Description of the Related Art A belt sling having a ring-shaped eye portion at each end of a belt body woven of fibers has a soft contact surface which is not found in other hanging devices, and is lightweight and exhibits high strength. So it is widely used. But for example 10
Tons of heavy coils are now suspended on wire ropes. In the case of a wire rope, a heavy wire of about 60 mmφ is used if the load is as high as this. Moreover, since the wire to be lifted is damaged by the wire, hemp rope is wound to prevent the wound at present.

In a fiber belt sling in which eye portions 2 are provided at both ends of a belt main body 1 in a ring shape, an aromatic polyamide fiber is used for the fibers of the belt main body 1 and the eye portion 2, and the belt main body 1
Has a structure in which a weather-resistant cover 3 is covered and a weather-resistant cover 4 is also provided on the eye portion 2 to cover the entire belt sling . The aromatic polyamide fibers used for the high load belt sling are generally called aramid fibers. The weather-resistant cover 3 is also preferably a fiber in terms of flexibility and the like, and is a fiber having more weather resistance and abrasion resistance than aramid fiber, and is woven in a tubular shape using, for example, nylon fiber, polyester fiber or the like. Is better.
In addition, the lining of the belt body 1 made of synthetic resin or synthetic rubber having high weather resistance and abrasion resistance, or a cylindrical body made of such a synthetic resin or rubber, or a fiber reinforced fiber of this cylindrical body is also weather resistant. It becomes cover 3.

And the other parts are widely covered so that the coil contacts the crane hook and the other parts so as not to be exposed to sunlight as much as possible. This belt sling for high load is a fiber belt sling in which eye portions 2 are provided at both ends of a belt main body 1 in a ring shape. The fiber is Teijin, an aromatic polyamide fiber (aramid fiber)
This was woven in a belt shape using Technora T-220 manufactured by Co., Ltd. As shown in FIG. 2, when an aromatic polyamide fiber is used for the belt body 1 and the eye portion 2, the width of the belt is 75 mm for a 20-ton load-bearing product, which is 150 mm of the conventional nylon.
/ 2 is sufficient, and the service life is 18,000 tons, three times that of the conventional 6,000 tons.

Is provided with a cover 4 as shown in FIG. This is also woven, and small wheel gaps 6, 6 are provided vertically on one side of a rectangular planar shape. The cover 4 has cloth fasteners 7a and 7b attached to the front and back sides on both sides with a width capable of covering the eye portion 2. When the cover 4 is not used, a string is tied between the small wheel gap 6 and the small wheel gap 5 of the tubular cover 3 as shown in the right side of FIG.

る。FIG. 5 shows the results of measuring the tensile strength of the aramid fiber used in the present invention, the nylon fiber and the polyester fiber conventionally used for belt sling, and the steel wire. At around room temperature, steel wire is the weakest, and nylon and polyester fibers have a tensile strength twice or more that of normal temperature. Aramid fibers have an additional 2.5 times the tensile strength. As the measurement temperature increases, the strength of the synthetic fiber decreases, but the aramid fiber still shows a very high tensile strength of 15 g / de even at 300 ° C.
Aramid fiber has such a very high tensile strength and is suitable for achieving the object of the present invention. The weather-resistant cover 3 or 4 is formed by coating the synthetic rubber such as natural rubber, NBR, urethane rubber or the like directly on the aramid belt body 1 and the eye portion 2 in addition to the above-mentioned fiber fabric, and then vulcanizing and integrating lining. Alternatively, these rubber materials are used to form the same shape as the above-mentioned tubular body, and the belt body 1 is covered.
