In the tape wire 10, as described above, the wire pitch and the diameter of the wire are extremely small, so that the pitch of the electric connector and the width W of the wire contact portion are extremely small. Become. The wire pitch, the pitch of the electric connector, the wire width, and the width of the wire contact portion are accurate, and the wire center of the wire and the wire center of the wire contact portion completely match each other. In this case, the problem of poor contact does not occur. However, if there is any variation in each dimension, as shown in FIG. 16, the error between the wires to be sequentially contacted in parallel and the wire contact portion gradually increases, resulting in poor contact.

For example, it is necessary to allow for variations in the pitch dimension between the wires 4 of the tape wire 10, and furthermore, variations in the cutout size of the tape wire 10, and also variations in the pitch and the wire contact portion on the electrical connector side. It is necessary to allow for variations in width. In view of all of the above variations, the required width of the wire contact portion of the electric connector is widened, and if it is narrow, the contact becomes unstable.

In order to stabilize the contact state, the width of the wire contact portion may be widened. However, when the electric connector has a fork shape as shown in FIG. 7 is equal to the thickness (W). Therefore, increasing the thickness of the electrical connector solves the problem, but increasing the thickness of the electrical connector necessitates a reduction in the thickness of the partition wall of the connector housing. In order to stabilize the contact state, there is a method in which the conductor of the electric wire is made to have a foil shape to increase the area of the contact portion of the electric wire contact portion to improve the contact stability. In this case, the number of steps of arranging the conductor foils at a predetermined pitch and connecting the foils to the wires increases, which causes problems in cost, technology, and the like.

[0010] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is to insert a fork-shaped electric connector from one end side into an electric connector insertion hole provided side by side in a connector housing.
A number of ultra-fine round conductors with a diameter of 0.12 mm on the tape and a number of tape wires arranged in parallel with a narrow pitch of 0.8 mm between conductors are inserted through the wire insertion opening at the other end of the connector housing. And inserted between the upper and lower arms of the fork-shaped electric connector which are vertically opposed and linearly protruded, and further, a retainer is inserted through the electric wire insertion opening to press the upper arm of the electric connector. Then, an electric wire contact portion formed at the tip of the upper arm of each electric connector is brought into contact with each round conductor of the tape electric wire, and the fork-shaped electric connector is formed by punching a conductive material. The whole arm has the same thickness, and a bent portion having the same shape as the wire contact portion is provided integrally with the wire contact portion of the upper arm when punching a conductive material in advance. To the wire contact area A tape wire and a fork, wherein the tape wire and the fork are overlapped in the width direction and integrated by a press, and the contact surface of the tape wire with the round conductor is double the sheet thickness by overlapping the punched cut surface. The present invention provides a connection structure for an electric connector. That is, only the width of the wire contact portion is increased without increasing the thickness of the plate forming the electrical connector.

As described above, according to the present invention, in the fork-shaped electric connector having the same thickness as a whole, only the width of the wire contact portion can be increased without increasing the thickness. Even if there is some variation in the width and pitch of the connector and the width and pitch of the conductor of the tape wire, it is possible to ensure the contact between the electrical connector and the wire and improve the contact reliability. Can be done.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in order to increase the area in the width direction of the wire contact portion 20 to be brought into contact with the conductor exposed portion 4a and to improve the contact reliability with the conductor 4,
The upper end surface of the lower arm portion 13 is provided with notches 21 at a predetermined interval from one end to the other end in the length direction (that is, from the connection side to the protruding end), and each portion 22 sandwiched between the notches 21 is The right and left sides R and L in the width direction are alternately projected and projected on both sides. The width W ′ of the wire contact portion 20 is larger than the plate thickness W due to the above-described protrusion on both sides in the width direction.

FIG. 4 shows a modification of the first embodiment. Instead of cutting and punching the wire contact portion 20, the upper portion 13a of the arm portion 13 is simply sequentially moved in the length direction in the left-right width direction. The arms 13 are alternately stamped on both sides, that is, the upper part of the arm portion 13 is formed in a wavy shape. By alternately embossing in the left-right width direction as described above, it is possible to very easily widen only the width of the wire contact portion 20 as in the first embodiment. The same applies to the arm 12 on the wire contact side.

FIGS. 5 to 7 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which only the width of the electric wire contact portion 20 of the electric connector 11 is expanded to about twice as large as the other width. In the electrical connector 11 of the present embodiment, of the upper and lower arms 12 and 13, the electric wire contact portion is on the lower end surface side of the upper arm 12 and the upper arm 1.
The distal end side of the lower end surface of 2 is an electric wire contact portion 20.

As shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b), the electric wire contact portion 20 is used to cut out the fork-shaped electric connector 11 from a plate material having a thickness W. Only the tip portion 12a is punched by forming a bent portion 25 having the same shape as the tip portion 12a from the upper end thereof. The bent portion 25 is bent so as to be adjacent to the width direction of the tip portion 12a, and then pressed to adjust the shape, and the tip portion 12a and the bent portion 25 are integrally fixed.

That is, the wire contact portion 20 having the same width as the plate thickness W
Is bent to one side in the width direction, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the width that can be brought into contact with the conductor 4 can be increased from W to W ′. It is preferable that the entire exposed portion 4a of the conductor 4 is in contact with the wire contact portion 20 of the electric connector 11, but it is not always essential, and it is sufficient if a portion of the exposed portion 4a contacts the wire contact portion 20. FIG.
As shown in (1), there is an advantage that the center portion of the conductor 4 can be brought into contact with the wire contact portion 20 even if the conductor 4 is shifted left and right.

As is apparent from the above description, in the fork-shaped electrical connector for connection with the round conductor juxtaposed to the tape electric wire according to the present invention, the overall thickness of the electrical connector is increased. In addition, since only the width of the wire contact portion is widened, contact stability with the wire made of a round conductor can be achieved, and the problem with the partition wall from the connector housing can be cleared.

1. A fork-shaped electric connector is inserted from one end side into an electric connector insertion hole juxtaposed with a connector housing, and a superconducting round conductor having a diameter of 0.12 mm is taped on a tape. A large number of tape wires arranged in parallel with a narrow pitch of 0.8 mm between conductors are inserted through the wire insertion opening at the other end of the connector housing, and the fork-shaped electric connectors are vertically opposed to each other. The upper arm of each electric connector is pressed by inserting a retainer through the electric wire insertion opening, and the electric wire formed at the tip of the upper arm of each electric connector is inserted. The contact portion is in contact with each of the round conductors of the tape wire, and the fork-shaped electrical connector is formed by punching a conductive material and has the same thickness as a whole. The tactile portion, may be provided integrally with the case of pre-stamping of conductive material bent portion of the electric wire contact portion having the same shape,
The bent portion is overlapped with the electric wire contact portion in the width direction and integrated by pressing, and the contact surface of the tape electric wire with the round conductor is made twice as thick as the stamped cut surface is overlapped. A connection structure between a tape electric wire and a fork-shaped electric connector.
