Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing floor structure for a railway vehicle, and reduces various noises transmitted from under the floor of the vehicle into the vehicle in different frequency ranges to reduce the surface density of the floor panel. Used to effectively absorb sound without raising. 2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional railway vehicle, the floor structure is [keystone plate] + [floor filling] +
Because of the mass of [floor rug] and heavy surface density,
[Base frame] + [Floor plate (Al plate + Al honeycomb + Al plate)]
Was changed to a lighter, lower areal density configuration, thereby reducing the weight of the vehicle. [0003] However, a change in the floor structure as in the prior art is suitable for achieving a higher speed of a railway vehicle, but generally, the sound transmission of materials and structures is not considered. However, since there is a law of mass that the heavier the mass, the greater the sound insulation effect is, if the vehicle is made lighter as the speed increases, the sound insulation effect becomes worse. In addition, since the rolling noise of the wheels and the noise of motors and other devices that increase with the speed increase from below the floor of the vehicle, are transmitted from different places through the uniform floor structure and into the vehicle. As vehicles become faster and lighter,
In the floor structure of a vehicle, not only the sound insulation effect is remarkably deteriorated, but also various kinds of noises having different frequency ranges transmitted from under the vehicle floor into the vehicle cannot be reduced uniformly by sound absorption. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is intended to reduce the noise in different frequency ranges from various noise sources that are transmitted from under the floor of the vehicle to the inside of the vehicle during high-speed running, thereby increasing the speed and weight of the vehicle. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sound absorbing floor structure for a railway vehicle, which can be easily improved without damaging the conventional vehicle. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to achieve the above-mentioned object, and has a floor structure formed by a hollow floor plate having a vertical partition. Ultra-lightweight sound-absorbing material with excellent sound absorption in the noise frequency range transmitted from various noise sources under the floor is enclosed in the corresponding area, and the sound-absorbing material enclosed in the hollow part or all is a powder layer. Ri Do a two-layer structure of the porous layer, the powder constituting the powder layer
And a non-powder made of a porous sound absorbing material constituting a porous layer.
A sound absorbing floor structure for a railway vehicle, wherein the ratio is changed depending on the location . [0007] In a hollow floor plate containing vertical partitions constituting a floor plate of a railway vehicle, the frequency at which each of these frequencies is generated is above a motor or other equipment or a wheel which is a noise source under the floor. Since the sound absorbing material suitable for absorbing the noise of the area is enclosed, various noises transmitted from under the floor into the vehicle are prevented. Further, since the floor structure is formed of a hollow floor plate, it is only necessary to enclose a sound absorbing material suitable for the noise in the hollow of the floor plate located above the various noise sources. Easy. In addition, since ultra-lightweight sound absorbing materials suitable for the respective frequency ranges generated by the respective noise sources are used for sound absorption, the reduction in vehicle weight required with the increase in speed is not impaired. An embodiment according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention. A sound absorbing floor structure for a railway vehicle mainly includes a floor 1 of a vehicle and an ultralight sound absorbing material 2. The floor 1 of the vehicle includes an underframe 1A made of aluminum, a floor panel 1B in which the upper and lower ends of an aluminum honeycomb 1a are closed by aluminum plates 1b, 1b, and a floor 1B. And a floor covering 1C mounted on the upper side of the vehicle, and has a structure suitable for speeding up and reducing the weight of a railway vehicle. On the lower side of the floor 1, noise sources such as motors, wheels, and pneumatic devices that emit noise in various frequency ranges are provided at different positions. The rotation noise of the motor, the rolling noise of the wheels, the equipment noise from the compressed air equipment and the like generated from these noise sources are transmitted into the vehicle through the floor 1 above them. In order to minimize these noises transmitted to the vehicle, an ultra-light absorbing material 2 which is excellent in absorbing the noise in the frequency range generated by each noise source corresponds to the size of each noise source. Are enclosed in the plurality of honeycombs 1a. As the sound absorbing substance 2, glass wool, rock wool, various foamed plastic materials, or powders such as white carkin and talc can be used.
When selecting the sound absorbing substance 2, the primary sound absorbing peak of the sound absorbing substance 2 is on the low frequency side or on the high frequency side, depending on whether the frequency range of the noise to be absorbed is a low frequency range or a high frequency range. You can choose from. In the above embodiment, a sound absorbing material 2A suitable for sound absorption in a high frequency range and a sound absorbing material 2A suitable for sound absorption in an intermediate frequency range are provided in the honeycomb 1a constituting the floor 1 of the vehicle.
Assuming that B and a sound absorbing material 2C suitable for sound absorption in a low frequency region are enclosed as shown in FIG. 2, noise in a high frequency region that is transmitted from under the floor into the vehicle is absorbed by the sound absorbing material 2A, and noise in the intermediate frequency region is absorbed. Since the noise is absorbed by the sound absorbing material 2B and the low frequency noise is absorbed by the sound absorbing material 2C, the noise in each frequency range to be transmitted to the vehicle is rationally absorbed to improve the riding comfort of the vehicle. can do. Further, since the sound absorbing material 2 enclosed in the honeycomb 1a made of aluminum is significantly lighter than the weight of the vehicle, each frequency band transmitted from under the floor without impairing the weight reduction of the vehicle required for high speed operation. Noise can be prevented. Moreover, since the sound absorbing substance 2 can be sealed in the aluminum honeycomb 1a having the conventional floor structure for reducing the weight of the vehicle, it is not necessary to newly develop the floor plate 1B. Therefore, the configuration of this embodiment can be applied to improve a conventional vehicle. FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention. A part or all of the honeycomb 1a in the above embodiment is provided with a two-layered sound absorbing material 2 having a different ratio of powder and non-powder.
D to 2F are enclosed. As the non-powder sound absorbing material, a porous sound absorbing material is preferably used. This structure has two-layered sound absorbing materials 2D to 2D.
The sound absorption characteristic of F utilizes the shift in the direction of absorbing low-frequency sound waves by changing the ratio of each component, and low-frequency noise generated under the floor of the vehicle is transmitted into the vehicle. Can be effectively prevented.
The sound-absorbing floor structure of the present invention may be applied to the entire floor structure of a railway vehicle, or may be applied to a part thereof. Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following operational effects can be obtained. (1) In the sound absorbing floor structure for a railway vehicle according to the first aspect, the hollow space constituting the floor plate of the railway vehicle has excellent sound absorption in different noise frequency ranges transmitted from various noise sources under the floor. The ultra-lightweight sound-absorbing substances are enclosed in the corresponding areas, so that noise from various noise sources in different frequency ranges that are transmitted from under the floor through the floorboard into the vehicle can be used to increase the speed and reduce the weight of the vehicle. Sound absorption can be performed effectively without increasing the weight of the vehicle, and the riding comfort of the vehicle can be improved. In addition, since the sound absorbing material is sealed in the hollow of the floorboard having the same configuration as that of the conventional vehicle, the present invention can be applied not only to a new vehicle but also to a conventional vehicle. It has excellent practical effects. (2) In the sound absorbing floor structure for a railway vehicle according to the first aspect , the sound absorbing substance enclosed in the hollow is partially or entirely formed of a two-layer structure of a powder layer and a porous layer. Therefore, it is possible to prevent noise in a frequency range lower than the sound absorption frequency range of each layer from being transmitted from under the floor into the vehicle.
