際エアーシャワーにより清浄され
る。 上気に記載した各記載の一連の運転管理、及びクリー
ンルーム内の環境管理は全て監視制御装置7により監視
され、制御される。また、運転状況及び環境状況は必要
データが記録され、外部との連絡は通信手段により行わ
れる。 第2図は本発明の移動式治療ユニットの他の実施例を
示している。 なお、機械室内及びクリーンルーム内の各設備は第1
図に示したものと同じであり、従って、同一符号を用い
て説明は省略する。 図において、本実施例による移動式治療ユニットは、
各設備が設置された機械室Aと、治療が行われるクリー
ンルームBとが分離可能な構造のコンテナ20により設け
られている。即ち、機械室AとクリーンルームBとが一
体化されたコンテナ20は現地に移送され、現地にて設置
時に機械室AがクリーンルームBから分離される。その

収されて移送される際、前記ダクト21及び伸縮継手22か
らなる伸縮結合手段が縮められて格納され、機械室Aと
クリーンルームBとが一体化されて移送される。 なお、前記伸縮結合手段は、予め格納されて前記機械
室及びクリーンルームを連結している前記構成の他に、

る。 前記各実施例において、クリーンルームは水平層流形
