毛髪の水洗後の乾燥,染髪,またはパーマネントウェーブ化などの促進を行う毛髪処理促進装置は、従来様々なものが開発されて用いられている。このような毛髪処理促進装置は、通常、照射方式としての反射器を具備し、該反射器内に、石英ガラス,セラミックス製等の管に収納されて通電により加熱されるニクロム線等の発熱線を取付けた加熱手段を、回転構造によって被施術者の頭部の回りを回転させることにより目的とする毛髪処理を行うようになっている。

本発明は上記問題点に鑑みて創案されたものであり、その目的は、加熱手段が被施術者の回りを回転すると共に、当該加熱手段が、揺動手段によって被施術者の毛髪側から遠くなったり近くなったりすることにより、処理される毛髪が自然であり、その処理効率を高めるようにした毛髪処理促進のための加熱装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる本発明の目的は、毛髪の水洗後の乾燥,染髪,またはパーマネントウェーブ化等の毛髪処理の促進を図る加熱装置を提供することにより達成するが、該加熱装置は、モータが内蔵され、該モータの回転軸に軸着されるハブを有するヘッド部と、前記ハブに前記ハブの回転方向と直交する軸方向に回転自在に取付けられる少なくとも一つ以上の加熱手段と、前記ヘッド部に取付けられ、前記加熱手段の揺動を引き起こす波状の曲線路を持つ揺動部材と、前記揺動部材と前記加熱手段との間に取付けられ、前記揺動部材の曲線路に沿って移動しながら前記加熱手段に揺動力を伝達する連結部材と、を含み、前記加熱手段が被施術者の頭部の回りを回転すると共に、被施術者の毛髪側に間欠的に近くなり遠くなりすることにより毛髪処理を行うことを特徴とし、また、前記揺動部材の曲線路は、チャンネル形状に形成されるレールから構成され、また、カム曲線から構成されることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を添付の図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。
図1及び図2は本発明に係る毛髪処理促進のための加熱装置を示す図である。該加熱装置は、被施術者の頭部の高さに応じてその高さ位置を調整し得る支柱10の上端にヘッド部20が取付けられている。
該ヘッド部20は、モータ21と、該モータ21の回転軸に軸着されるハブ22とを含んでいる。ここで、ハブ22は中空の円錐形状に形成されており、その内部には後述する加熱手段30への電源供給のための電気的接続構造23と、加熱手段30の位置制御のための制御手段24とが取付けられている。
