Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive print sheet used for various notices having good feed suitability when printing and printing on various printing machines. It is about. [0002] Conventionally, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on a sheet.
In the print sheet, the print on the sheet at various printers, after printing or the like, by bonding under pressure are opposed to each other adhesive layer surface, pressure-sensitive adhesive printing sheet where processed into various notification card using Have been. [0003] Print sheets in this way, it is processed into sized according to various handling, but was convenient for use in such as by hiding the confidentiality of information, the flop
Curls, wrinkles, etc. occur in lint sheets before printing saving, handling during storage even not only inconvenient, feed and print on the printer was inconvenience disturbed the printing or the like. The reason for this is that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the joining surface of the sheet changes the thickness, stiffness and shrinkage of the sheet. Various attempts have been made to apply the adhesive, and various attempts have been made to change the composition of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, but this has not been sufficiently solved. [0005] Therefore, according to the present invention, the curl, wrinkles, and the like are not easily generated in a normal storage state, and the information is stored in a stacked state when printing and printing with a printer. Pressure sensitive adhesive that can be handled stably without curling, wrinkling, etc. easily even when feeding each sheet or in a continuous state, and when performing various processing processes after printing information, printing etc.
The purpose is to provide print sheets. The present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive print sheet for bonding or joining by bonding, by applying pressure, and subsequently peeling off the joining surface, wherein both sides of the front and back surfaces of the sheet are provided. Almost the entire surface is provided with a printing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer capable of receiving a printing agent and having an adhesive force and a peeling force adjusted, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has two or more kinds of particles different in particle diameter from an adhesive base. Average particle size of 1 μm to 20
μm fine particles are dispersed, and the smoothness is 20 to
A pressure-sensitive adhesive print sheet formed in 120 seconds (based on JISP-8119). A releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is capable of receiving a printing agent and dispersing two or more types of fine particles having different particle sizes is provided on substantially the entire surface of the front and back surfaces of the sheet. easily blocking resistance to form an adhesive layer surface irregularities, the entire front and back surfaces of the release performance improvement over to Rutotomoni sheet are in the same conditions, the temperature, also in humidity conditions change, the entire sheet is uniformly stretchable curl Printing can be performed at desired locations on a sheet under the same conditions without easily causing wrinkles or the like. Next, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings showing one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a pressure-sensitive adhesive print sheet 10 according to the present invention. Adhesive layers 2, 2 are provided. [0010] The sheet in the above is made of high quality paper, medium quality paper,
Coated paper, recycled paper, synthetic paper and the like can be used. Pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 2, 2 capable of accepting printing agent
As the pressure-sensitive adhesive for use, an adhesive obtained by dispersing fine particles having an average particle diameter of 10 m to 30 m in an adhesive base mainly composed of a natural rubber, a synthetic resin or the like can be used. The adhesive base may be a conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive which is conventionally used. In particular, a natural rubber latex obtained by graft copolymerizing styrene and methyl methacrylate on natural rubber is used. However, it is suitable in terms of blocking resistance, sticking resistance, abrasion resistance and the like. On the other hand, as the fine particles, those having a small affinity for the adhesive base, for example, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, kaolin, activated clay, spherical alumina, starch, silica, glass powder, shirasu balloon Are used. These materials may be used alone or in combination of two or more, but by combining two or more kinds having different particle diameters, it is easy to form an adhesive-coated surface in an uneven shape,
At this time, the difference between the average particle diameter of the smaller particles and the average particle diameter of the larger particles may be 3 μm, preferably 5 μm or more, so that the anti-blocking performance and the peeling performance are improved. In particular, silica or activated clay having excellent porosity is set to 8 μm or less, and smaller particles are used.
