Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a stick-shaped cosmetic container that uses a stick-shaped cosmetic such as lipstick, lip balm, or tic from a container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, as shown in FIG. 19, a stick-shaped cosmetic container such as a lipstick is used. That is, this container has a metal feeding cylinder 32 having guide projections 31 projecting on both sides and a metal bottomed inner cylinder 34 having a vertical hole 33 formed on both sides facing each other (recently, The bottomed inner cylinder 34 is separately formed into a metal bottomed hakama part and a synthetic resin inner cylinder part having a vertical hole 33, and both are attached so that they cannot rotate relative to each other.) The outer cylinder 35 includes a metal outer cylinder 35 having two spiral grooves 36 engraved on the peripheral surface thereof, and a metal cap 37 mounted on the outer cylinder 35. This container is assembled by fitting the outer cylinder 35 to the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 34 while engaging the spiral groove 36 with the guide projection 31 projecting from the inner cylinder 34 through the vertical hole 33. In the figure, reference numeral 38 denotes a stick-shaped cosmetic fixed to the feeding cylinder 32. When this container is used, the outer cylinder 35 and the inner cylinder 34 are relatively rotated so that the intersection between the spiral groove 36 of the outer cylinder 35 and the vertical hole 33 of the inner cylinder 34 is moved up and down. By moving the guide projection 31 engaged with the vertical hole 33 and the spiral groove 36 at the intersection, the feeding cylinder 32 moves up and down following the vertical movement of the intersection. Thereby, the stick-shaped cosmetic 38 is fed out or stored from the upper end opening of the inner cylinder 34.
[0003]
In such a stick-shaped cosmetic container, conventionally, the outer cylinder 35 is attached to the bottomed inner cylinder 34 (or the inner cylinder portion having the vertical hole 33) in a retaining shape so that the two cannot be easily disassembled. It has become. On the other hand, various materials such as a metal material and a synthetic resin material are used as the material of the bottomed inner cylinder 34, the inner cylinder portion having the vertical hole 33, and the outer cylinder 35.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, waste treatment, which has been increasing year by year, has become a social problem, and there is an increasing need to reduce waste emissions and promote resource recycling. For this reason, the number of municipalities that require separate collection is increasing depending on the type of garbage. Also, there is a tendency for manufacturers to be required to recycle containers and packages. However, in the conventional stick-shaped cosmetic container as described above, since the outer cylinder 35 cannot be easily removed from the bottomed inner cylinder 34 (or the inner cylinder portion having the vertical hole 33), the rod-shaped cosmetic material no longer used is used. At the time of disposing of the container, it has not been practiced to separate it into synthetic resin waste and metal waste for disposal, and it is not possible to cope with the separate collection of waste. Therefore, among the rod-shaped cosmetic containers, the bottomed inner cylinder 34, which is often adopted recently, is separately formed into a bottomed hakama part and an inner cylinder part having a vertical hole 33. There is a strong demand for a stick-shaped cosmetic container from which the outer tube 35 can be easily removed from the tube portion.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder portion can be easily removed, and a bar-shaped cosmetic material that can be discarded separately into metal waste and synthetic resin waste. Its purpose is to provide.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention engages a guide projection projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the feeding cylinder for holding the stick-shaped cosmetic with a vertical hole formed in the peripheral wall of the cylindrical body. Then, the feeding cylinder is housed in the cylindrical body, the lower part of the cylindrical body is detachably fixed to the bottomed cylindrical body, and the guide projection that projects from the cylindrical body through the vertical hole is formed on the inner periphery of the outer cylinder. engaged with the helical groove provided on the surface, the stick-shaped cosmetic material to the lower portion of the outer tube in a state of being protruded to the lower portion of the cylinder from the lower edge of the outer tube was fitted to the lower part of the cylindrical body A container, wherein a notch extending from a lower edge of the lower peripheral wall of the cylindrical body to a fitting portion with the outer cylinder is formed, and the lower peripheral wall of the cylindrical body is pressed inward to shrink. A configuration is adopted in which the cylindrical body is configured to be detachable from the outer cylinder by increasing the diameter.
