SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a floating body having an L-shaped cross-section around its periphery for preventing oil leakage and having a floating ring-shaped oil-proof fence which is expandable. A fuel cell, a service facility, and a solar cell serving as a driving power source for the fueling facility, etc. are mounted, and the oil-proof fence is locked by a locking wire having an end fixed to the floating body, and contracts and folds when not in use. It is housed under the enclosure in a closed state, and when used, is configured to expand in a floating ring shape and separate from the floating body so as to surround the periphery of the floating body. A cylinder is disposed in the hollow of the floating body, and the cylinder is protected. An oil fence is connected by a pipe provided with a valve in the middle, and the fueling equipment is provided with a fueling pump and a flowmeter in the middle of a fueling pipe having one end opened in the fuel tank, and a flow transmission device attached to the flowmeter. Pulse to flow signal An indicator for receiving and displaying a refueling amount is provided, and a refueling hose wound around a hose reel and having a refueling nozzle at a tip is connected to the other end of the refueling pipe. The gist of the present invention is to provide a refueling data input / output device having a printer for receiving refueling data such as a refueling amount and a refueling amount.

According to the present invention, since the refueling equipment is mounted on a floating body such as a barge, refueling can be performed on the sea or on a lake, and the refueling can be performed by moving the floating body to an arbitrary point on the sea or on a lake. Equipment can be easily moved and refueling can be performed at any location. Then, in this case, for a ship that is going to receive refueling in the same way as refueling a car on the ground, insert a refueling nozzle into the fuel tank of the ship, drive the refueling pump, and turn off the fuel tank mounted on the floating body. When fuel is supplied through a fuel supply pipe and a fuel hose, the flow rate is measured by a flow meter, and the flow rate signal from the flow rate transmission pulse is received and displayed on a display meter. Then, a slip describing refueling data such as the refueling amount is issued from the printer of the refueling data input / output device. Therefore, for example, it is possible to measure and sell and receive refueling without discomfort, furthermore, it is possible to prevent marine pollution by an enclosure and an oil-proof fence against oil leakage, and the oil-proof fence is below the enclosure when not in use. Because it can be stored in the box. In addition, since a solar battery can be used as a driving power source, a power source can be easily secured.

As described above, the lubricating apparatus of the present invention
This makes it possible to refuel ships on the sea or on the lake, which can contribute to the development of the marine leisure industry, in which small vessels such as motorboats and jet boats have become popular in recent years. In addition, since the refueling device of the present invention can move freely on the sea or on a lake to any point, the location where refueling can be received is not limited, and refueling service can be performed in a wide range. And, as well as the refueling of vehicles on the ground, we can sell the vessels that want to receive refueling, issue a slip at the site and receive refueling without discomfort, Marine pollution can be prevented by the enclosure and the oil-proof fence, and the oil-proof fence can be stored below the enclosure when not in use, so that it does not become an obstacle. In addition, since a solar cell can be used as a driving power source, a power source can be easily secured.

1. A drive power supply for an oil supply facility, a service facility, and the oil supply facility on a floating body provided with an L-shaped cross-sectional enclosure for preventing oil leakage at a peripheral edge thereof, and having a floating ring-shaped oil-proof fence capable of expanding and contracting. The oil-proof fence is locked by a locking wire whose end is fixed to the floating body, is stored under the enclosure in a contracted and folded state when not in use, and when used, It is configured to expand around a floating ring and separate from the floating body and surround the periphery of the floating body, a cylinder is disposed in the hollow of the floating body, and the cylinder and the oil-proof fence are connected by piping provided with a valve in the middle. The refueling equipment is provided with a refueling pump and a flow meter in the middle of a refueling pipe having one end opened to a fuel tank, and a display meter for displaying a refueling amount by receiving a flow signal from a flow transmission pulse attached to the flow meter. The Horsley A refueling hose wound at the tip and having a refueling nozzle at the tip is connected to the other end of the refueling pipe. The service facility receives a flow rate signal from a flow rate transmission pulse and receives refueling data such as refueling amount and refueling amount. A marine refueling device characterized by being a refueling data input / output device having a printer to issue.
