Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for filling a periphery of various pipes inserted into a through hole of a structure with a filler to close the through hole. A locking member that can be locked around the opening of the through hole, and a support that is provided on the back side of the through hole with respect to the locking member and that is connected to the locking member using a connecting member. The present invention relates to a filler support having a member and a receiving member that is inserted into the through hole while being extrapolated into the various pipes and is brought into contact with the support member from the opening side. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, this kind of filler support is shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure according to the present invention, for example, the various pipes P such as the air-conditioning pipes P1 and the like are inserted into the through holes 3 provided for inserting the various pipes P into the slab 10 of the structure, and The gap between the peripheral wall and the air-conditioning pipe P1 is filled with the filler 5 to form a fire penetration portion. The filler 5 is made of, for example, a putty 5a having a thermal expansion property. The putty 5a expands due to heat from the fire.
Therefore, if a fire occurs in one of the upper and lower spaces partitioned by the slab 10 and the foamed resin heat insulating material covering the periphery of the air conditioning pipe P1 burns, or the air conditioning pipe P1 itself contracts. However, the putty 5a expands around the air-conditioning pipe P1 and fills the gap, so that it is possible to prevent a fire from spreading to the upper and lower spaces through the through hole 3. To configure such a fire penetration,
It is important that the filler 5 is reliably supported inside the through hole 3 by the filler support. [0003] As shown in FIG. 5, the conventional filler support mainly includes a frame F, a receiving member 1 and a lid member 2. The frame F has a locking member 6 that can be locked around the opening 3a of the through hole 3 and a back side in the filling direction of the putty 5a with respect to the locking member 6 to receive the putty 5a to be filled. X, and a connecting member 8 for connecting the locking member 6 and the supporting member 7. The receiving member 1 is a member arranged to abut against the support member 7 from the side of the opening 3a. Depending on the number of pipes P inserted into the through holes 3, the width of the space around the pipes P varies, so that the space 4 is closed using the receiving member 1 having a predetermined size. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the putty 5a filled in the through hole 3 from coming out to the back side X in the filling direction. The lid member 2 is connected to the opening 3
It is a member for covering a. The cover member 2 can prevent the putty 5a that has expanded in the event of a fire from expanding toward the opening 3a. In the prior art, the filler support had to be fixed while holding the existing air-conditioning pipe P1 and the like. Therefore, the locking member 6 and the support member 7, which constitute the frame F, or the receiving member were used. The member 1 and the like are configured in two parts, and the two members are swingably connected using, for example, "eyelets 9a, 9a '". In some cases, the two parts are not connected to each other, but are individually mounted inside the through holes 3. [0005] However, the above-mentioned conventional filler support has the following disadvantages. That is, since the frame F and the receiving member 1 had to be divided into two parts and connected with the eyelets 9a or the like, the number of parts for configuring each member increased, and as a result, the production of those parts and Not only did the storage take time, but the assembly work was complicated. Further, when the two divided members are used independently, it is difficult to maintain the posture of each filler support inserted into the through hole 3, and the filled filler 5 cannot be properly received. The inconvenience has occurred. In particular, since the receiving member 1 has a relatively simple shape, there is room for improvement in order to eliminate the troublesome configuration for manufacturing and the like as described above. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a filler support that can be easily manufactured and attached and that can reliably receive the filler. A feature of the present invention for achieving the above object will be described with reference to the examples shown in FIGS. (Structure 1) According to the filler support of the present invention, as described in claim 1, an arc-shaped first portion and a second portion both formed of a plate-like member are used to constitute a receiving member. Is characterized in that it is integrally formed at one end through a minute width portion narrower than the other portion, and that the entire shape of the receiving member is formed in a substantially annular shape. (Operation / Effect) By integrally forming the receiving member as in this configuration, the number of parts of the receiving member can be reduced, and the necessity of assembling unlike the conventional receiving member is eliminated. The labor is greatly simplified. In the receiving member connected by the conventional eyelets,
While the leg opening direction is limited, in the receiving member of this configuration, the first portion and the second portion can be deformed in any direction, and may be cut in some cases. Because of this, workability at the time of mounting is extremely improved. [0007] In the description of the means for solving the above problems, reference is made to the drawings and, in order to facilitate comparison with the drawings, reference numerals are used, but the present invention is limited to the configuration shown in the accompanying drawings. Not something. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS (Summary) An embodiment of a filler support according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The connection structure of the present invention mainly includes a frame F, a receiving member 1 and a lid member 2 as in the above-described conventional filler support.