[0007]
That is, the rod-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention comprises a cylinder housing a feeding cylinder for holding the rod-shaped cosmetic, a bottomed cylinder in which a lower portion of the cylinder is detachably fixed, and An outer cylinder externally fitted to a lower part of the body is provided, and a cutout portion extending from a lower end edge of the lower peripheral wall of the cylindrical body and reaching a fitting portion with the outer cylinder is formed. In this apparatus, when removing the outer cylinder and the cylindrical body, first, the cylindrical body is removed from the bottomed cylindrical body, and then the lower peripheral wall of the cylindrical body is pressed inward with a finger to reduce the diameter. Thereby, the fitting at the outer fitting portion between the cylindrical body and the outer cylinder becomes loose. After that, while pressing the lower peripheral wall of the cylindrical body with a finger, the outer cylinder is pulled with a finger, and the cylindrical body is extracted from the outer cylinder. Thus, the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention can be easily disassembled into the bottomed cylindrical body, the cylindrical body, and the outer cylinder that constitute the container. Therefore, when discarding the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention, by disassembling into a bottomed cylindrical body, a cylindrical body, and an outer cylinder, and selecting and discarding them for each material, it is possible to cope with the separate collection of garbage. Can be. In addition, the cylindrical body and the outer cylinder can be disassembled simply by pulling the outer cylinder after pressing the lower peripheral wall of the cylindrical body inward with a finger to reduce the diameter, thereby simplifying the disassembling operation.
[0008]
Further, in the present invention, when the lower peripheral wall of the outer cylinder is formed with a cutout portion extending from a lower end edge thereof and reaching a fitting portion with the cylindrical body, when the cylindrical body is removed from the outer cylinder. In addition, the outer cylinder has a larger diameter, which makes it easier to remove.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cap 1 is a metal heavenly cylindrical body having a dome-shaped ceiling wall, and a lower end of the cap 1 is detachably fitted to an upper end of the hakama 2. . As shown in FIG. 3, the hakama 2 includes a metal hakama body 4 formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and a metal middle body which is non-removable and non-rotatably attached to the hakama body 4. It consists of Hakama 5. The middle skirt 5 includes a cylindrical portion 7 and a double wall portion 6 extending downward from a lower end opening of the cylindrical portion 7. It is fitted on the surface in a retaining shape and cannot rotate. The upper portion of the cylindrical portion 7 protrudes from the upper end opening of the skirt body 4, and the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the cap 1 is detachably fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the protruding portion 7a. On the other hand, the double wall portion 6 has a cylindrical inner and outer wall 6a, 6b formed concentrically with the cylindrical portion 7, and an annular bottom connecting the lower ends of the inner and outer walls 6a, 6b. The bottom wall 6c is placed on the bottom wall of the hakama body 4, and a large-diameter engaging portion 18 of an inner cylindrical portion 11 described below is provided between the inner and outer walls 6a and 6b. The structure is such that it cannot rotate and can be detachably fitted inside. In the figure, reference numeral 7b denotes an annular flange portion projecting inward from the upper end opening of the cylindrical portion 7.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 4, the lipstick holding section 3 includes a metal sleeve (outer cylinder) 10 formed in a cylindrical shape, an inner cylinder section (cylindrical body) 11 made of POM resin (polyoxymethylene), and It comprises a middle plate (delivery cylinder) 12 made of ABS resin (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer) for holding the rod-shaped cosmetic material 8. The sleeve 10 is fitted to the inner cylindrical portion 11 so as to be prevented from coming off and rotatably. The sleeve 10 has a single annular engagement groove 10b formed at the lower end thereof. An annular collar portion 10a protrudes inward from the upper end opening. The inner diameter of the flange 10 a is smaller than the outer diameter of the upper end of the inner cylinder 11, and the lower surface of the flange 10 a contacts the upper end of the inner cylinder 11. A number of spiral grooves 13 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 10 (each spiral groove 13 is formed so as to make one round of the inner peripheral surface from the start end to the end). It is engraved at equal intervals.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the inner cylindrical portion 11 is a cylindrical body having a partition wall 21 at an inner lower portion, and has an upper small diameter portion and a lower large diameter portion. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the small diameter portion, vertical holes 14a and 14b extending from the upper edge or slightly lower portion of the peripheral wall to the vicinity of the lower edge are formed in the opposing portions of the peripheral wall. At the same time, lateral holes 15a and 15b are formed in the upper and lower ends of these vertical holes 14a and 14b, respectively, by being cut out in the circumferential direction. A notch 16 extends vertically from the center of the upper edge of one of the vertical holes 14a and 14b, and its tip reaches the upper edge of the small diameter portion.
