Description

【0001】

A plurality of through holes 16e penetrating in the front-back direction of the paper surface are formed at predetermined intervals.
[0029]
The slider 17 which is slidably fitted to the support member 16 has a through hole (not shown) communicating with the through hole 16d. The slider 17 is fixed at a required position by a fixing means 19 composed of a bolt 19a penetrating the through hole and the through hole 16d of the support member 16, and a nut 19b screwed to the bolt 19a. .
[0030]
A support leg joining member 20 is fixed to the slider 17 so as to protrude upward from an upper surface 16 a of the support member 16. A screw 20 a is formed at the upper end of the support leg joining member 20.
[0031]
At the end of the lower surface 16c of the support member 16 in the direction of the arrow B, a first sandwiching member 21 formed of a tubular member having a rectangular cross section is fixed. The portion of the support member 16 protruding from the first sandwiching member 21 in the direction of arrow B becomes a mounting portion 16f mounted on the upper end surface 5c of the rising portion 5b of the balcony 5 (see FIG. 1). Between the lower surface 16c of the support member 16 and the side surface of the first sandwiching member 21 in the direction of arrow A, a reinforcing member 21b having a rectangular cross section and formed of a tubular member is joined. Note that a spacer 21a is fixed to a side surface of the first sandwiching member 21 in the direction of arrow B.
[0032]
The first sandwiching member 21 is formed of a member having a sectional dimension equal to or smaller than the sectional dimension of the support member 16. The reinforcing member 21b is formed of a member having a cross-sectional dimension equal to or smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the first sandwiching member 21. The joining position of the reinforcing member 21b is set so that the reinforcing member 21b does not protrude upward from the upper surface 16a of the supporting member 16 and protrudes from the side of the first sandwiching member 21 in the direction of arrow B in the direction of arrow B. 16b and the side surface of the first sandwiching member 21 in the front-rear direction of the drawing.
[0033]
The adjusting member 22 is formed of a tubular member having a rectangular cross section large enough to be slidably mounted inside the support member 16. At the end of the adjustment member 22 in the direction of arrow A, a plurality of through holes 22d penetrating the side surface 22b in the front-back direction of the paper and communicating with the through holes 16e of the support member 16 are formed at predetermined intervals. A plurality of through-holes 22e penetrating the side surface 22b in the front-rear direction of the drawing from the portion toward the end in the direction of the arrow B are formed at predetermined intervals.
[0034]
At one end of the adjustment member 22 in the direction of arrow A, a reinforcing member 22f is fixed to the inner periphery, and a spacer 22g is fixed to the outer periphery. Reinforcing members 22h are arranged on the inner and outer peripheries of the portion where the through hole 22e is formed to compensate for the reduction in the strength of the adjusting member 22.
[0035]
At the end of the adjustment member 22 in the direction of arrow B, a second sandwiching member 23 having a cross-section wider than the cross-sectional dimension of the adjustment member 22 and formed of a groove-shaped member is fixed. The joint between the adjusting member 22 and the second sandwiching member 23 is reinforced by a reinforcing member 23a.
[0036]
A plurality (two in FIG. 2) of through-holes (not shown) are formed on a surface of the second holding member 23 facing the first holding member 21. A pad 25c is swingably and rotatably supported at an end in the direction of arrow A of a bolt 25b screwed to a nut 25a fixed to the second sandwiching member 23 so as to communicate with these through holes.
[0037]
The adjusting member 22 includes a through hole 16e of the support member 16, a bolt 26a passing through a through hole 22d communicating with the through hole 16e, and a nut 26b screwed to the bolt 26a. 26. The first sandwiching member 21, the support member 16, the adjusting member 22, and the second sandwiching member 23 constitute an engaging portion 15b.
[0038]
With such a configuration, the support leg joining member 20 is previously arranged at a required position of the support member 16, and the bolt 19 a and the nut 19 b of the fixing means 19 are tightened and fixed.
[0039]
In a state where the structure main body 3 (see FIG. 1) is constructed in two or more layers, the mounting portion 16f of the support member 16 comes into contact with the upper end surface 5c of the rising portion 5b of the constructed balcony 5 and rises. The scaffold support jig 15 is placed so that the spacer 21a of the first sandwiching member 21 comes into contact with the side surface in the direction of arrow A of 5b.
