Claims (3)
パイプを通して溶湯を金型キャビティ内に供給充満させ
るようにしたダイカスト鋳造における給湯装置におい
て、前記溶湯保持炉からダイカストマシン方へ向けてブ
ラケットを配設し、該ブラケットに前記溶湯供給パイプ
を接続させるパイプ接続口と金型キャビティの湯道口に
接続される金型接続口を形成してなる給湯接続ブロック
を取付ステーを介して前後方向揺動自在に取付けると共
に、該給湯接続ブロックと上記取付ステーとを連結して
いる取付軸と上記金型接続口とを略同一水平線上に配置
した事を特徴とするダイカスト鋳造における給湯装置。1. In a hot water supply apparatus for die casting, wherein a molten metal is supplied and filled in a mold cavity through a molten metal supply pipe connected to a molten metal holding furnace, a bracket is provided from the molten metal holding furnace toward a die casting machine.
