【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、優れた毛成長促進
用養毛料に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】脱毛症は血行の不全、毛母細胞活性の低
下や性ホルモンのアンバランスなど様々な要因が複雑に
絡み合って生じていると考えられているが、発生機作が
未だ充分に解明されていないのが現状である。従来よ
り、各種の薬剤を配合した養毛料が脱毛の予防や治療に
用いられてきているが、脱毛を抑制して養毛を促すに充
分有効な薬剤は未だ見出されていない。
【0003】一方、トリカブト・キンポウゲ科(Ran
unculaceae)のトリカブト属(Aconit
um species)は古来中国において神農本草経
に記載され、漢方医学上種々の漢方処方中に汎用される
重要な生薬である。特開平3−271213号公報に
は、トリカブトの根、茎又は葉の抽出物を含有すること
を特徴とした発毛、育毛剤が、また特開平5−2550
99号公報には、トリカブトの根から得られる非アコニ
チン型アルカロイドを含有することを特徴とした発毛、
育毛剤が提案されている。しかし、これらの発毛、育毛
効果を詳細に検討すると必ずしも十分でないことが判明
した。なお、トリカブトの根、茎又は葉の抽出物と薬剤
との組合せからなる養毛料も検討されている(特開平5
−255047号公報)。この発明ではトリカブトの
根、茎又は葉の抽出物に起因する効果は必ずしも十分で
はないことが以下に述べる本願発明との比較から容易に
わかる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明者は、上記事情
に鑑み、鋭意研究を重ねた結果、トリカブトの根、茎又
は葉を酢酸エチル又はn−ヘキサンで処理して得られた
抽出物を配合するることによって、毛成長促進に優れた
効果を示すことを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、トリカブトの
根、茎又は葉を酢酸エチル又はn−ヘキサンで処理して
得られた抽出物を配合することを特徴とする毛成長促進
用養毛料。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を詳述
する。本発明の毛成長促進用養毛料に使用する原料生薬
のトリカブトは、キンポウゲ科(Ranunculac
eae)のトリカブト属(Aconitum spec
ies)のものであり、産地は限定されない。一般に、
トリカブト属植物には猛毒性アコニチン系アルカロイド
を含有しており、その使用に際しては注意を要するもの
であるため、好ましくは加熱処理等の減毒化がなされた
ものを用いるのがよい。
【0007】トリカブトの基原植物としては、例えば、
中国四州省産の栽培種カラトリカブト(Aconitu
m carmichaeli Debx)、中国各地の
野生種(Aconitum kusnezoffii
Reichb.)など、朝鮮産のミツバトリカブト(A
conitum triphyllum Naka
i)、キバナトリカブト(Aconitum core
anum Rap.)、日本産のオクトリカブト(Ac
onitum japonicum Thunb.)、
ハナトリカブト(Aconitum chinense
Paxt.)等が挙げられる。特に中国四州省産のカ
ラトリカブトが、一定の栽培方法で、品質の安定性及び
供給の面で好ましい。
【0008】また減毒加工法としては、塊根をオートク
レーブ中で100〜130℃、圧力1.0〜1.5kg
/cm2 で20〜40分間加圧、加熱処理して調製する
方法が、簡便で、有効かつ安全な生薬を安定に生産でき
ることから特に好ましい(特公昭37−18498号公
報)。この方法で調製された例として、日本薬局方外規
格品の「加工ブシ末」が挙げられる。また主に中国で行
われている方法としては、水洗した塊根を苦汁液に数日
間浸漬して乾燥するか、あるいは、更に蒸す、煮沸など
の処理を繰り返した後に乾燥して調製する方法、または
塊根を水洗し、縦割りして鮮時に灰中に埋没させ、加
