Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a cushion mounting structure suitably used for a chair or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent chairs and the like, a pressing portion having an engagement groove is formed by protruding integrally with an inner surface of a synthetic resin shell, and a part of a metal wire buried on a mounting surface side of the cushion. Is exposed, and the metal wire is pushed into the engaging groove of the clamping portion to be engaged to attach the cushion to the shell.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the synthetic resin is generally susceptible to creep deformation, the ability of挾圧portion that elastically clamping the metal wire tends to gradually weaken. Further, general-purpose resins such as polypropylene and ABS, which are often used for the shell, have a surface lacking in spring properties, and there is naturally a limit to the elastic clamping ability of the clamping portion.
[0004]
When mounting the cushion, it is assumed that only the fixation is performed. Even with the above structure, there is almost no problem, but the back seat integrated type shell in which the back can tilt with respect to the seat, the back In a highly flexible shell or the like designed to be easily twisted, a delicate relative position change is always caused between the metal wire of the cushion and the pressing portion of the shell, and the above-mentioned situation is a major drawback. .
[0005]
In addition, when a metal wire is engaged with a holding portion made of only synthetic resin and having poor elasticity, a large sense of moderation cannot be expected, so that an assembly error is likely to occur. That is, such an engaging portion cannot be seen from the outside when the cushion is attached. For this reason, whether or not the metal wire is securely engaged with the engagement groove of the clamping portion depends on the response when the metal wire is pushed in. Therefore, in the case of a structure that cannot be engaged with a clear sense of moderation, the possibility of assembling errors increases.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to solve all such problems.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means to achieve the above object. That is, in the cushion mounting structure according to the present invention, a pressing portion having an engaging groove is integrally provided in a synthetic resin shell, and a linear member is provided on the mounting surface side of the cushion. A U-shaped clip body sized to press the engaging member into the engagement groove of the clamping portion and engage the cushion so as to attach the cushion to the shell ; A leg extending from both free ends of the clip body in a direction substantially parallel to the axis of the engaging groove, so that the two legs can clamp both side walls of the engaging groove from outside. using a clip made of elastic material that forms a bifurcated configured to, and characterized in that the side walls of the engaging groove in the挾圧portion and adapted to be able to urge in a direction Aiyoru elastically by the clip I do.
[0009]
The clip may be a one-piece product made of steel material, or may be a one-piece product made of engineering plastic having stable mechanical performance.
[0010]
[Action]
With such a configuration, the holding force at the holding portion of the shell can be enhanced by the elasticity of the clip. Therefore, as long as the clip is made of a material having high elasticity that is unlikely to cause creep deformation, the linear member of the cushion engaged with the engagement groove can be reliably held. This clip needs to be bifurcated so as not to interfere with the linear member engaged with the engagement groove. However, the clip is not required to have a complicated structure. What is necessary is just to be able to elastically urge in the direction approaching. Therefore, it can be easily implemented. In particular, according to the configuration of the second and third aspects, the clip itself can be easily manufactured, and the clip can be easily attached to the clamping portion. The clip is added to the shell of the existing chair. It is also possible to carry out the operation.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0012]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is applied to a portion where a cushion 3 is attached to an outer shell 2 of a chair 1.
[0013]
The outer shell 2 is made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene or ABS, and has a clamping portion 4 protruding from its inner surface 2a by integral molding.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the holding portion 4 includes a vertical wall 5 protruding from the inner surface 2 a of the outer shell 2, a pair of side walls 6, 6 branched from the tip of the vertical wall 5, and the outer shell 2. And a reinforcing wall 7 protruding from the inner surface of the side walls 6 and 6 and a lower edge of the vertical wall 5 and integrated at right angles to each other. The reinforcing wall 7 is opened forward between the side walls 6 and 6. The engaging groove 8 is formed. As shown in FIG. 3, the engagement groove 8 includes a holding portion 8a having a substantially U-shape in plan view, a constricted portion 8b narrower than the holding portion 8a, and a guide portion 8c expanding forward. ing.
[0015]
The cushion 3 has a core material made of urethane foam or the like and an exterior material such as cloth attached to the outer surface thereof. For example, a linear member 9 made of spring steel is embedded inside the cushion material. A concave portion 3b is formed in a portion of the mounting surface 3a of the cushion 3 corresponding to the clamping portion 4, and the linear member 9 is exposed in the concave portion 3b.
