本発明はガス管内に溜った水を排出するための水取り方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
ガス管内に水が浸入してガスの供給不良が発生した場合、従来は 、浸入個所の特定、修理までの間、例えば図7に示すように、水溜まり個所の上流と下流間にバイパス路を設置した後、管を切断し、ティー等を用いた専用の水取器を設置して排出を行い、差し水修理工事を行っていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような方法では、水取器の設置、撤去のために2回も管路を切断する必要があるため、a.大規模な掘削が必要である、b.バイパス路を設置する必要がある、c.切断、接続工事が必要である、d.ガスの一時遮断を伴うため需要家へのPRが必要となる等、大規模な工事となってしまう。
そこで本発明では、このような従来の方法の課題を解決することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述した課題を解決するために、本発明では、ガス管の水溜り個所の外側に、分岐口を有する継手部材を管をはさんで上下に取り付け、下側の継手部材の分岐口に水タンクを接続し、上側の継手部材の分岐口からドリルにより管の上側壁と下側壁を穿孔した後、ノーブロー工法によりドリルを外して上側の継手部材の分岐口にプラグを装着し、この状態においてガス管内の水を下側の継手部材の分岐口から水タンク内に排出及び差し水修理工事完了後、ノーブロー工法により上側のプラグを外して下側の穿孔部に穿孔部ストッパーを挿入し、この状態において水タンクを外して分岐口にプラグを装着した後、ノーブロー工法により穿孔部ストッパーを外して上側の分岐口にプラグを装着するガス管内の水取り方法を提案する。

このような方法においては、供給管取出工事等に広く使用されているノーブロー工法を用いることにより、ガスの供給の一時遮断、バイパス路の設置、管路の切断接続等の工事が不要となり、工事が簡素となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態を図1〜図6を参照して説明する。
符号1は分岐口2を有するクランプであり、このクランプ1の一対をまず図1に示すように、ガス管3の水溜り個所a の外側を挟み、ボルトナット4等で結合して上下に取り付ける。上側のクランプを1a、下側のクランプを1bと符号を付す。尚、クランプ1に替えて割スリーブを使用することもできる。

次いで図2に示すように、下側のクランプ1bの分岐口2bに水タンク5に至るホースや鉄管等6を接続する。

次いで図3に示すように上側のクランプ1aの分岐口2aからドリル7によりガス管3の上側壁と下側壁を穿孔する。

次いでノーブロー工法を適用し、ノーブローバック8を分岐口2aに装着した状態でドリル7を外し、そして分岐口2aにプラグ9aを装着する。

以上の状態でガス管3内に溜っている水を下側の分岐口2bからホース6を経て水タンク5に排出する。

このようにしてガス管3内の水の排出及び差し水個所の修理が完了したら、ノーブローバック8を使用して上側のプラグ9aを外すと共に、下側壁の穿孔部10bに穿孔部ストッパー11を挿入する。このようにして下側の穿孔部10bを気密状態に保持しながら、水タンク5を外して分岐口2bにプラグ9bを装着する。

以上説明したように本発明では、一対の継手部材とノーブロー工法とを利用することにより、ノーブローでガス管3内に溜まった水を排出することができ、上述した従来のような大掛かりな工事は不要である。また、水を排出したガス管の個所は、上下の壁に穿孔部10a,10bを形成しても、分岐口2a,2bを有するクランプ1a,1b によって保持するので、通常のクランプで支持するよりも大きな強度とすることができる。

本発明は以上の通り、供給管取出工事等に広く使用されているノーブロー工法を用いることにより、ガスの供給の一時遮断、バイパス路の設置、管路の切断接続等の工事を行わずにガス管内に溜った水を排出することができ、工事が簡素化されると共に需要家へのPRも不要になるというような効果がある。
