【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、植付け直後の苗の横倒
れによる苗植付け具の駆動部との接触を阻止する苗倒れ
防止具を設けた苗移植機の苗植付け部、詳しくは苗倒れ
防止具の改良に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】従来、苗倒れ防止具の全体を苗植付け位
置より苗植付け具の駆動部側に固定配置して、植付け直
後の苗が駆動部側に大きく横倒れしない限り苗倒れ防止
具が植付け苗に接触しないように構成していた。
【0003】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、植付け直後の
苗がほぼ直立状態になるために、苗植付け具の植付け爪
で機体後方に向かって跳ね上げられた泥土が植付け直後
の苗に降りかかりやすくて、付着泥土に起因して苗の成
育不良を招くおそれがあり、苗への泥土付着防止面から
改良の余地があった。
【0004】本発明の目的は、植付け爪で機体後方に向
かって跳ね上げられた泥土が植付け直後の苗に付着しに
くいようにする点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の特徴構成は、苗
植付け具を駆動部の横外側に配置するとともに、苗植付
け具で植付けられた直後の苗が前記駆動部側に横倒れし
て駆動部と接触するのを阻止する苗倒れ防止具を設けた
苗移植機において、機体進行に伴う押圧作用で植付け直
後の苗を前記駆動部から離れる側に傾斜させるための苗
押圧部を前記苗倒れ防止具に備えたことにある。

【作用】つまり、機体進行に伴って苗押圧部による押圧
作用で植付け直後の苗を苗植付け具の駆動部とは離れる
側に傾斜させるから、植付け爪で機体後方に向かって跳
ね上げられた泥土の飛散軌跡から外れた状態に植付け直
後の苗を位置させることができ、植付け爪で跳ね上げら
れた泥土の苗への付着を十分に抑制して、付着泥土に起
因する苗の成育不良を効果的に防止できる。

【発明の効果】その結果、植付け爪で跳ね上げられた泥
土が植付け直後の苗に付着しにくい、苗成育面で一段と
優れた苗移植機を提供できるようになった。

【実施例】図1に示すように、乗用移植機本体1に苗植
付け装置2をリンク装置3により昇降操作自在に連結
し、間歇的に横移動して一定ストロークで左右に往復移
動される苗載せ台4、苗載せ台4の下端部から一株分の
苗を取り出して植付ける苗植付け具5、苗植付け装置2
を支持するとともに植付け地面を整地する接地フロート
6などを苗植付け装置2に設けて、藺草用の苗移植機を
構成してある。
【0009】苗載せ台4に、苗載せ台4が左右移動のス
トロークエンドに到達する毎に一定距離だけ苗を取り出
し口側へ送るベルトコンベア式の縦送り装置7、及び、
ガイドレール8に沿っての自重下降で苗を取り出し口側
へ送る苗押し具9を設けてある。

を形成するに、苗を取り出して植付ける植付け爪10
と、植付け爪10に保持された苗を植付け時に押し出す
苗押し具11を植付けアーム12に取付け、苗取り出し
時に植付け爪10より先行して苗載せ台4上の苗のうち
取り出し部分の上手近くに突入して苗分離を円滑化する
補助爪13を設けてある。
【0011】植付け直後の苗の横倒れによる苗植付け具
5の駆動部14との接触を阻止する苗倒れ防止具15
を、苗植付け装置2の本体に固定した板状の茎先倒れ防
止部15aと、機体進行に伴う押圧作用で植付け直後の
苗を駆動部14とは反対側に傾斜させるための直径が3
mmないし3.5mm程度の棒状の苗押圧部15bによ
って形成してある。
【0012】茎先倒れ防止部15を苗植付け位置より駆
動部14側に配置して、植付け直後の苗が駆動部14側
に大きく横倒れしない限り茎先倒れ防止部15aが植付
け苗に接触しないように構成してある。
【0013】苗押圧部15bを前端側が茎先倒れ防止部
15aに片持されたピアノ線で形成し、苗押圧部15b
の作用部分を接地フロート6の底面から30mmないし
60mm程上方に配置し、前側作用部分15baを後方
ほど駆動部14から横方向に離れるように機体進行方向
に対して緩く傾斜させ、後側作用部分15bbを機体進
行方向に向かわせるとともに弾性復元力に抗して駆動部
14側に変位自在に構成し、図4に示すように機体進行
に伴って苗押圧部15bによる押圧作用で植付け直後の
苗を駆動部14とは反対側に15度ないし20度程度傾
斜させ、植付け直後の苗と植付けアーム12の接触を防
止し、植付け爪10で機体後方に向かって跳ね上げられ
た泥土の植付け直後の苗への付着を抑制し、植付け姿勢
が一定した整然とした苗植付けを実現するようにしてあ
る。
【0014】〔別実施例〕苗植付け具5の駆動部14の
具体構成は適当に変更できる。苗倒れ防止具15を形成
するに、茎先倒れ防止部15aを省略してもよい。苗押
圧部15bは形状、材料、取付け構造、その他において
適当に変更できる。本発明による苗移植機は稲などを対
象にしたものでもよい。
