畜に対する安全性の確保が重要な課題として取り上げら
れてきている中、乳剤中に含まれる有機溶剤の人体およ
び植物への影響が問題となっており、また、輸送、貯蔵
中の危険性についても問題とされている。後述の本発明
に係るリン脂質を農薬製剤に適用した先行技術として
は、特公昭51−18501号、特公昭53−1858
1号および特公昭56−8804号が知られている。し
かし、これらは凡て燐脂質が殺菌性を有する有効成分と
して用いられるものであり、リン脂質の界面活性を利用
したものではない。また、特開昭51−104033号
についても同様である。次に特開昭56−140910
号は、リン脂質を有効成分とする殺ダニ剤であり、特開
平2−19309号は、マシン油乳剤用のマシン油にリ
ン脂質を添加して薬害の軽減を図るものであり、これら
も農薬製剤におけるリン脂質の界面活性を利用したもの
ではない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明者らは、かかる
問題点を改善すべく検討を行った。油状農薬成分を用い
た乳剤を水和剤、粉剤へ剤形変更する場合、乳剤のよう
に高濃度の有効成分を含むものは製剤化困難であり、ま
た、粉塵の舞い立ちによる使用者への農薬被爆の問題が
発生することも考えられた。そこで、本発明者らは有機
溶媒は使用せず、純天然物であるため人畜に対しても安
全でかつ環境汚染の懸念もなく、食品、化粧品、石油製
品その他の分野で広く利用されているリン脂質の界面活
性作用を利用することを必須条件とし、水中に油状農薬
原体を乳化分散させた製剤について鋭意検討したとこ
ろ、特定の有機リン系殺虫剤について有効成分の安定性
良好でかつ長期保存可能な水中懸濁状農薬製剤の処方を
見いだし、本発明を完成した。以上の記述から明らかな
ように、本発明の目的は、常温で油状液体である有機リ
ン系の殺虫剤の原体を基剤とした水中懸濁状農薬製剤で
あって、有機溶剤を使用せずリン脂質を配合することに
より有効成分の安定性良好で、長期保存可能な物ならび
にその製造方法を提供することである。

るが、本発明の製剤は加水分解の影響も少なく、長期保
存可能であるといった利点も有している。例えば、原体
としてO,O−ジメチル−O−(3−メチル−4−ニト
ロフェニル)チオホスフェート(一般名:MEP)を使
用する場合、MEP原体40〜50重量部とリン脂質
(商品名:ベイシスLG−10E、LG−40S日清製
油(株)製)4〜9重量部を混合し、水道水を残量添加
後、ガラスビーズ(φ1mm)を製剤仕込量と同量加
え、ペイントシェーカーで15分間激しく混合すること
により、乳白色を呈するMEPの水中懸濁状農薬製剤を
得ることができる。
