Conventional seaweed ripening machines have an inner tank fixed to an outer tank through which water can freely flow in and out, and a rotary shaft with stirring blades for the seaweed raw material is supported by a bearing in the inner tank, and the water is fed from the feed port at the bottom of the tank. It is configured to feed seaweed raw material.
Such conventional machines achieve a certain degree of aging of the seaweed raw materials by agitating the hard seaweed material in a washing-like manner. It is difficult to expect the aging effect,
Depending on the hardness of the seaweed, it may take a long time to stir it, and the seaweed may be sent to the next post-processing step in an insufficiently ripened state. In particular, when insufficiently ripened seaweed is dried, the small pieces of seaweed shrink in a warped shape and dry, which is accompanied by drying damage such as cracks and holes in the dried seaweed. On the other hand, if you want to achieve maturing of seaweed over a long period of time, it will be necessary to install two or three such conventional machines in series to prevent the flow of the entire seaweed production process. Therefore, more installation space than necessary must be secured separately.
Moreover, this also led to an increase in equipment costs.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned points, and it not only allows seaweed raw materials to be simply stirred for cleaning, but also allows at least a rotary shaft with stirring blades to be freely communicated, and is connected to pressurized air or pressurized water. This enables the supply of pressurized air or water into the tank from the holes in the stirring blades, rotating shaft, etc., thereby promoting the smooth and rapid ripening of seaweed regardless of the hardness of the seaweed. This was an attempt to address the issue.

Therefore, the seaweed ripening machine according to the present invention is
As shown in the figure, a cutting and cleaning device 23 for the collected seaweed algae and a dehydration device 2 supported and fixed on the upper part of the base 24a.
4. First, seaweed raw material x, which has been cut and washed in the cutting and washing device 23 and is a mixture with water y, is fed to the inner tank 4 through the feed pipe 26 by the suction and feed force of the feed pump 25. At the stage when a certain amount of such seaweed raw material x is stored in the inner tank 4, specifically, to the extent that water y from the seaweed raw material Or, if the amount secreted is small, the valve 22a is opened to inject water from the supply port 18. Next, the motor 17 is driven to rotate the rotating shaft 5.
is rotated continuously or intermittently to stir the seaweed raw material x in the inner tank 4, and at the same time, the air supply blower 11 or the water supply pump is driven to blow out the compressed air or water from the through hole 8a of the stirring blade 8. urge On top of that,
Open and close the valve 13a to
Sprinkle water continuously or intermittently from a. Then, the seaweed raw material x is not only matured by the washing-like stirring process, but also the pressurized air or water from the through hole 8a is effectively distributed to every corner of the seaweed raw material x in the inner tank 4. Significantly accelerates the ripening of seaweed raw material x. Moreover, by sprinkling water from the through hole 12a of the water sprinkling pipe, fresh water seeps downward as the seaweed raw material x is stirred, and the water y in the seaweed raw material x is transferred from the body 4a of the inner tank 4 to the outer tank. The water is secreted to the second side and discharged from the overflow port 14a of the water level control pipe 14. Even with such water sprinkling from above, the water in the inner tank 4 is replaced and agitated, thereby further promoting the ripening effect. By replacing the water level adjustment tube 14 with one of the separately prepared adjustment tubes 14' and 14'', the water level can be easily adjusted depending on the hardness of the seaweed material. x is a dehydration device 2 which is a post-processing process
The liquid is sucked and fed from the feed port 18 by driving the feed pump 20 in response to a command from a compounder 4 or a blender (not shown). That is, by the suction and feeding force of the feeding pump 20 and the rotation of the rotary blade 9, the aged seaweed is fed to the next step, the dehydration device 24, and is subjected to dehydration treatment. At the time of this feeding, the valve 22a is opened and water is injected into the water injection casing 19 and the feeding port 18,
Smooth transfer of seaweed raw material x from the feeding port 18 is handled. As a result, when the seaweed raw material x in the inner tank 4 decreases below a certain amount, this is detected and the water supply pump 25 is activated to replenish new seaweed raw material x, and the same operation as described above is repeated.

FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the seaweed ripening machine according to the present invention, in which a through hole 5a is formed in the side wall of the pipe b of the rotating shaft 5.
In addition, a through hole 10a is formed in the air or water supply pipe 10 vertically installed on the outer peripheral body of the inner tank 4, and a through hole 27a is formed in the fume or water fountain chamber 27 of the tank bottom 3. By configuring one or more such configurations in combination, the same aging treatment of the seaweed raw material x as in the first embodiment can be achieved. In addition, since the seaweed production work is carried out at a time when the outside air temperature and water temperature are low, the compressed air supplied by the air supply blower 11 or the compressed water supplied by the water supply pump is separately supplied to the heater device. Therefore, the seaweed raw material x is heated to a required temperature using the heated water or heated air as a heating medium, or the fresh water fed through the water supply pipes 13 and 22 is heated using a separate heater device. If the seaweed raw material is then heated to a required temperature and the seaweed raw material is then heated, it is useful to further enhance the aging effect of seaweed on hard seaweed raw materials.

In the present invention, as described above, an inner tank through which water can freely enter and exit is disposed and supported in the outer tank, a rotary shaft with stirring blades for the seaweed raw material is disposed and supported in the inner tank, and the seaweed is fed from the feed port at the bottom of the tank. In a seaweed ripening machine configured to feed raw materials, any one of the stirring blades, the rotating shaft, an air or water supply pipe installed vertically in the body of the inner tank, or a jet or fountain means provided at the bottom of the inner tank. Since one or two or more are combined and configured so that pressurized air or water is ejected from the inside, regardless of the hardness of the seaweed,
Achieves the effect of ripening seaweed in a relatively short period of time, contributing to improved processing capacity and work efficiency. At that time, the pressurized air or water was spouted from one or more of the holes provided in the stirring blade, the holes provided in the rotating shaft, and the holes in the jet or fountain means, so the inner tank This further promotes the aging effect of seaweed from inside the tank and outside the inner tank. Furthermore, by subjecting the compressed air or water to heating treatment, the effect of ripening the seaweed can be dramatically increased. Moreover, the pipe line of the rotating shaft and the pipe line of the stirring blade are connected to each other, and the air or water supply pipe connected to the discharge side of the air supply blower or the water supply pump is connected to the air or water supply port of the rotating shaft, Since a through hole through which pressurized air or water can be freely jetted is provided on one or more of the rotating shaft, the stirring blade, and the rotating shaft with stirring blades, the basic form of the conventional machine is not changed significantly.
Not only can it be easily applied to the conventional machine, but also
The equipment cost is also low. Further, by employing a water level adjustment pipe, various effects such as the ability to easily and quickly adjust the water level in the tank according to the quality of seaweed are brought about.
