Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an improvement of a ground leveling plate for scratching and an improvement of a connecting mechanism thereof, and more particularly, to a state of soil in a field or the like to be leveled or a leveling purpose. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a grounding plate for scratching that can freely adjust the depth of scratching with a simple structure and perform ideal scratching work, and a coupling mechanism thereof. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, padding is performed as a work before rice planting and as a work for leveling crushed soil under irrigation water. Conventionally, a long log is used as a scraping tool, and the log is dragged by a tractor. Had gone. For this reason, there have been various problems that the end of the log collides with the ridge and destroys that portion, and it is not possible to satisfactorily level the ground in every field. In view of this, the applicant has proposed a leveling plate for scraping according to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-54726 to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has achieved great results in scraping work. [0003] As a result, it is possible to carry out the scraping operation to every corner of the rice field without destroying the ridges. Because of the different depths, one leveling plate for scratching was not able to respond flexibly, and it was not possible to level the field evenly in any field. Therefore, in any case, in order to adjust the depth of the scraping and level the ground evenly, prepare a plurality of grounding plates with different weights and shapes so as to be able to correspond to different scratching depths. And the production cost increases. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems in the conventional ground preparation plate for scratching. Even without preparation,
An object of the present invention is to provide a leveling plate for scratching, in which the depth of the scratching can be freely adjusted with a simple structure and an ideal scratching operation can be performed. The present invention also provides a leveling plate for scratching that can easily and reliably connect such a leveling plate for scraping to the rear part of a transport vehicle such as a tractor, and that can freely adjust the depth of scraping. It is an object of the present invention to provide a coupling mechanism . Means adopted by the present inventor to solve the above technical problem will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention also relates to a transport vehicle T such as a tractor.

The feature is that the above problem has been solved by skillfully linking and integrating the mechanism elements . DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in more detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. First, FIG. 1 to FIG.
A description will be given based on FIG. In the figure, what is indicated by reference numeral 1 is a body of a leveling board that moves and leveles by irrigation water in a paddy field. In the body 1, a standing plate 12 is fixedly mounted on a front edge of a long wooden flat plate 11, and a right side 11a and a left side 11b are hinged at a central portion thereof so as to be able to be folded in two.
It is fixed with a fastener 14 via 13. On both sides of the body 1, the blades designated by reference numeral 2 are hinged, and can be retracted only inward. Each wing plate 2 is urged in the expanding direction via a return spring 24, and normally projects obliquely forward on both sides of the leveling plate body 1 in a normal state. And, at the tip of both wing plates 2,2,
Elastic cushioning members indicated by reference numeral 3 are respectively provided, and the tip portions thereof are bent inward to form a sled shape. As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of plate-like retaining plates 15 and 15 are provided on the front edge of the upright plate 12 of the main body 1 in the grounding plate for scraping prepared as described above. at-17 are erected in the left-right symmetry. Each of the latching plates 15 is provided with three adjusting holes 16, 16, 16 arranged in a line in the vertical direction, and one of the adjusting holes 16 is engaged with a hook portion of a chain described later. Is stopped. A description will now be given of how the drafting amount of the body 1 varies according to the positions where the three adjusting holes 16 are formed. For explanation, in order from the bottom adjustment hole
2 and 3, the left end of the chain 41 is fixedly shown at a fixed height from the irrigation water surface S. And in Figure 2, the top adjustment hole
The case where the chain 41 is hung on 16c is shown. In this case, the traction force F pulling the main body 1 by the chain 41 is decomposed into a vertical component Fv and a horizontal component Fh, and as shown in the drawing, the angle between the direction of the traction force F and the horizontal direction becomes smaller. The force of the vertical component Fv that floats upward is reduced. Therefore, the irrigation water surface S based on the weight of the main body 1
The downward descent from is deeper, and naturally, the draft d also increases. On the other hand, FIG. 3 shows a case where the chain 41 is hooked on the lowermost adjustment hole 16a, and the force of the vertical component Fv of the traction force F is larger than that of the adjustment hole 16c of FIG. For this reason, the sinking of the main body 1 due to the weight of the leveling plate main body 1 becomes shallow, and the draft d is inevitably reduced. In the present embodiment, the lowermost adjustment hole 16a is used when leveling a paddy field with soft soil, and the middle adjustment hole 16b is used when performing normal leveling. Is performed, the uppermost adjustment hole 16c is used. As described above, by simply selecting a desired adjustment hole among the three adjustment holes 16a, 16b, and 16c for hooking the chain 41, the magnitude of the vertical component Fv of the traction force F applied to the main body 1 is changed. The draft amount d of the main body 1 can be increased or decreased. Therefore, by simply attaching the hooking plate 15 having a plurality of adjusting holes 16 in the vertical direction to the main body 1, without preparing a plurality of grounding plates for scratches having different weights and shapes, It is possible to freely adjust the depth of the scraping using only the leveling plate body 1. Next, a connecting mechanism of a grounding plate for a substitute according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the figure, those indicated by reference numeral 4, the coupling member all coupling the rear R of the ground leveling board body 1 and the truck T (tractor)
It directs the body and is used for harrow tractors. The connecting member 4 in the figure includes a chain 41 having a hook portion 41a hooked on the adjusting hole 16 of the leveling plate main body 1, and a rod-shaped swing connected to the opposite end of the chain 41 to the hook portion 41a. The swing rod 42 includes a rod 43, a grip 43 connected to an end of the swing rod 42, and a storage frame 44 projecting inward at a substantially central portion of the swing rod 42. The storage frame 44
In 44, the leveling plate main body 1 in a state of being folded in two at the center can be placed and stored, and a storage space for the leveling plate main body 1 when the scraping is not performed can be secured. [0015] The two connecting members 4.