熱、加圧等を施し乾燥して調製する方法などがある。こ
の方法で調製した例としては中国四州省産のトリカブト
として市販されているものが一定の品質で充分減毒され
ており、好ましい。
【0009】本発明のトリカブトの抽出物は、酢酸エチ
ル又はn−ヘキサンの溶媒で抽出した場合にトリカブト
から酢酸エチル又はn−ヘキサンに移行した成分を言
い、この抽出物は酢酸エチル又はn−ヘキサンを除去し
た後の乾燥物の状態で使用することもでき、さらに酢酸
エチル又はn−ヘキサンまたはその他の溶媒に溶解した
状態で使用することもできる。後者の場合には酢酸エチ
ル又はn−ヘキサンは本発明の毛成長促進用養毛料中基
剤の一部を構成する。【0010】
抽出に際してトリカブトはそのまま使用す
ることもでき、また破砕または粉砕して使用し、溶媒と
の接触を改良することもできる。トリカブトと溶媒との
比率は特に限定されないが、抽出効率及び便利さとの観
点からトリカブト100g当たり100〜5000ml
の溶媒を使用するのが好ましい。抽出温度は室温、常圧
下での溶媒の沸点の範囲とするのが便利であり、抽出時
間は抽出温度、攪拌の有無により異なるが、30分〜2
週間の範囲とするのが好ましい。【0011】
本発明の毛成長促進用養毛料は常法に従っ
て、ヘアートニック、ヘアーローション、ヘアークリー
ム、シャンプー、リンス、ヘアーフォーム、ヘアージェ
ル等の剤型にすることが可能である。これら毛成長促進
用養毛料に含有させる本発明の抽出物は、乾燥残分に換
算して、0.0001〜10重量%、好ましくは0.0
005〜5重量%であればよい。【0012】
本発明の毛成長促進用養毛料には、色素、
香料、殺菌剤、防腐剤、角質溶解剤、抗炎症剤、抗アン
ドロゲン剤、養毛剤、抗酸化剤、清涼剤、他の生薬抽出
物やビタミン類等を本発明の目的を達成する範囲内で適
宜配合することができる。【0013】
【実施例】以下、製造例、実施例及び比較例に基づいて
本発明を詳説する。なお、実施例に記載のマウス毛成長
促進効果試験法、ヒト頭髪毛成長促進効果試験法及び実
用試験法を次に示す。【0014】
(1)マウス毛成長促進効果試験法
C3Hマウス(雄、8週齢)の背部中央の体毛をバリカ
ン及びシェーバーで毛刈りし、試料を毛刈り部位に1日
2回、一匹当たり0.2ml塗布した。一試料に対して
動物は一群10匹使用した。実験開始後15日目にマウ
ス背部の写真撮影を行い、毛刈り面積及び発毛面積を算
出し、発毛率(%)を求め10例の平均により、毛成長
促進効果を判定した。【0015】
(2)ヒト頭髪毛成長促進効果試験法
男性型脱毛症患者である被試験者10名の頭部の耳の上
5cmの位置の頭髪を左右2カ所において直径1cmの
円形状に剃毛した被試験部位に、実施例または比較例の
試料を左側に毎朝夕2回、約3ml塗布し、無処置の右
側と比較した。効果の判定は、試験開始後28日目に、
左右の試験部位の毛髪各々20本ずつを剃毛し、左側
(実施例または比較例のを塗布)の毛20本の長さの平
均値(B)を右側(無処置)の毛20本の長さの平均値
(A)で除した値を求めて評価した。判定結果は、被試
験者10名の(B)/(A)の平均値で示した。【0016】
(3)実用試験法
男性型脱毛症患者である被試験者20名の頭部に毎朝夕
2回、連続6か月間試料を塗布した後の効果を評価し
た。試験結果は、育毛効果、脱毛予防効果の各項目に対
して、「生毛が剛毛化したあるいは生毛が増加した」、
「脱毛が少なくなった」と回答した人数で示した。【0017】

圧下にて6時間濃縮し、溶媒溜去後、抽出物を0.28

m2 、40分間加圧・加熱処理する。加工処理したカラ
トリカブト100gを1500mlのエタノールに65
〜75℃にて3時間浸し、上澄液をろ取して、70℃、
減圧下にて6時間濃縮し、溶媒溜去後、抽出物を5.4

ノールに、65〜75℃にて3時間浸し、上澄液をろ取
して、70℃、減圧下にて6時間濃縮し、溶媒溜去後、

用ヘアートニック)
下記に記載の成分組成において、製造例1〜5で調製し
たカラトリカブトの抽出物を配合して各々の毛成長促進
用ヘアートニックを調製し、前記の試験を実施した。【0022】
