Claims (3)
配線板と硬質配線板とを、前記両配線板間に介在する接
続用コネクタにより電気的に接続する計器用配線板の電
気的接続方法であって、 前記フレキシブル配線板は、そのパターン面を外側にし
て前記メータケースに装着されており、 前記硬質配線板は、そのパターン面に前記接続用コネク
タを固着すると共にカバー内に組み付けられてサブアッ
センブリを構成しており、 前記カバーは、その前記接続用コネクタに沿う縁部に係
合部が形成されると共にその対向縁部に位置決め用孔が
穿設されて構成されており、 前記メータケースには、前記係合部が係合する係合孔と
前記位置決め用孔が外挿するボス部が形成されており、 前記サブアッセンブリは、前記係合部を前記フレキシブ
ル配線板を透通させて前記係合孔に係合させると共に前
記位置決め用孔を前記ボス部の頂部に当接させてセッテ
イングされ、その後前記係合部を中心として回動させて
前記位置決め用孔を前記ボス部に外挿させて前記メータ
ケースに取り付けられることを特徴とする計器用配線板
の電気的接続方法。1. A method of electrically connecting an instrument wiring board, wherein a flexible wiring board and a hard wiring board mounted on a meter case are electrically connected by a connecting connector interposed between the both wiring boards. The flexible wiring board is mounted on the meter case with its pattern surface facing outward, and the hard wiring board is fixed to the pattern surface of the connection connector and assembled in a cover to form a sub-assembly. The cover is configured such that an engaging portion is formed at an edge portion along the connector for connection and a positioning hole is bored at an opposing edge portion thereof, and the cover is provided in the meter case. An engagement hole with which the engagement portion engages and a boss portion with which the positioning hole is externally inserted are formed, and the sub-assembly includes the flexible wiring for the engagement portion. And is engaged with the engaging hole and the positioning hole is brought into contact with the top of the boss portion for setting, and then the positioning hole is rotated by rotating the engaging portion as a center. A method for electrically connecting a wiring board for an instrument, characterized in that it is attached to the meter case by being externally inserted into a boss portion.
