BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing an intermittent strip-like net cushion using recycled paper, and includes a used newspaper, a used copy paper, a printed paper by an OA machine, and a corrugated ball. A plurality of non-papers are stacked and cut into a plurality of rows of narrow widths in an intermittent band shape, and shrinked into wrinkles in the length direction, and expanded to form a net, which is then rounded. It is intended to form a moderately fluffy paper lump containing air and use it as a cushion for a conveyed object.

2. Description of the Related Art For example, it is known that a cushion to be packed between a boxed conveyed article and a box so as not to damage the boxed conveyed article is made of paper instead of a synthetic resin due to pollution problems. Have been. The simplest one is one in which newsprint is rolled, the paper material is cut into shreds and then rounded to form a paper mass, or, depending on the application, a step ball is cut and interposed. Alternatively, there is known a kraft paper in which short cuts and connecting portions are formed by press working on strong kraft paper, and the paper is spread to form a small substantially honeycomb-shaped mesh.

However, among the above-mentioned paper cushions, the former, in which newspaper is rolled, is cumbersome to work and has variations in quality.
Also, the shredded paper chunks may be soft, but since each one is independent, it is easy to scatter and the workability is poor, and it is difficult to use it as it is, so it is used in a paper bag or plastic bag, If the bag is torn, the shredded paper will protrude from the torn portion, which is not preferable. Although the thickness of the cut ball is constant, it is not preferable as a cushion because it is hard. In the latter, a small honeycomb-like mesh is formed when the sheet is expanded by the notch and the connecting portion, and when this is rounded, a fluffy feeling can be obtained to some extent. There is a limitation on the processing size of a plurality of sheets, and a plurality of sheets cannot be processed at the same time. And since the processed mesh is small, the elongation rate when it is pulled in the width direction is small, and when it is rolled, the proportion containing air is small, and the connecting part is short, so it stretched horizontally unless it was made of strong paper. Sometimes the joint is easy to cut. Further, since the mesh is small, it is a thin paper, and there is a problem that it can be formed only for each single sheet.

[Specific process examples] Next, specific process examples of the present invention will be described. That is, a pair of horizontally long roller bodies 1 and 2 are formed with convex cutting blades 1 'and 2', and a circumferential surface R thereof is formed.
An intermittent portion 6 is formed on the roller body 1, 2 and the cutting blades of the roller bodies 1 and 2 are engaged with each other, and the engaged portion is a newspaper, a used copy paper, a printed paper by an OA device, a corrugated ball, etc. Or a single sheet of non-paper P is inserted into the non-sheet, and the notch 7 along the cutting blades 1 'and 2'
1 ... 7n are formed alternately, and the cuts and joints in the mutually adjacent rows are formed by shifting by a set size, and the non-sheet after forming the cuts and joints is pulled in the horizontal width direction. mesh P 1 square is formed. And it is sent to the accommodation room 10 on the discharge side of the roller bodies 1 and 2,
The barrier 5 hits the barrier 5 in the room, and the barrier retreats by a spring and accumulates up to a set amount in accordance with the discharge amount. Then, the non-sheet on the supply side is cut by the cutter C at the set length. When the set amount is accumulated, the bottom plate 10 1 is opened around the hinge 10 2 to drop and eject the paper lump P ″. In addition, there is a possibility that the paper lump may be stained with ink or the like as in old newspaper paper or printed paper. In the case of paper, by setting a polyethylene bag below the barrier, the discharged crimped paper material is stored in the polyethylene bag, which helps prevent the product from being stained by any chance.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, it does not fall apart when cutting various kinds of paper materials, there is no possibility of scattering the surroundings, and the cushioning material does not use any chemical products. Therefore, there is no need to worry about pollution.
Further, since cutting can be performed by a pair of horizontally long rollers, ordinary non-paper, for example, newsprint, used copy paper, printed paper, and the like can be overlapped to form an intermittent strip-like net. The paper material intermittently cut by the pair of rollers is shrunk into wrinkles by a barrier to form a paper lump, thereby increasing the capacity including air and obtaining a fluffy cushion material as a whole. Further, by providing a mechanism for previously cutting the paper material cut by the pair of rollers at a predetermined length, the quality is always constant and the length setting can be freely changed. Also, it is easy to manufacture a large cushion.