[0013]
On the other hand, the large-diameter portion is provided between the large-diameter mounting portion 17 which is attached to the lower portion of the sleeve 10 so as to be retained and rotatably, and the inner and outer walls 6a and 6b of the double wall portion 6 of the hakama 2. The large-diameter engagement portion 18 is non-rotatable and detachably fitted inside. The large-diameter mounting portion 17 is formed such that its outer peripheral surface is dimensioned so that the inner peripheral surface of the lower portion of the sleeve 10 (the portion below the spiral groove 13) can be rotatably fitted to the outer peripheral surface. On the outer peripheral surface of the lower portion of the diameter mounting portion 17 (the portion corresponding to the partition wall 21), a single annular ring that is rotatably engaged with the engagement groove portion 10b of the sleeve 10 in a retaining shape. An engaged groove 17a is formed. As a result, the lower portion of the sleeve 10 is fitted to the large-diameter mounting portion 17 so as to be prevented from coming off and to be rotatable. A recess 17b (which is rectangular in side view) is formed in a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the large-diameter mounting portion 17 which is located below the one vertical hole 14a. A protruding portion 19 (having a rectangular shape in side view) having a convex curved portion 19a (having an oval shape in side view) is protrudingly provided. Then, the convex curved surface of the curved portion 19a of the convex portion 19 abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the lower part of the sleeve 10 in a resilient manner, and when the sleeve 10 and the inner cylindrical portion 11 are relatively rotated, they are smoothly turned. It works. On the other hand, the large-diameter engagement portion 18 is formed with a notch portion 20 extending upward from a lower end edge thereof at a portion facing each other (an intermediate position in a circumferential direction between the vertical holes 14a and 14b). ing. The cutout portion 20 is formed in a tapered shape, and its tip extends to a portion slightly beyond the large-diameter mounting portion 17 and cuts out the partition wall 21 in a transverse manner (see FIG. 9). . In FIG. 5, reference numeral 21a denotes two through holes formed in the partition wall 21, and 22a denotes two windows formed in the small diameter portion. In FIG. 8, reference numeral 22 b denotes two protrusions protruding from the large-diameter mounting portion 17 for sliding contact with the sleeve 10.
[0014]
The inner plate 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and as shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, a vertically movable portion 14a, 14b of the inner cylindrical portion 11 is formed in a portion of the outer peripheral surface facing each other. An elliptical plate-shaped guide projection 23 is provided to be engaged with the lateral holes 15a and 15b so as to be movable left and right. The projecting lengths of the two plate-shaped guide projections 23 are formed so as to slightly protrude from the two vertical holes 14a, 14b when the two plate-shaped guide projections 23 are housed in the inner cylindrical portion 11 while being engaged with the vertical holes 14a, 14b. I have. On the outer surface of the two plate-shaped guide projections 23, several spiral grooves 24 are engraved so as to fit with the multiple spiral grooves 13 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 10. Further, a holding plate 25 for holding the stick-shaped cosmetic 8 is formed on the bottom of the inner plate 12, and an upper portion (a portion for holding the stick-shaped cosmetic 8) of the holding plate 25 is formed therein. The peripheral surface is formed in a regular polygon. This makes it difficult for the stick-shaped cosmetic 8 to come out of the inner plate 12. In FIG. 10, reference numeral 25a denotes a central through hole formed in the holding plate 25.