[0040]
The bolt 26a of the connecting means 26 is removed from the connecting portion between the support member 16 and the adjusting member 22, and the adjusting member 22 is moved in the direction of arrow A so that the second pinching member 23 is positioned at a required position (for example, (The position indicated by the two-dot chain line). Then, the through-holes 16e of the supporting member 16 communicating with each other are aligned with the axes of the through-holes 22d of the adjusting member 22, the bolts 26a are inserted into the through-holes 16e and 22d, and the nut 26b is tightened to tighten the supporting member 16 and the adjusting member. 22.
[0041]
In this state, the pad 25c is pressed against the inner surface of the rising portion 5b by turning the bolt 25b supported by the second sandwiching body 23. At this time, since the pad 25c is swingable and rotatable with respect to the bolt 25b, the pad 25c contacts along the inner surface of the rising portion 5b and does not damage the inner surface of the rising portion 5b.
[0042]
After the plurality of scaffold support jigs 15 are fixed to the rising portion 5b of the balcony 5 (see FIG. 1), the scaffold plate 11 is placed over the plurality of support members 16. The scaffold plate 11 is locked to the support member 16 by a locking member (not shown). At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing member 21b and the like do not protrude from the upper surface 16a of the support member 16, so that a sufficient scaffold for mounting the scaffold plate 11 is provided on the upper surface 16a of the support member 16. The plate mounting area ARA is formed, and the installation of the scaffold plate 11 can be performed smoothly. Then, the support leg 9 is screwed and joined to the support leg joining member 20 by climbing on the scaffold plate 11.
[0043]
Hereinafter, the assembled scaffold 7 (see FIG. 1) can be constructed on the scaffold support jig 15 by the same operation as the construction work of the normal assembled scaffold 7.
[0044]
As shown in FIG. 4, the roof floor of the structure body 3 protrudes from the outer peripheral portion 3d in the direction of arrow B, a rising portion 3e is formed on the outer peripheral portion, and the assembled scaffold 7 is further provided outside (in the direction of arrow B). May be built.
[0045]
Also in such a case, similarly to the case where the support member 16 is attached to the balcony 5 shown in FIG. 2, the support member 16 is formed on the roof slab 3c so as to protrude outside the structure body 3 (in the direction of arrow B). Then, the supporting leg 9 is joined to the supporting leg joining member 20, and the handrail 9a is attached to construct the assembled scaffold 7.
[0046]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, a scaffold may be required inside the rising part 3e (in the direction of arrow A) of the rooftop floor due to waterproofing work on the rooftop floor of the structure body 3.
[0047]
In such a case, with the support leg joining member 20 removed from the support member 16 fixed at a required position of the adjustment member 22, the support member 16 is moved above the slab 5c on the rooftop floor (in the direction of arrow A). It is placed and fixed on the rising portion 3e so as to protrude. Then, the scaffold plate 11 is placed on the support member 16, the support leg 9 is joined to the support leg joint member 20 fixed to the adjustment member 22, and the handrail 9 a is attached to construct the assembled scaffold 7.
[0048]
As described above, since the support leg joining member 20 can be mounted not only on the support member 16 (support portion 15a) side but also on the adjustment member 22 (engagement portion 15b) side, it can be used in a manner different from the conventional one. The use range of the scaffold support jig 15 can be expanded.
[0049]
6 and 7 show a second embodiment of the scaffold support jig according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is a side view of the scaffold support jig according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a plan view of FIG. is there.
[0050]

The slider 32 is fixed to an arbitrary position on the support member 31 by a bolt 32d screwed to a nut 32c fixed to the lower surface 32b of the slider 32. That is, the bolt 32d forms a fixing unit. Further, the support member 31 is dropped from the support member 31 by a stopper 33 including a bolt 33a penetrating a through hole (not shown) formed at an end in the direction of the arrow A (not shown) and a nut 33b screwed to the bolt 33a. Has been prevented.
[0053]
A first sandwiching body 21 formed of a tubular member having a rectangular cross section is fixed to an end of the lower surface 31c of the support member 31 in the direction of arrow B. A reinforcing member 21b having a rectangular cross section is fixed between a lower surface 31c of the support member 31 and a side surface of the first sandwiching member 21 in the direction of arrow A. Note that the reinforcing member 21b may be fixed to the side surface 31b of the support member 31 as long as it does not protrude upward from the upper surface 31a of the support member 31.
