本発明は犬等のいたずらやストレス解消による尿吸水シートの噛み千切りや誤食を防止するための尿吸収シートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、犬などのペット用尿吸収シートは上面側に液体を吸収しやすい素材である不織布等の素材が用いられ下側には液体を通さないポリエチレン等のビニール製フィルムを使用してその縁部を接合し、その中間層に水分を吸収するためのパルプや高分子吸収材等の吸水性素材が用いられている。
さらに上面側を識別しやすくさせるために表面素材に着色をしたり、尿の臭いを吸収するために吸収材自体に脱臭効果の加工を施していた。
尚、これらの尿吸収シートを使用する際は室内ではペット用トイレと称する別体の補助具に装着されて使用される。
また、外出時には運搬、移動用のケージの中や車の中に敷いて使用される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年では小動物のブームで犬や猫を室内で飼育する家庭が増加した。
それにともない問題になるのがおしっこなどの尿の処理方法である。
飼い主はそれらの原因で発生する室内の汚損を防ぐために充分な躾を行っているがある程度の損害は免れられなく、対策としてペット専用のオムツや尿の吸収シートを使用する家庭が増加してきた。

すでに市販されているこれらの尿吸水シートはスペースの広い室内や自動車の中などでは慣れるまではこの尿吸水シートを敷いた所定の場所で排出するための躾を行う必要がある。

主に室内で飼われている犬は飼い主が留守中など遊び相手がいない寂しい時自己アピールの表現やストレス解消法としてこの尿吸収シートを噛み千切ってストレスを発散することがある。
この尿吸収シートの表面は比較的柔らかい不織布が使用されているために犬が舐めたり、爪で引っかくことで簡単に破れるのでさらに拍車がかかりいたずらはエスカレートし、中の吸水性を有するポリマー素材や、底面のポリエチレンシートまでも噛み千切ってしまう。

ペット用の使い捨て用紙おむつも尿吸水シートと同じような構造の素材が使用されているが犬に装着しても違和感から口で外そうとして同じように噛み千切る。

結果的には室内には噛み切られた不織布やポリエチレンのシート、さらに吸水性ポリマーなどが飛散し室内が汚される。
この状態になるとまだ未使用状態の新品でも使用は不可能となり新しいものと交換することになり経済的な負担が大きい。

また僅かの量でも放尿後のシートには尿の臭いが含まれているため飛散した室内には悪臭や衛生面での後始末に苦労する。
とくに吸水素材のポリマー素材は雑巾など布に付着すると離脱しにくく後始末に困惑する。

さらに噛み切って遊んでいる際、誤って犬がビニールフィルムの一部を飲み込んでしまうことがある。
このような素材はいったん飲み込んでしまうと消化せず腸内で絡まって危険性が高い。また、このような素材はレントゲンでは写らないために切開手術によって取り出すような事態になるおそれがあるので愛犬家にとっては注意を要することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の問題点を解決するために本発明は上面に液体が通過する性質を有する表面シートを使用し、底面に液体が通過しない性質を有するシートを用い、その間に唐辛子等、毒性の無い刺激性の高い成分を含侵又は塗布した吸水性のある素材を挟持し、前記の両シートの縁部を接合したことが特長のペット用の尿吸収シートである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面に示す実施の形態により、本発明を詳細に説明する。

１は本発明の尿吸水シートで上面シート２は液体が通過する性質をもち、かつビニール素材との溶着性を有する不織布で、ある程度、保水性を保持できる素材のものとする。
この保水性によっていったん下層の吸水性素材に吸収された尿が表面に逆流することを防ぐ効果が生じる。
さらにこの上面シート２には別体のトイレ補助具に装着の際、飼い主が使用面であることを認識させやすくするために任意の色や表示、デザインを印刷することも可能である。

底面シート３は吸水性素材４に吸い込まれた尿の液体が通過しないポリエチレン等のフィルムを使用し、外観から吸水性素材４を見えにくくするために乳白色か表面シート２とは異なる色をつける。
また、このフィルムの厚みは補助具への装着性や包装の際に折り畳みがしやすく、かつ廃棄処理のことも配慮して極力薄くすることが望ましい。

この両シート２と３の間に介在する吸水ポリマー等吸水効果のある素材４の表面または内部に刺激性の高い唐辛子の成分であるカプサイシン又はそれに似た効果のある成分５を塗布及び内部含侵させる。
尚、この素材の成分は万が一、ペットが食べても健康上支障がないように毒性の無いものが望ましい。

上面シート２と底面シート３の間に挟持された吸水性素材４を包み込むため前記両シート２と３の周囲縁部６を熱加圧等で接合することで吸水性素材４を封じることが可能となり、いったん含まれた尿のもれを防ぐ。

実施方法としてはこの尿吸収シート１を別体のトイレ補助具に装着する際は上面シート２側を上に向けて準備をすることでこの定められた場所での排泄を躾られた犬は尿意を催した時、このシートの上で排泄をする。
また、持ち運び用のケージで使用する時は内底に、車の中では座席シートや足元のシートの上に敷く。

犬が寂しさや何らかのアピールをしたい時、イライラし、そのストレス発散方法として尿吸水シート１の上面シート２の不織布を歯や爪で破る。
その時、中の吸水性素材４の表面や内部に含まれる唐辛子の成分５であるカプサイシンの強烈な辛さから刺激の強さに拒絶反応を起こして、いたずらを中止する。
万が一食べてしまっても唐辛子の成分は害がないので安全である。

紙おむつとしての使用の際も装着状態で表面のビニールフィルムを口で破ると上記と同じような効果が発生する。

犬がこのような不快な経験を数回続けることで学習能力が身につき、脳に尿吸収シート１を口にすることは好ましくないという意識がインプットされて徐々にこのような行動はなくなる。

【発明の効果】
この発明において犬がこの尿吸収シートを口にしたり、いたずらすることを防止できるので新品のシートを無駄にするという不経済を防ぐことができる。
さらにビニールを飲み込んでしまうという危険性や飛散したシートのゴミ掃除の手間などが省力化できるのでペット愛好家にとって健康管理を含む諸問題を解消することができる。
