2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a melamine resin decorative board is prepared by applying a desired pattern to various types of ink on a base paper (preferably paper called titanium paper) having good permeability to form a printed pattern layer, and then forming a melamine resin. To produce a melamine resin-impregnated printing paper, laminating the printing paper in a configuration as shown in FIG. Specifically, a conventional melamine resin decorative board has a melamine resin impregnated overlay layer for surface protection (melamine resin impregnated overlay paper), a decorative layer (melamine resin impregnated printing paper), and a shielding layer (melamine resin impregnated titanium paper). And a base layer (phenol resin impregnated core paper).

[0003] In the above structure, the melamine resin-impregnated overlay paper laminated on the decorative layer is used when the design of the decorative layer is to be clearly expressed or when high scratch resistance is not required.
Alternatively, when cost reduction is taken into consideration, it may be omitted as shown in FIG. Generally, the surface of a melamine resin decorative board formed by laminating a melamine resin impregnated overlay paper on a decorative layer has solvent resistance. However, on the surface of the melamine resin decorative plate having a configuration in which no overlay paper is provided on the decorative layer, the printed pattern layer has a casein-based resin, hydroxypropylcellulose, a polyacrylate copolymer, a polymethacrylate, a urea-based resin, and melamine. Since it is formed with an ink using a water-soluble resin such as a base resin as a constituent material of the vehicle, the solvent resistance is poor. Therefore, when the surface of the decorative board is wiped with absorbent cotton or the like using absorbent cotton, the printed pattern layer may transfer to absorbent cotton.

That is, the present invention provides a melamine resin-impregnated printing method in which a printed pattern layer is formed on a decorative board base paper, and then the entire melamine resin is impregnated on the decorative board base paper on which the printed pattern layer is formed. In the paper , the printed pattern layer has an acid value of 200 to 400 and a glass transition temperature of 60 to 140.

[0006] The role of the overlay paper provided on the decorative layer when processing the melamine resin decorative board is to protect the surface of the melamine resin impregnated printing paper as the decorative layer. When the impregnated printing paper comes to the top of the laminated structure, the conventional melamine resin impregnation amount alone cannot sufficiently protect the ink of the printing pattern layer,
Contamination by a solvent or the like may be a problem. The eyes of the present invention
Lamin resin-impregnated printing paper imparts sufficient solvent resistance to a melamine resin decorative plate even in a configuration in which no overlay paper is provided on the decorative layer.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The ink used to form a printed pattern layer and the top varnish used to form a top coat layer have an acid value of 200 to 400 and a glass transition temperature of 60 to 140 ° C., preferably 90 to 140 ° C. Acrylic resin at ℃. When the acid value of the acrylic resin is less than 200, the solvent resistance of the processed surface cannot be sufficiently obtained. On the other hand, when the acid value exceeds 400, the water resistance of the ink and the topcoat varnish itself deteriorates, and the processability of the melamine decorative board becomes poor.

Further, the glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin is 6
When the temperature is lower than 0 ° C., the acrylic resin is softened at the time of drying after the melamine resin impregnation, and the shape of the printed pattern layer or the top coat layer may be changed. On the other hand, when the temperature exceeds 140 ° C., for example, in the high-pressure melamine method, the melamine resin decorative plate is processed at 140 to 150 ° C., 70 to 100 kg / cm 2 , 1
Since the processing is performed under the heat and pressure condition of about 5 to 20 minutes, the processing surface during processing is not uniform, and there is a possibility that sufficient solvent resistance may not be obtained.

The ink for forming the printed pattern layer has an acid value of 20.
It is manufactured by dispersing a pigment in a vehicle having a constituent material of 0 to 400 and a glass transition temperature of 60 to 140 ° C. including an acrylic resin, another aqueous resin, and a solvent. Acid value 2
It is preferable that the acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 60 to 140 ° C. is used in the range of 20 to 60% by weight of the total resin. If it is less than 20% by weight, sufficient solvent resistance after processing cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when the content exceeds 60% by weight, the permeability is considerably deteriorated when the melamine resin is impregnated.
As other aqueous resins, casein-based resins, hydroxypropylcellulose, and urea-based resins are used.
