Description of the Related Art At present, the construction use of a water-impervious structure using a water-impervious sheet is becoming more widespread, and countermeasures against damage to the water-impervious sheet are being emphasized. If the impermeable sheet laid along the planned impermeable surface of the structure is damaged due to some reason, prepare a repair sheet of the same quality as the impermeable sheet and cut it to a size suitable for the size of the damaged part. Generally, a method is employed in which the damaged portion is covered so as to cover the damaged portion and repaired by heat welding or adhesion. On the other hand, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-346424 proposes a method of repairing a waterproof sheet by injecting a polymerization composition as a method of overcoming the drawbacks of the above repair method.

A closed ball 23 is attached to the lower end of the stirring device 22. The blocking ball 23 is fitted in the vicinity of the upper portion of the charging port of the tank 18 having a cylindrical cross section to prevent leakage of the repair agent until the repair agent is injected, and has a sufficient weight for blocking. The stirring blade 28 and the closed sphere 23 are integrally joined, but since the stirring blade needs to rotate and the closed sphere must be stationary, both joints are joined by the universal joint 24. Since the universal joint 24 loses its flexibility as the repair agent solidifies over time, it has a structure in which the stirring blade 28 and the closed ball 23 can be separated by screwing and can be replaced. The stirring blade 28 rotation motor is attached to the top plate that also serves as the lid of the tank 18. A center holding bearing device is attached to the top plate to prevent lateral shake due to rotation of the stirring blade 28. Further, in order to prevent vertical vibration due to rotation from causing leakage to the closed sphere 23 and stirring, The wing presser spring prevents vertical vibration. A fitting hole into which the bolt of the tank 16 is fitted to install the stirring device 22 in the tank 18 is opened in the top plate. To fill the tank 18 with the repair agent, fill the closed ball with the tank 1.
The top plate is provided with a repair agent filling port in order to perform the fitting in the vicinity of the filling port of No. 8. Further, a hanging hook is attached to the top plate in order to pull up and remove the closed sphere 23 when the repair agent is injected onto the water shield sheet 3.

The jet sand is jetted to the bottom surface of the casing 12 to remove the muddy protective sand by the submersible pump 13 or the vacuum vacuum device (not shown). While continuing this work, the casing 12 is submerged and the water shielding sheet 3 is excavated.

Clean and wash the three surfaces of the water shield sheet. Cleaning water is ejected from the nozzle on the side surface of the brush 15, and the soil is continuously discharged by an exhaust pump (or a vacuum vacuum device) equipped with the brush 15. The suction port and the discharge port of the brush 15 move in the casing in the radial direction, and the supporting member itself can rotate, so that the brush 15 can move and clean the entire surface of the impermeable sheet. This device moves all over the water-blocking sheet surface and discharges and drains all the remaining sediment or waste. After cleaning, the ejection of cleaning water is stopped, and the water remaining on the upper surface of the water-impervious sheet 3 is discharged by an earth-discharging pump (or vacuum vacuum device). For the remaining small amount of water and dirt, a wiping device 16 composed of a sponge and a waste cloth is used to completely remove the water, sand and other dirt remaining on the upper surface of the water shield sheet 3. Next, hot air is blown from the hot air blowing ports 17 at 4 to 6 locations onto the upper surface of the impermeable sheet to dry and heat. The adhesive strength between the repair agent and the water-blocking sheet 3, which is applied by heating, remarkably increases. However, the heating process of the sheet surface is to increase the adhesive force between the water-blocking sheet 3 and the repair agent, and may be unnecessary depending on the condition of the repaired portion.

Insert the funnel into the filling port opened in the stirring blade top plate to fill the heated repair agent. Polymerization of the repair agent by rotating the stirring blade while gently lowering the tank 18 along the rod 19 of the cleaning device 14 so as not to cause a large shake in the tank 18.
Alternatively, it is melted. The optimum state of the repair agent is obtained by an experiment of the relationship between the stirring time and the temperature. After descending, the set guide of the tank 18 is fitted to the cross beam 21 of the cleaning device 14. At this point, the cleaning device 14 is pulled up so that it does not come into contact with the repair agent. When installing the tank 18, the frame of the tank 18 and the horizontal position of the cross beam 21 of the cleaning device 14 are adjusted, and then the set guide plate of the tank 18 is gently lowered along the cross beam 21 of the cleaning device 14. The cleaning device 14 is fitted. The tank 18 is the cleaning device 14
When the tank 18 is swung around the rod 19 of the cleaning device 14 by driving the swivel motor of the cleaning device 14, the closed ball 23 is moved by the pulling wire of the stirring device.
Is pulled up, and the repair agent is put on and coated on the water-blocking sheet 3 dried by the hot air blowing nozzle of the cleaning device 14.
After the injection, the repair agent injection device is pulled up, and the cleaning device 14
The repair situation was observed with an observation camera attached to the. If there is spring water or the like from the damaged surface of the water shield sheet 3, slight water flow may occur in the repair agent due to vaporization of the spring due to heat of the repair agent. However, after the repair agent is solidified, the repair operation is injected into the same place several times by repeating the procedure of injecting the repair agent using the same procedure as described above to complete the repair.

Therefore, the safety of repair work is significantly improved. <C> By combining with a system that inspects the damaged part using an electric signal, it is possible to perform reliable repair, monitor repair work, and confirm completion of repair. <D> Regarding repair of the water-blocking sheet 3, immediately after removing the sand, waste, leachate, etc., which are the inhibiting factors of the repairing, by using a repair agent having the same or similar or affinity with the water-blocking sheet 3. A strong adhesive force is obtained between the water-blocking sheet 3 and the repairing agent, and a more stable water blocking effect is exhibited for a long period of time.