[0054]
The bracket 35 includes a mounting portion 35a mounted on the upper end surface 5c of the rising portion 5b of the balcony 5 (see FIG. 1), and both sides of the support member 31 from both ends in the front-rear direction of the mounting portion 35a. The rising portion 35b is formed so as to contact the side surface of the first sandwiching member 21 downward from the end of the rising portion 35b in the direction of arrow A and downward. Fixed portion 35c. The bracket 35 is connected to the first sandwiching member 21 with a bolt 35d and a nut 35e screwed to the bolt 35d so that the mounting portion 35a is at the same height as the lower surface 31c of the support member 31. It is fixed detachably.
[0055]
A nut 36 is fixed to the center of the mounting portion 35a of the bracket 35 via a spacer 36a so that its axis is parallel to the direction of the arrow AB so as to have a required height.
[0056]
The first sandwiching body 21 and the second sandwiching body 23 are joined so as to be relatively movable, and the first sandwiching body 21 and the second sandwiching body 23 are connected to each other in accordance with the thickness of the rising portion 5b of the balcony 5 (see FIG. 1). The adjusting member 37 for adjusting the interval between the second sandwiching members 23 is formed of a rectangular tubular member having a cross section large enough to be slidably mounted inside the support member 31, and has a bottom surface 37a. Is formed with a groove 37b slidably fitted to the spacer 36a from an end in the direction of arrow A to a required position.
[0057]
At the end of the adjusting member 37 in the direction of the arrow B, a second sandwiching member 23 having the same width as the cross-sectional dimension of the adjusting member 37 and formed of a groove-shaped member is fixed. The joint between the adjusting member 37 and the second sandwiching member 23 is reinforced by the reinforcing member 23b. The (mounting portion 35a of) the bracket 35, the first sandwiching member 21, the adjusting member 37, and the second sandwiching member 23 constitute an engaging portion 30b.
[0058]
One end in the direction of arrow A of a screw shaft 39 that movably penetrates a through hole (not shown) formed in the second sandwiching member 23 is screwed to the nut 36. The head 39a of the screw shaft 39 is formed in a hexagonal shape so that the screw shaft 39 can be rotated by a spanner or the like. A seat 39b is attached to the neck of the screw shaft 39 so as to come into contact with the periphery of the through-hole of the second sandwiching body 23, and regulates the movement of the second sandwiching body 23 in the direction of arrow B.
[0059]
With such a configuration, the slider 32 is moved to a required position in advance, and the bolt 32d is tightened to fix the support leg joint member 20 to the support member 31.
[0060]
In a state where the structure main body 3 (see FIG. 1) is constructed in two or more layers, the mounting portion 35a of the bracket 35 is in contact with the upper end surface 5c of the rising portion 5b of the constructed balcony 5. The first sandwiching member 21 faces the outer surface (the side surface in the direction of arrow A) of the rising portion 5b, and the second sandwiching member 23 faces the inner surface (the side surface in the direction of arrow B) of the rising portion 5b. The scaffold support jig 30 is placed on the upper end surface 5c of the rising portion 5b.

To the position indicated by. In this state, the bolt 25b is turned, and the pad 25c is pressed against the inner surface of the rising portion 5b with a required force. At this time, since the pad 25c is swingable and rotatable with respect to the bolt 25a, the pad 25c contacts the inner surface of the rising portion 5b and does not damage the inner surface.
[0062]
At this time, as described above, since the adjusting member 37 is formed of a rectangular tubular member having a cross section large enough to be slidably mounted inside the supporting member 31, the upper surface 31a of the supporting member 31 is formed. And the upper surface 37c of the adjustment member 37 forming the engaging portion 30b is substantially the same height (the upper surface 31a of the support member 31 is slightly higher than the upper surface 37c of the adjustment member 37).
[0063]
After fixing the plurality of scaffold support jigs 30 to the rising portion 5b of the balcony 5 (see FIG. 1), the scaffold plate 11 is placed over the plurality of support members 31. The scaffold plate 11 is locked to the support member 31 by a locking member (not shown). At this time, since the reinforcing member 21b and the like do not protrude from the upper surface 31a of the support member 31, as shown in FIG. 6, a sufficient scaffold for mounting the scaffold plate 11 is provided on the upper surface 31a of the support member 31. The plate mounting area ARA is formed, and the installation of the scaffold plate 11 can be performed smoothly. Then, the support leg 9 is screwed and joined to the support leg joining member 20 by climbing on the scaffold plate 11.
[0064]
Hereinafter, the assembled scaffold 7 (see FIG. 1) can be constructed on the scaffold support jig 30 by the same operation as the ordinary construction work of the assembled scaffold 7.