Addition of purified starch such as 16 μm wheat starch or constarch to the adhesive base as a larger particle size can strengthen the coating of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and due to its porosity, the adhesive base adheres to the surface. This facilitates the adjustment of the adhesive force and the peeling force, and also has the advantage of improving the landing property of various printing agents and making them acceptable. Further, even when printing is performed by a printer using silicone oil, the silicone oil is absorbed by the porosity, so that the adhesive does not become stuck by the silicone oil. In addition, the average particle diameter of the fine particles is 10 mμm or more.
The range of 30 μm, preferably 1 μm to 20 μm, more preferably 2 μm to 15 μm is suitable. The above-mentioned fine particles are used is in a proportion of 20 to 400 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the adhesive base, address to a predetermined locations in pressure-sensitive adhesive printing sheet 10 of the present invention, address People After printing or printing predetermined information such as unique information to the user, explanation items, and the like, as shown in FIG. 2, the predetermined information P is exposed and folded, and a pressure as an adhesive condition is applied to the overlapped surface or desired surface. Various postcards by bonding the ends
When used as a notification card, a postcard or a notification card having concealment information on the bonding surface, or a seal, or as shown in FIG. When used in the same manner as above, the mixing ratio varies depending on the applied pressure,
In order to prevent the joint surfaces from easily peeling off under a pressure of kg / cm 2 , a ratio of 20 to 150 parts by weight, preferably 50 to 150 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the adhesive base, Further, in order to peel off the bonding surface as necessary under the same pressure as above and to make the information on the bonding surface visible, 100 to 400 parts by weight, preferably 130 to 300 parts by weight, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the adhesive. Parts of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is uniformly applied to the front and back of the sheet 1 in the range of 3 to 20 μm, and is similarly folded in a Z-shape as shown in FIG. In order for the other side to be hardly peeled off and for the other side to be peeled off as required, 20 parts for the back surface of the sheet 1 with respect to 100 parts by weight of the adhesive.
~ 150 parts by weight, 100 ~ 400 for the surface of sheet 1
The pressure-sensitive adhesives 2 and 2 may be formed by applying the pressure-sensitive adhesives blended in parts by weight, respectively. In the above, the amount of the pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to the front and back surfaces of the sheet is in the range of 2 to 10 g / m 2 (in terms of solid content) in the range of 2 to 10 g / m 2 (in terms of solid content) in accordance with the purpose of bonding or peeling. Alternatively, when the application amount is different between the front surface and the back surface, application within a range of 3 g / m 2 is effective in preventing cows from curling and wrinkling. Further, the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive print sheet has a surface on which a printing agent such as printing ink or toner ink is deposited by various printing methods such as letterpress printing, offset printing, silk screen printing and electrostatic printer. The surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is coated by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive to both sides of the base sheet 1 and then calendering, for example, in order to improve the receptivity and make the paper sheet receivable and to obtain feedability as a print sheet. Should be moderately smoothed, and the smoothness at this time should be 20 to 1 in accordance with JISP-8119.
The time may be set to 20 seconds, preferably 30 to 70 seconds. [0018] In addition, pressure-sensitive adhesive print Sea <br/> door 10 of the present invention, and the print sheet 10 and the one by one unit,
In order to improve the peeling at the time of feeding, this print sheet 10 is suitable for stacking a large number of sheets or connecting one sheet at a perforation, folding and stacking in a zigzag manner, and feeding and using the printer. Peel strength of 3kg at room temperature with 1kg / cm 2 load applied
It is desirable that the width after immersion for 0 minutes is 25 g in width and 10 g or less. As is apparent from the above description,
According to the present invention, substantially the entire front and back surfaces of the sheet
A releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in which two or more types of fine particles having different particle sizes that can accept printing agent are dispersed is provided. In addition, the entire surface of the sheet is under the same conditions, and even if the conditions such as temperature and humidity change, the entire sheet expands and contracts uniformly. handling is facilitated in, even when you feed in the printer, pudding
Various processing with allows stable handling without caught in the feed mechanism even when performing post bets, an effect that the efficiency of the print so can print at the desired locations the same conditions on the front and back surfaces is extremely improved.