4, the hooks 41a are connected to the adjusting holes of the main body 1.
16 and 16 and the gripping portions 43 are attached to the mounting portion 5 of the rear portion R.
Can be easily and reliably connected to the ground plate main body 1 and the rear portion R of the tractor. The mounting portion 5 is swingable by a swinging means 6, and the tip portion 42a of each swing rod 42 moves up and down through this swing, and is connected to the tip portion 42a. The height of the end of the chain 41 from the irrigation water surface S can be freely changed. Thereby, the direction of the traction force F by the chain 41 hooked on the grading plate main body 1 can be freely changed, and the same effect as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 described above, that is, the magnitude of the vertical component Fv of the traction force F The effect of changing the draft and increasing or decreasing the draft amount d of the ground plate main body 1 is obtained. Further, the hook portion 41a of the chain 41 is connected to the retaining plate of the leveling plate body 1.
Since the direction of the traction force F by the chain 41 can be freely changed while riding on the tractor without changing the position where the hook is hooked on the tractor 15, the work efficiency in the rough terrain can be greatly improved. Further, by utilizing both the swinging mechanism of the connecting member 4 and the adjusting holes 16, 16,... Of the above-mentioned hooking plate 15, the both ends of the chain 41 are moved from the irrigation water surface S. If the height is changed, the draft amount d of the grading plate main body 1 can be increased and decreased in multiple stages, and the depth of scratching by the grading plate main body 1 can be adjusted more precisely. As shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of connecting rods 61 are used as the oscillating means 6 in the first embodiment.
, A drive source 62 composed of a hydraulic motor for operating these connecting rods 61, and a lever 63 that determines the swing direction of the connecting member 4 are adopted. The swinging device is disposed behind the carrier T. In addition, in the connecting member 4 of the first embodiment, when performing normal leveling, the tip 42a of the swing rod 42 is moved to the irrigation water surface S.
The height of the tip 42a is set to be approximately the same as the height of the irrigation water surface S when the soil is required to be deeply raked. A connecting mechanism of a grounding plate for a substitute according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the second embodiment, the connection mechanism of the leveling plate is used for a tractor for rotary use, and accordingly, the shape of the connection member 4 is different from that of the first embodiment. The connecting member 4 is a leveling plate body 1
Having a hook portion 41a to be hooked on the adjustment hole 16 of the chain
41, 41, a U-shaped oscillating rod 42 'connected to the opposite end of the hook 41a of the chain 41, and a gripper 43 connected to a substantially central portion of the oscillating rod 42', It is composed of storage frames 44, 44 projecting from the swing rod 42. Then, the hook portions 41a of the chains 41 are hooked on the adjusting holes 16 of the main body 1, and the gripping portions 43 are fastened to the mounting portions 5 of the rear portion R with bolts, whereby 1 and the rear part R of the tractor. As in the first embodiment, the mounting portion 5 can be rocked by a rocking means 6, and the height of the tip end 42a of each rocking rod 42 can be freely changed through this rocking. . If the shape of the connecting member 4 is changed as described above,
The grounding plate for scratching of the present invention can be applied to both harrow and rotary tractors. Although the embodiments of the present invention are generally as described above, the present invention is by no means limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims. For example, the retaining plate 15 of the leveling plate body 1
Can be adjusted in multiple stages by extending the upper part and drilling three or more adjusting holes 16, 16,... It is also possible to provide a manual lever or handle directly on the mounting part 5 of the rear part R of the tractor, and it goes without saying that any of these modifications falls within the technical scope of the present invention. As described above with reference to the embodiments,
According to the leveling board for scratching of the present invention, since a locking plate having a plurality of adjusting holes in the vertical direction is attached to the leveling board, a plurality of weighting and shaping leveling boards having different shapes are prepared. At least
With only one leveling plate, the drafting depth of the leveling plate can be increased or decreased to freely adjust the depth of scratching, and ideal scratching work can be performed at low cost. According to the grounding plate connecting mechanism for scratching of the present invention, since the connecting member including the chain, the swinging rod and the grip portion is employed, the grounding plate for scratching can be easily mounted on the rear portion of the tractor. It can be connected reliably. Further, since the rocking rod can be swung while the tractor is operated to freely adjust the depth of the scraping by the leveling plate, the working efficiency in the leveling can be greatly improved. Therefore, the practical value in the scraping work is very large.
