Description of the Related Art Green tea is produced by adding steaming, rough kneading, kneading, and other tea-making treatments at a tea plant to fresh green tea leaves picked in a tea garden. The processing steps in the tea factory are linked to each other, and the raw tea leaves are sent through each processing step and are gradually processed into product green tea.
The operation of picking fresh tea leaves in the tea garden is completely different from this,
In addition, the plucked green tea leaves are brought to a tea factory when the plucking operation has been completed or the work has been completed, and once stored in a raw tea leaf management device, are gradually sent out to a tea leaf evaporator. In this fresh tea leaf management device, the bottom surface of the storage tank is formed using a breathable belt conveyor, and a scraping device is attached to the front surface. A wind tunnel is formed below this bottom surface, and air for heat removal is blown up into the storage tank from the bottom surface, and the air removes the humid air generated between the fresh tea leaves and keeps it fresh. On the other hand, the scraping device is interlocked with the belt conveyor so as to scrape the raw tea leaves sent out by the conveyor in order.

Therefore, when the indoor temperature is high, the temperature difference between this air and the raw tea leaves is small and the heat removal effect is low, so a large amount of air must be blown up, and it is not possible to suppress the metabolism of the raw tea leaves, The raw tea leaves had a problem that they lost water and withered. As a measure to solve such a problem, the present inventor has invented a management device in which a frame of a raw tea leaf management device is used as a cooling tank and a cooling device is attached thereto, and has already applied for a patent (Japanese Patent Application No. 63-272
552). This raw tea leaf management device is a device in which the device is installed in a cool air atmosphere so that the cooled heat removal air is blown up from the storage tank, and a delivery hole is formed at the bottom of the cooling bath. In addition, a transfer conveyor is provided below the raw tea leaves, from which the fresh tea leaves are dropped onto the transfer conveyor. For this reason, during the steam heat treatment work, the discharge hole is kept open, and the cool air in the tank flows out from here, so it is necessary to make the cooler large and it is impossible to control the temperature. There was a defect. An object of the present invention is to provide a management device capable of storing a fresh tea leaf under a predetermined temperature condition while allowing a small-sized cold air generator to be sufficient and easily controlling the temperature in a tank. A leaf receiving conveyor is provided at a position corresponding to the lower part of the tip of the bottom of the management device in the tank,
The above-mentioned object is attained by means for continuously feeding the feed conveyor to this, receiving the raw tea leaves dropped from the bottom surface of the management device on the leaf receiving conveyor, and then feeding the leaves from the upper part of the cooling tank by the feed conveyor. . The cooling tank may be opened at the top, and a fresh tea leaf spreading conveyor may be attached to the upper part of the management device. In the cooling tank, a plurality of management devices can be provided in parallel, or they can be provided in a multi-stage manner and stacked vertically. Further, the side wall of the storage tank of the management device can also serve as the side wall of the cooling tank. Motors such as coolers and blowers
It is desirable that the air is located outside the cooling tank so that the heat removal air is not heated by the heat generated from the motor or the like.

Further, the feed conveyor is continued to this, and after the raw tea leaves dropped from the bottom of the control device are received by the leaf receiving conveyor, the feed conveyor sends the raw tea leaves from the upper part of the cooling tank to the next process, so that the steaming heat treatment is performed. During operation, cold air hardly flows out of the cooling tank, and circulates in the tank to remove heat from the fresh tea leaves in the storage tank and maintain the temperature at a predetermined temperature.

The management device B is almost the same as a normal one of this type, and comprises a storage tank 1, a wind tunnel 2, and a scraping device 3. The storage tank 1 is composed of left and right side walls 11, 11 and a rear wall 12, and a bottom surface 13. The bottom surface 13 is formed by a belt conveyor connected to a ventilation plate having a width of about 150 to 200 mm. By rotating the tea leaves at a predetermined speed, the stored fresh tea leaves are moved forward and dropped from the tips. The scraping device 3 is formed by a chain conveyor having a large number of scraping claws, and when the bottom surface 13 is stopped, this also stops and functions as the front surface of the storage tank 1 to prevent falling off of the raw tea leaves, Bottom
When 13 is moving forward, this is also driven, scraping the raw tea leaves that try to overhang without falling from the edge of the bottom surface 13,
It is designed to drop quantitatively. Wind tunnel 2 has bottom 13
It is formed under, and a blower not shown is attached to this, and air in the cooling tank is blown into this,
This air is blown up from the bottom surface 13 to the storage tank 1 as heat removal air.

In addition to providing a leaf receiving conveyor in the tank, and sending out the conveyor continuously,
After receiving the raw tea leaves dropped from the bottom of the management device on the leaf receiving conveyor, the sending conveyor sends it out from the upper part of the cooling tank to the next process, so that the cool air is mostly discharged from the cooling tank during the steam heat treatment work. It circulates in the tank without flowing out. As a result, there is almost no discharge of cold air, so the size of the cooler can be significantly reduced, and the temperature in the cooling tank can be easily controlled.
Raw tea leaves can be cooled and stored under the most suitable temperature conditions, and high-quality green tea can be obtained.
