より、高温ガスに接触する被乾燥原液の粒径を超微粒に
することができ、効率よく乾燥処理を行うことができ
る。また、本発明の構成によれば、二次噴霧用円盤に対
する被処理液体の供給位置が回動中心に位置しているた
め、該二次噴霧用円盤が遠心噴霧にとって理想的に作用
する。従って、本発明の遠心噴霧機は、二次噴霧用円盤
の回転速度を比較的遅くしても実施することができるよ
うになり、回転駆動用モータの回転速度を小さくするこ
とができるため、モータのエネルギー省力化と同時に装
置の小型化を達成することが可能である。更に、低速運
転に伴って装置運転時の騒音を小さくすることができる
ため作業環境を改善する等の特徴を有するものであり、

て、前記高温の乾燥エア雰囲気中に周壁に多数の二次噴
霧孔を穿設した二次噴霧用円盤を外部回転駆動装置によ
り適宜周速で回転駆動するように軸設すると共に、該二
次噴霧用円盤の内径側に前記二次噴霧孔に向かって被乾
燥原液の一次霧を発生する一次噴霧手段を構成し、前記
二次噴霧円盤を回転駆動しながら一次噴霧手段に被乾燥
原液を供給して、該二次噴霧手段の二次噴霧孔から放出
した被乾燥原液の二次霧を乾燥処理することを特徴とす
る噴霧乾燥装置用遠心噴霧機。1.
