Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for forming a convex pattern on a product surface. 2. Description of the Related Art Interior parts such as dashboards of automobiles are made of synthetic resin in terms of lightness, mass productivity and the like, and provide a sense of quality, profound feeling and warm taste. In order to obtain it, the surface is provided with a fine convex pattern such as satin finish, leather grain, or the like. The resin product can be easily formed by forming a concave pattern opposite to the convex pattern of the product on the mold surface by etching or the like. However, it is difficult to form a concave pattern in a mold at the stage of manufacturing a prototype vehicle due to problems such as cost and time, and the convex pattern on the surface of the prototype product is obtained by attaching a sheet having the convex pattern formed thereon. Attach Special printing on the product surface Apply special coating on the product surface You can choose from the above four methods of integrally molding using a special film with a convex pattern. In the method (1), there is a restriction on the type of the concavo-convex pattern. [0004] However, the current convex-patterned sheet is thick, and the convex pattern also has a different image, such as texture, as compared with the convex pattern on the product surface mass-produced by injection molding or the like. Depending on the three-dimensional shape of the product, a thick sheet cannot be applied properly along the surface of the product. If the convex pattern on the sheet surface is a special convex pattern, it must be manufactured from a master mold for forming the pattern, which increases the cost. The present invention clarifies a method for forming a convex pattern on a product surface that solves the above problem. The method of forming a convex pattern on the surface of a product according to the present invention is a decorative film (2) having a convex pattern formed on the surface of a photosensitive resin film by a printing plate manufacturing method including exposure, washing and drying. And follow the three-dimensional shape of the product (1)

Adhering to the product (1), the product (1) from above the decorative film (2 )
And performing painted. [0006] [Function and effect] Since a convex pattern on the surface of a product mass-produced by a mold having a concave pattern formed by etching can be represented on the product without using a mold, a prototype product is mass-produced. Design decisions can be made by imagining the final product as it is. Since the decorative film with a convex pattern (2) is formed from the photosensitive resin film by the same method as the method for producing a printing plate, it can be manufactured at a much lower cost compared to producing a sheet with a convex pattern using a master mold. . DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a decorative film having a convex pattern formed on a surface thereof from a photosensitive resin film.
(2) is formed, and the decorative film (2) is bonded to the surface of the prototype product (1) via an adhesive layer (4). [0008] b. Production of decorative film with convex pattern . A photosensitive resin film is exposed by covering a negative film with a light-transmitting portion corresponding to a desired convex pattern and a light-shielding portion at the other portion. . The part other than the part hardened by the above is washed out with water, drained and dried. . A decorative film with a convex pattern by increasing the surface hardness of the pattern by post-exposing the film with the convex pattern formed in the cured part
Complete (2). The above steps are the same as the steps for manufacturing a printing plate using a photosensitive resin film, and the exposure time and the like may be optimally set according to the type and thickness of the film.
The thickness of the decorative film (2) is 100 to 300 μm, and the height of the convex pattern is 90 to 1 due to the easiness of sticking to a product described later and the image of mass production with a mold is very close.
Preferably, the thickness of the decorative film (2) is 150 μm and the height of the convex pattern is 120 μm. [0010] b. Product pretreatment . . To apply an adhesive to the resin prototype product (1), dirt and oil on the product surface are removed with a solvent, alcohol, or the like. . Prototype (1) by spraying, brushing, etc.
Apply adhesive. [0011] c. Production of products with convex patterns . The decorative film (2) with the convex pattern manufactured in (a) is attached to the prototype product (1) that has been subjected to the pretreatment in (b), with the convex pattern facing outward. Even if the decorative film (2) is thin and is easier to stick along the three-dimensional shape of the product than a conventional thick sheet with a convex pattern, it is stuck to the product surface without wrinkling due to three-dimensional irregularities. In some cases, it is difficult to attach the film. In this case, an extra portion of the film with a convex pattern (2) is cut out and attached so as not to cause wrinkles on the product. Since the decorative film (2) is transparent because of the necessity of exposure and the background of the product is visible, the product is coated from above the decorative film (2), and a prototype product having a coating layer (3) on the surface is used. Complete. In the conventional thick sheet with a concavo-convex pattern, the background color of the sheet is limited unless it is specially ordered, and it is difficult to match the color to the mass-produced product imagined. ), The desired color matching the image can be obtained. Further, the decorative film with a convex pattern (2) is cut so as not to cause wrinkles as described above, and when the cut edges are abutted on a product, a slight gap is formed in the abutting portion. Alternatively, even if an overlap occurs, the coating can be treated so as to be inconspicuous. As described above, according to the present invention, a convex pattern on the surface of a product mass-produced by a mold having a concave pattern formed by etching can be represented as a prototype without using a mold with an etching pattern. Designs can be decided by looking at prototype products and imagining the final products to be mass-produced. In order to form a decorative film (2) with a convex pattern from the photosensitive resin film by the same method of manufacturing a printing plate, a desired decorative film (2) is formed by using a master mold to form a convex-shaped sheet. It can be manufactured at a much lower cost than manufacturing. In the practice of the present invention, the decorative film
The product to which (2) is to be attached is not limited to a synthetic resin product, and may be of any material, such as wooden or metal, as long as the decorative film (2) can be attached. Further, the products are not limited to prototype products. Further, the adhesive for attaching the decorative film (2) is not limited to being applied to the product side, and the adhesive layer protected by release paper is provided on the decorative film side. It can be formed. The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims.
