Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a massage machine that transmits and receives signals to and from an operation device using optical signals.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a massage machine that operates in response to an optical signal transmitted from an operating device, there is a massage machine disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-96143. As shown in FIG. 11, as shown in FIG. 11, an optical signal receiving unit 1 and 1 are arranged on both sides of a headrest 2 at the upper end of a backrest 3 having a built-in massage mechanism in a chair-type massage machine, so that a user sitting in a chair can When the switch 8 of the operating device 5 is operated, the optical signal output from the optical signal transmitting unit 4 of the operating device 5 is received by the receiving units 1 and 1. In the figure, reference numeral 6 denotes another wired type operating device 6 arranged at the armrest 7 so that an operation instruction can be given also by the operating device 6.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the massage machine, since the light signal receiving units 1 and 1 are located in the backrest 3, a person is interposed between the transmitting unit 4 and the receiving unit 1 of the operating device 5. The backrest 3 (headrest 2) is often covered with a cover for enhancing cushioning and preventing dirt, and the receiving unit 1 cannot receive the optical signal output from the transmitting unit 4 of the operating device 5. It is highly probable that the transmitting unit 4 and the receiving unit 1 must face each other in an unnatural posture.
[0004]
In addition, since there is an operation device 6 at the armrest 7, when there is a problem with the operation device 5 which is a wireless remote controller using an optical signal, the operation device 6 on the armrest 7 side can be used. The presence of the two controllers 5 and 6 has a problem in cost.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has as its object to provide a massage machine which can reliably receive the light signal from the operation unit.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Thus, the present invention provides a chair-type massage machine that includes an operating device that transmits an optical signal and a receiving unit that receives the optical signal from the operating device and operates by receiving an operation instruction from the operating device. It is characterized in that it is arranged near the rotation axis of the reclining backrest located below the armrest and on both sides of the seat. An optical signal from the operating device can always be reliably received by the receiving unit.
[0007]
In particular, in order to have arranged the reception section in the vicinity of the rotation axis of the reclinable backrest, even without the positional relationship and the distance little change between the receiving unit and the operating device when is reclining backrest, optical signal by reclined it is that there is no that would change is the receiving state.
[0008]
Further, in a chair-type massage machine that includes an operating device that transmits an optical signal and a receiving unit that receives the optical signal from the operating device and operates in response to an operation instruction from the operating device, an optical signal is provided near the receiving unit. An optical signal provided with a wall that reflects light and leads it to the receiving unit can also reliably receive an optical signal.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on an example of an embodiment. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 12 in the figure denotes a backrest having a built-in massage mechanism, and the backrest 12 is a frame including a seat 19 and an armrest 13. It is attached to 9 to be able to recline freely. And the receiving part 14 which receives the optical signal from the operation device 10 provided with the transmitting part which transmits the optical signal is provided in a portion located below the armrest 13 and on both sides of the seat 11 in the frame 9. .
[0013]
In the illustrated massage machine in which the receiving unit 14 is disposed at such a position, when the user operates the operating device 10 with his / her hand, the optical signal output from the transmitting unit of the operating device 10 is Reaches the receiving unit 14 without being blocked by the user's arms or hands. In particular, in the illustrated example in which the receiving portion 14 is provided on both sides of the seat portion 11 and near the rotation axis of the backrest 12 which can be reclined, as shown in FIG. 2, the backrest 3 is reclined. Even in this state, the positional relationship and the distance between the operating device 10 and the receiving unit 14 hardly change, so that stable optical signal transmission and reception can be performed.
[0014]
FIG. 3 shows the details of the receiving unit 14. Since the wall 14b that reflects the optical signal from the operating device 10 toward the light receiving sensor 14a is provided near the light receiving surface, the receiving unit 14 Reception is more reliable. In the figure, reference numeral 14c denotes a protective cover having translucency, and 14d denotes a circuit board.
[0015]
When an operation device 15 is provided in addition to the operation device 10 which is a wireless remote controller, the operation device 15 may be provided adjacent to the receiving unit 14 as shown in FIG. When the operation device 10 is lost, an operation instruction can be given by the operation device 15. In the figure, reference numeral 16 denotes a display unit. By displaying the operation state on the display unit 16, the transmission / reception state with the operation device 10 can be confirmed.
[0016]
FIG. 5 shows an operation device 10 that is a wireless remote controller that can be used as a stationary operation device. The operation device 10 also has a transmitter on the lower surface side. A recess 17 for accommodating the operating device 10 is provided in the armrest 13, and an optical signal from a transmitting unit provided on the lower surface of the operating device 10 is directed to the receiving unit 14 at the bottom of the recess 17. The light-transmitting portion 18 is provided.
[0017]
FIGS. 6 and 7 show a specific example of the operating device 10 which can be used even when it is installed on the armrest 13 described above. A transmitter 19 is provided on the lower surface side of the upper part for use when installed on the armrest 13. In the transmitting section 19, the light emitting element is provided obliquely downward so that an optical signal can be transmitted toward the receiving section 14 when the switches are operated while holding the operating device 10 in a hand.
[0018]
When the operation device 10 includes the display unit 21 formed of a liquid crystal display or the like, it is preferable that the transmission units 19 and 20 be installed near the display unit 21 or on the back side of the display unit 21. . It is possible to eliminate the possibility that the hand holding the operation device 10 blocks the transmitters 19 and 20. As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of receivers 14 may be provided at the front end of seat 11 at intervals in the left-right direction.
[0019]
By the way, in the case where the operation device 10 includes the display unit 21 formed of a liquid crystal display, the adjustment function for the massage operation is displayed on the display unit 21 and, at the same time, the adjustment operation effective for the massage operation currently being performed is performed. It is better to display only the functions. For example, assuming that all the adjustment functions are displayed in the state shown in FIG. 9A, FIG. 9B shows only the adjustment functions that are effective in the actual massage operation. Since the invalid adjustment function is not displayed, it is possible to eliminate a sense of incongruity when the invalid adjustment function is selected and instructed and ignored.
[0020]
Further, in a massage machine that can select an automatic course massage operation and a massage operation by a manual instruction, when the automatic course massage operation is selected, for example, a display as shown in FIG. When a massage as shown in FIG. 10 (c) is performed at the time of selecting a massage operation by manual instruction, it is possible to see at a glance which operation state is selected and an effective operation switch on the screen of the display unit 21. In addition, the number of members and switches for display can be reduced.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, since the receiving unit is disposed below the armrest and on both sides of the seat, the optical signal from the operating device reaches the receiving unit without being interrupted by the user. Therefore, the optical signal can always be reliably received by the receiving unit.
[0022]
For in particular disposed receiver near the rotation axis of the reclinable backrest, in order not to change in position relationship and distance most of the receiving unit and the operating unit even when obtained by reclining the backrest, light by reclined It is possible to perform stable signal exchange without changing the signal reception state.
[0023]
Further , even in the case where a wall that reflects an optical signal and guides the optical signal to the receiving unit is provided near the receiving unit, the optical signal can be reliably received.