FIGS. 1A and 1B are exploded perspective views of the filler support, and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the filler support attached to the through-hole. The filler support according to the present invention is used as follows. That is, after the frame F is attached to the through-hole 3 in which the air-conditioning pipe P1 is provided among the various pipes P, for example, and the receiving member 1 is inserted into the through-hole 3, The surrounding space 4 of the pipe P is filled with the putty 5a, which is the filler 5, and the inside of the lid member 2 is also filled with the putty 5a.
To form a fire through hole. (Frame) The frame F includes a locking member 6 which can be locked around the opening 3a of the through hole 3 and a locking member 6 as described in the section of the prior art.
Support member 7 provided on the back side X in the filling direction of the putty 5a
And a connecting member 8 for connecting the locking member 6 and the supporting member 7. The locking member 6 is, for example, two divided locking members 6a, 6a each formed of a sheet metal member and having an arc shape.
It consists of. The two divided locking members 6a, 6a divided in the radial direction Y are swingably connected to each other via a hinge portion 9 composed of an eyelet 9a in a state where one end portions are overlapped. At the other end of each of the two split locking members 6a, a fixing hole 6b penetrating in the thickness direction with the two split locking members 6a overlapping each other is provided. Can be fixed to the slab 10 by inserting a nail or a screw through the hole of the eyelet 9a and the fixing hole 6b in a state where the is fixed to the annular position and locked around the opening 3a of the through hole 3. The support member 7 is formed by an annular sheet metal member, and is also constituted by a divided support member 7a divided into two in the radial direction Y. These two divided support members 7
The dimensions of a and 7a are set such that when the divided support members 7a are joined together to form an annular shape, the surrounding space 4 of the pipe P can be closed. In addition, both divided support members 7
As shown in FIG. 1, fitting portions 7b are provided at both ends of the members a and 7a. When the two divided supporting members 7a and 7a are brought close to each other, the ends are fitted and connected to each other. The connecting member 8 is provided with divided locking members 6a corresponding to each other in the through-hole 3 in the filling direction X of the filler.
And a plurality of divided support members 7a. In addition, to join both end portions of the connecting member 8 to the divided locking member 6a or the divided supporting member 7a, for example, a joining method such as spot welding or caulking is used. (Receiving Member) The receiving member 1 has an opening 3a with respect to the supporting member 7 when there is a gap between the outer peripheral portion of the pipe P and the inner peripheral edge of the supporting member 7. It is a member arranged to be brought into contact from the side. The receiving member 1
By attaching the to, it is possible to close the gap and prevent the putty 5a from falling out to the back side X in the filling direction when the putty 5a is filled into the through hole 3. The receiving member 1
Can be formed by punching a plate-like member or the like. As shown in FIG. 1, the receiving member 1 has a substantially perfect circular shape as a whole, and the first portion 1 a has an arc shape.
And the second portion 1b are integrally formed via the minute width portion 1c. A plurality of notches 1d for engaging with the connecting member 8 are provided on the outer peripheral portion of the receiving member 1. The minute width portion 1c is formed, for example, as shown in FIG.
(B) It can be formed as shown in (c). The minute width portion 1c is provided, for example, displaced outward in the radial direction Y of the receiving member 1. When holding the pipe P with the receiving member 1, the first part 1a and the second part 1b are opened,
Alternatively, it is necessary to twist the first portion 1a and the second portion 1b, but in this case, the minute width portion 1c undergoes plastic deformation. When the amount of deformation is large, a fatigue crack may be generated in the minute width portion 1c, and in some cases, it may be cut. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the minute width portion 1
In order to minimize the amount of deformation given to c, a minute width portion 1c is provided outside the receiving member 1 in the radial direction Y. In addition, the first portion 1a
If it is difficult to insert the receiving member 1 into the through-hole 3 while the first part 1b and the second part 1b are integrated, the first part 1
There may be situations in which it is desired to separate a from the second part 1b. In this case, the first portion 1a and the second portion 1b can be easily cut at the minute width portion 1c by strongly pulling or twisting. By constructing the receiving member 1 as described above, the number of parts of the receiving member 1 can be reduced, and the necessity of assembling unlike the conventional receiving member 1 is eliminated. Simplified. Further, in the receiving member 1 connected by the conventional eyelet 9a, the direction in which the legs are opened is limited, whereas in the receiving member 1 of the present invention, the first portion 1a and the second portion 1b can be freely set. , And can be cut in some cases, so that the workability at the time of attachment can be greatly improved. Further, when the receiving member 1 is inserted into the through hole 3, the first portion 1a and the second portion 1b
When the minute width portion 1c is deformed so as to be slightly widened, the notch 1d of the first portion 1a and the second
The notch 1d of the portion 1b presses the connecting member 8, and the receiving member 1 is securely fixed to the frame F. Therefore, even when the through-hole 3 is provided in the horizontal direction with respect to the wall, the mounting of the receiving member 1 is ensured. (Cover Member) The cover member 2 is formed in a substantially hemispherical shape as shown in FIG. 1, and the air conditioner is inserted into the slab 10 and the through hole 3 while being engaged with the frame F. It is configured so that a gap with the bundle of the pipes P1 can be closed. Further, the lid member 2 is also formed by being divided into two in the radial direction Y, and each of the divided lid members 2a has a divided lid member 2a.