In the above embodiment, the bracket 35 is fixed to the first sandwiching member 21 with the bolt 35d and the nut 35e in order to facilitate the replacement of the nut 36 in preparation for the damage of the nut 36 and the like. However, when the nut 36 does not need to be replaced, the bracket 35 may be fixed to the first holding member 21 or the support member 31 by welding or the like. Further, the fixing portion 35c of the bracket 35 may be eliminated, and the rising portion 35b may be fixed to the support member 31.
[0066]
FIG. 6 shows a case where the mounting positions of the nut 36 and the screw shaft 39 are arranged at a position close to the bottom surface 37a of the adjusting member 37. However, the nut 36 and the screw shaft 39 are attached to the adjusting member 37. It may be arranged at a position close to the axis of the support member 31 or the support member 31, or may be arranged on the upper surface or the side surface of the adjustment member 37 and the support member 23. When the nut 36 and the screw shaft 39 are disposed on the upper surfaces of the support member 31 and the adjusting member 37, a cover (not shown) for covering the nut 36 and the screw shaft 39 protruding above the support member 31 is provided. The scaffold plate 11 may be placed on the cover. Further, a handle (not shown) may be fixed to the head 39a of the screw shaft 39, and the screw shaft 39 may be turned by the handle.
[0067]
6 and 7, the support member 31 is shown as a portion projecting in the direction of arrow A from a vertical plane including the outer side surface of the rising portion 5b, but the support member 31 corresponds to the bracket 35. The mounting portion 35a may be extended in the direction of the arrow B by an amount corresponding thereto, and the nut 36 may be fixed to the mounting portion 35a. With such a configuration, the bracket 35 becomes unnecessary. In this case, the support member 31 constitutes the mounting portion 35a, and the support member 31, the first sandwiching member 21, the adjusting member 37, and the second sandwiching member 23 constitute the engaging portion 30b.
[0068]
8 and 9 show a third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a side view of a scaffold support jig according to the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a plan view of FIG.

The slider 60 is fixed to a required position of the adjusting member 61 by fixing means 61 including a bolt 61a penetrating the through hole and the through hole 55a of the adjusting member 55 and a nut 61b screwed to the bolt 61a. Is done.
[0091]
A second sandwiching member 62 having a cross section formed of a groove-shaped member is fixed to the slider 60. A through hole (not shown) communicating with the through hole of the slider 60 and the through hole 55 a of the adjusting member 55 is formed in the second sandwiching member 62. The second sandwiching member 62 includes a bolt 63a that penetrates the through hole, the through hole of the slider 60, and the through hole 55a of the adjustment member 55, and a nut 63b that is screwed to the bolt 63a. 63 couples to the adjustment member 55. The attachment portion 50b is formed by the (mounting portion 56a) of the bracket 56, the first holding member 57, the adjusting member 55, and the second holding member 62. Also, the coupling portion 50c is formed by the protrusion 53 and the groove 59.
[0092]
With such a configuration, the slider 17 of the support portion 50a is previously moved to a required position of the support member 51, the bolt 19a is inserted into the through hole, the nut 19b is tightened, and the support leg joining member 20 is connected to the support member 51. In the case of such a configuration, the first sandwiching member 57 is fixed to the end surface of the adjusting member 55 in the direction of arrow A, and the side surface of the reinforcing member 52 in the direction of arrow B is connected to the end surface of the support member 51 in the direction of arrow B. The protrusions 53 may be arranged from the reinforcing member 52 to the upper end of the support member 46 by arranging the protrusions 53 on a vertical plane.
[0100]
When the scaffold plate 11 is placed on the upper surface 51a of the support member 51, the upper surface 11a of the support member 51 and the upper end surface 5c of the rising portion 5b are at the same height. May be arranged.
[0101]
In addition, the engaging portion 50b for fixing the scaffold support jig 50 to the balcony and the support portion 50a for supporting the assembled scaffold are connected and separably provided, so that the weight to be handled as compared with the integrated scaffold support jig is reduced. This can be reduced to approximately half, and the handling of the scaffold support jig can be facilitated. Therefore, it is possible to increase the size and strength of the engaging portion 50b and the supporting portion 50a and to support a heavier load, that is, extend the assembled scaffold from the scaffolding support jig 50 mounted on one level to a higher level. it can.
[0102]
In the scaffolding support jigs 30, 40, and 50 shown in the second, third, and fourth embodiments, similarly to the first embodiment, the support leg joining members 20 are connected to the respective support portions. It can be attached not only to 30a, 40a, 50a but also to the engaging portions 30b, 40b, 50b.
