In the latter mounting structure, the upper support frame, the lower support frame, the hinges, etc. are only visible when viewed from the front side with the glass door closed, so the appearance is slightly better than the former mounting structure. It is good, but the upper support frame, lower support frame, hinges, etc. can be seen, which makes it unattractive.

The partition for partitioning the room into small rooms is one in which columns are connected across the floor and ceiling, and a panel is mounted between the adjacent columns, and a glass door is attached to the partition to attach the glass door to the latter. In order to attach by, the upper horizontal member is connected between adjacent columns, and the upper support frame is connected to the upper horizontal member by a hinge, which complicates the glass door mounting structure and increases the height of the doorway. Is restricted by the upper cross member and cannot exceed the height of the door.

That is, since the hinge cannot be directly connected to the upper edge, the lower edge and the vertical edge of the glass plate, the glass plate is mounted inside the frame assembly to form a glass door, or the upper and lower edges of the glass plate are top-supported. Since the frame and the lower support frame are attached to form a glass door, the frame structure, the upper support frame, the lower support frame, the hinges, etc. can be seen, resulting in a poor-looking attachment structure.

[Operation] According to the first aspect of the invention, the door is attached to the floor.
A glass plate is attached to the front side of the pillar for the door
Freely rotatable on the upper and lower support members provided on the back side of the mounting column
A door mounting member is provided on the vertical axis supported by the
A glass door made of glass plate is connected to the mounting member.
Therefore, there is nothing on the top edge, bottom edge, left and right vertical edges of the glass door.
Is not installed, and the pillars for door installation and door installation
Attached member, vertical axis is located on the back side of the glass door
Then, when viewed from the front side with the glass door closed,
Only the glass plate that forms the glass plate and the lath plate can be seen
Therefore, the appearance will be remarkably good. Also, above the doorway
There is no need to attach a horizontal cross member to the section, and
It is possible to make it more than the height of the door. Glass door
And the glass surface of the glass plate forming the doorway with the door closed
Since the surface of the door is flush, it looks good. Also,
The vertical axis is the rotation restriction by the door closer, the closing direction
The glass door is opened like a normal door because it will be rotated.
Can be closed. Also, a glass plate and a pillar for attaching a door, a glass
The door and door mounting member are made of elastic material and are made of glass.
They are pressed against each other through the
Through the flange of the bush whose head is made of resin material,
It is attached to the periphery of the through hole on the surface of the glass plate and the surface of the glass door.
Since they are pressed against each other, the glass plate and glass door are firmly connected.
Yes, and the glass plate and glass door do not come in contact with metal
The connecting part will not be damaged. According to the second invention
Then, since the bush cylinder and the flange are eccentric,
The screw rod of the fixing bolt is the glass plate, the center of the through hole of the glass door
Even if it is out of position, by rotating the bush a little angle
The flange can be properly attached to the peripheral edge of the through hole,
Move the plate and glass door slightly to the left and right and up and down
Adjust the gap or make the gap uniform in the vertical direction.
Can be adjusted.

Because of this, the upper edge of the glass plate 4 projects into the downward recess 33 composed of the body 25 and the upper member 26, and the lower edge of the glass plate 4 comprises the body 25 and the lower member 27. Since the glass plate 4 projects into the concave portion 34, the glass plate 4 does not fall off even if the connecting means 5 is loosened, and the upper and lower edges of the glass plate 4 are held between the upper and lower portions of the column 2. The glass plate 4 has an appearance that looks like
Not only does it give a sense of security so that it does not fall out, but it also looks good in terms of design.

As a result, the head 42 of the fixing bolt 40 is pressed against the peripheral edge of the through hole 47 on the front surface of the glass plate 4 via the flange 46 of the bush 41, and the back surface of the glass plate 4 is connected via the glass spacer 48 to the main body 25. Since the glass plate 4 can be firmly connected because it is pressed against the glass plate 4, and the glass plate 4 does not come into contact with the metal, the glass plate 4 is not damaged at the connecting portion.

Even if the position is slightly deviated from 0, the bush 41 is slightly rotated, so that the flange 46 is made to pass through the through hole 4 of the glass plate 4.
The threaded rod 43 of the fixing bolt 40 can be screwed into the reinforcing core material 14 by inserting the threaded rod 43 of the fixing bolt 40 into the through holes 49 and 50 while being in contact with the peripheral edge of the wire 7.

Therefore, the head 42 of the fixing bolt 40,
The glass plate 4 and the support column 2 are formed without making the flange 46 of the bush 41 and the through hole 47 of the glass plate 4 larger than necessary.
The glass plates 4 can be correctly connected even if there is a displacement from the main body 25 of the above, and the gap between the widthwise end faces of the glass plates 4 adjacent to the left and right can be uniformly adjusted in the vertical direction, or the upper end face can be made to have the same height. Further, since the cylindrical body 45 and the flange 46 which constitute the bush 41 of the connecting means 5 are eccentric,
Even if the through hole 95 of the glass door 6 and the screw hole 92 of the mounting block 91 are slightly displaced, the peripheral edge of the through hole 95 of the glass door 6 can be reliably held by the glass spacer 94 and the flange 46.

Further, by loosening the fixing bolt 40 with the glass door 6 attached and moving the glass door 6 slightly in the vertical and horizontal directions, the gap between the adjacent glass plates 4 can be made uniform in the vertical direction. The vertical height can be adjusted to match, and when this adjustment is made, the bush 41 can be rotated by a slight angle to allow the flange 4 of the bush 41 to rotate.
The 6 can be reliably pressed against the peripheral edge of the through hole 95 on the surface of the glass door 6.

Further, since the pair of through holes 95 of the glass door 6 are formed at intervals in the lateral direction, a wide range in the width direction of the glass door 6 can be connected to the door mounting member 93, and the through holes are formed. The bending stress generated in 95 can be reduced.