[0015]
Such a stick-shaped cosmetic container can be assembled as follows. That is, first, the inner plate 12 is positioned above the upper end opening of the inner tube portion 11, and the plate-like guide projections 23 of the inner plate 12 are positioned in both vertical holes 14 a and 14 b of the inner tube portion 11. The plate 12 is lowered. During this lowering, the notch 16 at the upper end of the inner cylindrical portion 11 is pushed and expanded by the two plate-shaped guide projections 23 of the inner plate 12, and the inner plate 12 is inserted into the inner cylindrical portion 11, and both the vertical holes are inserted. The two plate-shaped guide projections 23 are engaged with 14a and 14b. In this state, the inner plate 12 is accommodated in the inner tube portion 11, and the outer peripheral surface of the inner plate 12 slides up and down inside the inner tube portion 11 while slidingly contacting the inner peripheral surface of the inner tube portion 11. Further, in this state, the inside can be observed from the two windows 22a formed in the inner cylindrical portion 11, and the state of the stick-shaped cosmetic 8 can be confirmed. Next, the sleeve 10 is positioned above the upper end opening of the inner cylinder 11, and in this state, the sleeve 10 is lowered and inserted from the upper end of the inner cylinder 11. At the time of this insertion, since the spiral groove 24 of the two plate-shaped guide projections 23 is easily engaged with the spiral groove 13 of the sleeve 10, it is easier to insert and rotate the two relative to each other. Even if it is not, the sleeve 10 can be fitted by pushing it straight. At the end of the insertion, the engagement groove 10b of the sleeve 10 is fitted into the engagement groove 17a of the inner cylinder 11. In this state, the sleeve 10 is held by the inner cylinder portion 11 so as to be prevented from coming off and to be rotatable. Further, the helical groove 24 of the two plate-shaped guide projections 23 is engaged with the helical groove 13 of the sleeve 10 only by slightly rotating the sleeve 10 and the inner cylindrical portion 11 relatively. The lipstick holder 3 is assembled in this manner. Next, the large-diameter engagement portion 18 of the inner cylinder portion 11 of the lipstick holding portion 3 is positioned above the upper end opening of the skirt 2, and in this state, the lipstick holding portion 3 is lowered to remove the large-diameter engagement portion 18 Is fitted between the inner and outer walls 6a, 6b of the double wall portion 6 of the hakama 2. In this state, the large diameter engaging portion 18 of the lipstick holding portion 3 is non-rotatably held by the hakama 2. After that, the cap 1 is mounted on the upper end of the hakama 2.
[0016]
In the rod-shaped cosmetic container assembled in this manner, the sleeve 10 is relatively rotated with respect to the inner cylinder portion 11, and the spiral groove 13 of the sleeve 10 and the vertical holes 14 a, 14 b of the inner cylinder portion 11 are caused by the rotation. The intersection moves up and down. Then, the two plate-shaped guide projections 23 engaged with the vertical holes 14a, 14b and the spiral groove 13 are necessarily positioned at the intersection, and the inner plate 12 follows the vertical movement of the intersection. Goes up and down. Further, the ascending position and the descending position of the plate-like guide projections 23 are positioned in upper and lower horizontal holes 15a, 15b provided in the vertical holes 14a, 14b.