[0016]
After the clip 11 is attached to the holding portion 4, the linear member 9 is pushed into the engaging groove 8 and engaged with the cushion 3, so that the cushion 3 is attached to the outer shell 2. The clip 11 has a U-shaped clip body 11a large enough to bypass the engagement groove 8, and extends from both free ends of the clip body 11a in a direction substantially parallel to the axis of the engagement groove 8. And leg portions 11b, so that the both side walls 6, 6 of the engaging groove 8 can be clamped from the outside by the two leg portions 11b. More specifically, concave portions 6a are formed in the outer side surfaces of both side walls 6 and 6 of the clamping portion 4 at positions corresponding to the constricted portions 8b, and the leg portions of the clip 11 are formed in these concave portions 6a. The portions 11b are made to elastically contact each other. The clip 11 is made by deforming one linear spring steel.
[0017]
FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a state before the clip 11 is mounted on the clamping section 4, FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a state where the clip 11 is mounted on the clamping section 4, and FIG. It is a sectional side view showing a state. FIG. 6 shows that the linear member 9 of the cushion 3 is pushed into the engaging groove 8 of the clamping portion 4 on which the clip 11 is mounted by utilizing the temporary elastic deformation of the clamping portion 4 and the clip 11. It is a top view showing the state where it was made to engage.
[0018]
With such a configuration, the holding force of the holding portion 4 of the outer shell 2 can be enhanced by the elasticity of the clip 11. In addition, since the clip 11 is made of spring steel, there is no problem that the holding force is greatly reduced due to creep deformation unlike synthetic resin. Therefore, the linear member 9 of the cushion 3 engaged with the engagement groove 8 can be reliably maintained. Therefore, even if the relative deviation is repeatedly generated between the linear member 9 and the clamping portion 4 or the cushion 3 is repeatedly attached to and detached from the outer shell 2, the cushion 3 is removed. The outer shell 2 can be reliably held. Since the clip 11 has a simple configuration that can be made by deforming a single linear spring steel as described above, it can be easily implemented. Further, if the elasticity of the clamping portion 4 is enhanced in this way, the linear member 9 is relatively clear when the linear member 9 is passed through the constricted portion 8b of the engagement groove 8 and is engaged with the holding portion 8a. You will receive a modest response. Therefore, it is possible to clearly confirm that the linear member 9 has been securely engaged with the clamping portion 4, and it is possible to reduce the probability of occurrence of an assembly error.
[0019]
The linear members of the cushion are not limited to those made of metal wires, and may be, for example, those shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. That is, in this case, the mounting surface 3a of the cushion 3 is constituted by the inner shell 12 made of synthetic resin. Then, a prism 13 protruding inward is formed at a required portion of the inner shell 12, and a linear member 14 made of synthetic resin is interposed between a top wall (not shown) of the prism 13 and a bottom wall 13a. Are integrally formed. With such a configuration, the linear member 14 having a cross section other than a circular shape can be realized relatively easily, and the engagement state can be optimized. FIG. 7 shows a state before the clip 11 is mounted. FIG. 8 shows the state in which the clip 11 is mounted on the clamping portion 4 and the linear member is inserted into the engaging groove 8 of the clamping portion 4. 14 shows a state in which it is pushed in and engaged. Needless to say, the linear member is not necessarily limited to a member positioned inward of the mounting surface 3a of the cushion 3. For example, the linear member may be provided integrally at a position substantially flush with the inner shell 12. You may.
[0020]
The material of the clip is not limited to spring steel, but may be a piano wire, an engineering plastic with stable mechanical performance, or the like.
[0021]
Further, the present invention is not limited to the attachment portion between the outer shell and the cushion of the chair, and can be applied to various cushion attachment portions.
[0022]
In addition, various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the holding performance of the holding portion for attaching the cushion provided on the shell made of synthetic resin can be improved by a simple structure, and the cushion can be used for a long time without looseness of the shell. Can be kept. Moreover, since the elastic holding force of the holding portion is hardly reduced, the mounting performance can be maintained even in an environment where the relative displacement between the shell and the cushion is relatively likely to occur. Even so, the attachment portion is unlikely to loosen. In addition, since a reliable response can be obtained when the cushion is attached, it is possible to effectively suppress the occurrence of assembly errors.