Lid connecting member J that can be connected and fixed in a state where they are combined
Is provided. The lid connecting member J is connected to one of the divided lid members 2a.
A backing plate portion 11 extending from the back surface to the back surface side of the other divided lid member 2a, and a female screw portion 1 formed on the backing plate portion 11
1a and a screw hole 12 formed in a portion of the other divided lid member 2a overlapping the backing plate portion 11 in a state where the two divided lid members 2a are united with each other,
By screwing the bolt 13 into the female screw portion 11a through the screw hole 12, the two divided lid members 2a can be connected and fixed. A locking projection 14 is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the lid member 2 to protrude inward along the radial direction Y.
On the outer peripheral edge of the locking member 6, a locked portion 15 capable of locking the lid member 2 is provided. The cover member 2 can be attached to the frame F by locking the locking projection 14 to the locked portion 15 of the frame F. The locked portion 15 of the frame F and the lid member 2
Will be described in more detail. As shown in FIG. 2, the locked portion 15 is formed on a surface facing the slab 10 of both surfaces of the outer peripheral edge of the locking member 6. This surface configured substantially parallel to the surface of the slab 10 is referred to as a locked surface 15a. Since the locking member 6 is floated from the surface of the slab 10 by the thickness of the connecting member 8 joined to the back surface thereof, the locking member 6 is inserted into the gap between the locked surface 15a and the surface of the slab 10. The protrusion 14 is in the radial direction Y
It is possible to enter along. By combining the two divided lid members 2a so that the locking projections 14 are located in the gaps, the lid members 2 are inserted into the openings 3a of the through holes 3.
Can be fixed. The outer peripheral edge of the locking member 6 is inclined upward so that the locking projection 14 can smoothly enter the gap. The surface facing the slab 10 among the two surfaces of the inclined portion is the locking guide portion 15b. By providing the locking guide portion 15b, the width of the gap is increased, so that the locking convex portion 14 is easily engaged, and the locking convex portion 14 becomes Part 1
5b, it is possible to enter the gap, and the lid member 2 can be securely attached to the frame F. (Effects) As described above, the receiving member 1 is particularly connected to the first portion 1a and the second portion 1b via the minute width portion 1c.
Is formed integrally, the production of the filler 5 support is facilitated, and the work of attaching to the through-hole 3 is simplified. Moreover, since the filler 5 can be reliably received, the fireproof through-hole 3 having a high degree of sealing can be obtained. [Other Embodiments] <1> In the above embodiment, an example was shown in which the receiving member 1 having a substantially perfect circular shape was integrally formed. However, as shown in FIG. The part 1a and the second part 1b are respectively
It may be formed in an arc shape slightly longer than a half circle. According to this configuration, after the receiving member 1 is punched, the first portion 1a and the second portion 1b are caused to swing close to each other around the minute width portion 1c, as shown in FIG. The free end of the first part and the free end of the second part overlap each other to form a substantially circular receiving member 1. Therefore, the gap between the first portion 1a and the second portion 1b is eliminated, and the filled putty 5a can be held more reliably. <2> In the above embodiment, the through hole 3 provided in the slab 10 of the structure is exemplified. However, the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, a wall, ceiling, beam, column, or the like may be used. There may be. <3> The various pipes P are not limited to the air-conditioning pipes P1 described in the above embodiments, and may be, for example, cables, steel pipes, resin pipes, and the like. These are called various pipes P. <4> As described in the above embodiment, the filler 5 support of the present invention is installed in only the opening 3a on one side of the through hole 3 and in the opening 3a on the other side. It is also possible to install them or to install them in the openings 3a on both sides.