[0017]
In such a stick-shaped cosmetic container, when not in use, the inner plate 12 is lowered to position the two plate-shaped guide projections 23 in the lower horizontal holes 15a, 15b of the vertical holes 14a, 14b of the inner cylinder portion 11, and carelessly. The inner plate 12 is not raised. Then, in this state, the cap 1 is put on. In use, the cap 1 is removed to expose the sleeve 10, and the skirt 2 is rotated in one direction relative to the sleeve 10. Thereby, the inner plate 12 rises along both the vertical holes 14a and 14b, and the stick-shaped cosmetic material 8 projects from the upper end opening of the sleeve 10 to be in a usable state. In this manner, makeup is performed with the stick-shaped cosmetic material 8.
[0018]
On the other hand, at the time of disposal, first, the cap 1 is removed from the hakama 2. Then, while holding the hakama 2 with fingers, the sleeve 10 of the lipstick storage unit 3 is pulled with fingers and the lipstick storage unit 3 is pulled out from the hakama 2. Next, while holding the sleeve 10 and the large-diameter engagement portion 18 of the inner cylinder portion 11 with different fingers, the large-diameter engagement portion 18 is turned to raise the inner plate 12. Next, the large-diameter engaging portion 18 is pressed inward with a finger to reduce the diameter of the engaged groove portion 17a of the large-diameter mounting portion 17, and in this state, the sleeve 10 is pulled out from the inner cylindrical portion 11. After that, while holding the inner cylindrical portion 11 with fingers, one plate-like guide projection 23 of the inner plate 12 is positioned below the notch portion 16 extending from the center of the upper end edge of the vertical hole 14a of the inner cylindrical portion 11, and The plate 12 is pulled out and pulled out from the upper end opening of the inner cylinder portion 11. Thereby, the stick-shaped cosmetic container can be disassembled into the cap 1, the skirt 2, the sleeve 10, the inner cylinder 11, and the inner plate 12.
[0019]
As described above, in this embodiment, the stick-shaped cosmetic container can be easily disassembled into the cap 1, the skirt 2, the sleeve 10, the inner cylinder 11, and the inner plate 12. Therefore, when the stick-shaped cosmetic container is discarded, it can be separately collected into the metal cap 1, the skirt 2, and the sleeve 10, and the synthetic resin inner cylinder 11, and the inner plate 12. In addition, since the spiral groove 24 is formed on the outer surface of the plate-shaped guide projection 23 of the inner plate 12, and the spiral groove 24 is fitted to the spiral groove 13 on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 10, the plate-shaped guide projection 23 is formed. Of the sleeve 10 and the inner cylindrical portion 11 are very easy to remove, and the plate-like guide projection 23 and the spiral grooves 13, 24 are damaged or damaged for a long period of time. No longer. Even when the spiral grooves 13 and 24 are not engaged when the sleeve 10 is attached to the inner cylinder portion 11, the sleeve 10 and the inner cylinder portion 11 are only slightly rotated relatively to each other. The spiral grooves 13, 24 can be made to fit. Further, on the outer peripheral surface of the large-diameter mounting portion 17 of the inner cylindrical portion 11, a convex portion 19 having a convex curved surface portion 19a on the outer surface is protruded, and the convex curved surface of the curved portion 19a is formed on the inner periphery of the lower portion of the sleeve 10. Since the sleeve 10 and the inner cylinder 11 are relatively rotated, they are smoothly rotated when the sleeve 10 and the inner cylinder 11 are relatively rotated. On the other hand, conventionally, a rubber O-ring is used in place of the convex portion 19, so that the number of parts is increased by one, so that the management surface such as inventory management is complicated, or the work of assembling the O-ring is performed. There is a problem that it is necessary to sort the rubber material in addition to the metal material and the synthetic resin material at the time of separate collection. However, in this embodiment, since the projection 19 is provided, the number of parts is reduced, the management aspect such as inventory control is simplified, the number of assembling operations is reduced by one, and the metal material, There is an advantage that it is only necessary to sort into synthetic resin materials.
[0020]
